It has 3 stanzas of four lines each with 3 syllables per line. There is no set rhyming scheme.

Casserole
Toffee pud
Stuck to teeth
Chew the cud

Wash it down
With some wine
Red or white
Tastes divine

Belly full
Time to sleep
Snoring now
Sleep is deep
