Lucy's POV

The sun shines through my bed room window on the early morning. I felt the warmth of its rays hit my face. I opened my eyes "ahh morning already? I was having such a good dream though" I said sitting up.

I got out of bed "gah!" I flew back on my bed under my covers shivering "why is it so cold in here" I asked, wrapping my blanket around my self waddling to the heater and putting it on high.

Starting the coffee pot I sat down and took a long yawn. 'Hmm I guess I'll go down to the guild and visit everyone and let me know I'm feeling better, since I was sick'

I finished my coffee, jumped into the shower, and got dressed my self. I headed off for the guild.

At the guild

Erza POV

I saw Lucy when I came into the guild. She was waving and smiling. Lucy's smile, It looks so real and happy but I know deep down its fake.

She's always smiling and cheerful but I've walk in on her once in her room and she was crying her eyes out. I didn't say anything to her about it but she same in and was smiling like nothing happened.

"Erza?" "Erza?" Mira was shaking me. "So Mira, what were you saying, where'd Lucy go?" I asked. "She said she had something to take care of"

"Mira do you know what tomorrow is?" She nodded "it's the four year anniversary since the day Natsu disappeared." She looked down.

Although everyone moved on and continued living their lives it was all different with out Natsu. The guild wasn't as lively. "Maybe you should go comfort her Erza."

I shook my head saying no "it's better if I don't, she doesn't know that I know she's upset, I don't think she wants anyone to know." I sighed I feel horrible.

Happy's POV

"Lushie wait up!" I flew after her when I saw her leave the guild. She stopped and waited for me. "What's wrong Happy?" She asked me. "I was thinking of getting Carla something to show her I love her, I was thinking fish!"

She giggled "Happy after all the years you've known Carla you should know she doesn't like fish, why don't you buy her a pretty bow for her tail?" "Aye sir!"

I started to fly away but stopped and flew back to Lucy. "LUCY!" I dove into her arms, "Happy what's wrong?!" She questioned me. I tried to hold my tears but couldn't.

"Please come to the guild tomorrow, I don't want you to be alone again this year." She hugged me tightly "Happy I'm sorry, but I just wanna be by my self tomorrow okay? It's just easier that way" she walked away from me hugging herself tightly "Lucy.."

The next day

Lucy's POV

I woke up early, I couldn't sleep all night. I was covered in sweat from all the nightmares I had been having. Still shaking from the dream I crawled out of bed and went and started to run a bath.

"It's gonna be a long day.." I mumbled slipping into the tub. "Ahh it's so warm" I smiled softly and closed my eyes, breathing deeply I felt like I was about to fall asleep.

'Lucy don't fall asleep in the tub come on get up' I forced my self out and went and got changed into a day dress and pulled a sweater over it then wrapped Natsus scarf around my neck.

I'll try writing my story. It had been a few hours so I decided to stop. It was already four in the afternoon, time to go sit by the Sakura tree in the park. I grabbed my diary a pencil and slipped my shoes on.

It was so quiet today it was peaceful. Walking to the Sakura tree I sat down and leaned against the trunk. I pulled out my diary and started writing .

Dear diary,

It's been four years since Natsus disappearance. No one knows where he is or where to even start looking for him. I think everyone gave up years ago. *tears fall on the paper* l won't give up though. Everyone tells me he'll come back, but they're all lying to make me feel better. I heard them I heard them whispering that he's dead. He's not dead! He's not dead right? I miss him so much, it's not the same with out him. I just...

Tears poured from my eyes I couldn't continue writing. I dropped my diary on the ground and pulled my legs up to my chest and cried my eyes out.

I couldn't hold it in any longer, I cried and cried. I miss him so much it's killing me. I used his scarf to hide my face while the chilled wind blew. As a result I ended up falling asleep do to exhaustion. With the little rest I had last night and all the crying my body gave up.

??? POV

I walked through the town of Magnolia, nothing changed. I pulled on my cloak to make sure I was covered, I couldn't take the chance of running into someone I know.

I walked until I felt something run into my legs. "Ouch, oh sorry mister!" The kid jumped up and ran us to the guild hall before my eyes.

Fairy Tail.

As the kid ran I sniffed the air "Gray?" I looked at the kid as he opened the door and ran inside "papa papa!!" I heard him yell as the doors closed.

I was about to walk to the guilds door when two teenage girls started walking out. "Yea it's like this every year" "they always seemed so fun when I was little that's why I wanted to join" "yea me too, but what ever happened to the salamander guy"

My ears twitched "it really messed with the guild" "yea especially that celestial Mage" "oh you mean Lucy!" That really got my attention.

"Yea ugh she's so pretty and smart and just a great person. I hate her for being so awesome!" "She's like female wizard goals" "totally only if she talked more" the girls walked off continuing to talk about their guild.

I turned and started to walk towards the guild. Sniff 'wait what's this smell? I know this smell!' I took off running away from Fairy Tail.

Okay. I mean it's pretty obvious who the mystery POV is. But I have to make it seem suspenseful.
