Wasting no Time

The doc was really nice,

Yet, Lean didn't want to take advice:

Her and wasting life time in a bed?

No! The mere thought made her mad.

So she jumped to her feet

When Well was looking away,

And sneaking out to the cabinet,

He used to keep locked all the time.

"Maybe, she told herself, there are some things

That would help to recover the memories of mine.

Though, steps were to be heard

As Lean held the handle.

"Crap!"

She didn't dare to breath –

The doc came around the corner:

"It's not even theft, he said with a smile,

Though, opening is easier with a key."

Two guns.

A knife.

A piece of paper.

A deck of cards.

"And all belongs to me?"

Well did not reply instantly,

But scratched the back of his head.

"How weird. I was sure, I saw a whole pack of sheets."
