Niji was roaming the streets to find her favorite market, Groceries 4 You. Eventually she came across the large green building, she walked in, grabbed her basket and mingled around, looking for her favorite snacks. 

The Market

"Ah, the bustling market." she said to herself. She had picked up a few things, Rice Paper Rolls, Sashimi, Pocky and some Hello Panda, just for good measure. She stopped browsing when she heard an unfamiliar sound of a shop assistant arguing with what she thought was a thief, but when she listened closer she heard that the two were discussing ways to transport a 60 inch TV from the market at dusk. Niji thought of calling the local police, but stopped herself when she realised the pair had noticed her presence. She ran through the aisles, not stopping until she reached the furthest checkout. "oh god, oh god, oh god" she thought, quickly hurrying the checkout girl. She rushed out of the market and got back to Natsu's apartment.

Natsu's Apartment

When she finally found the hidden key, which was in a miniscule crevice in the battered brick wall, she entered the flat (British term for apartment) and breathed in the sweet aroma of vanilla, coming from the candle she bought for him a couple of days ago, which was burning away on the bench. She walked over to the freshly painted door and turned the handle ever-so-slightly not to make too much noise, she then opened the door with a forceful push and tip-toed into the brightly lit room. The image she saw before her was, Natsu, sitting up reading her note aloud, she walked over to him and he saw the worry plastered on her face. "Whats the matter Niji?" he asked her "There were these two men and they were chasing me because I incidentally eavesdropped on their plans to steal a TV from the market at dusk.. and they saw me listening." Natsu looked at her sympathetically "its okay, come here" she shuffled forward and he wrapped his arms around her, her head resting on his chest.

A while later

There was a knock at the door, Natsu had fallen asleep, and Niji was hesitant about answering. She eventually mustered up enough courage to get up out of bed and check the security camera, she saw that it was one of the men she had seen at the market, more specifically, the shop assistant with plants to steal the TV. "What is he doing here?! oh god he must have followed me!" she frantically ran around closing the blinds. She had two choices, answer the door herself and potentially be killed, or wake up Natsu and let him deal with them, she chose the latter. She went inside the room where her salmon haired boyfriend was sleeping soundly, and proceeded to softly call his name until he finally arose from his slumber. The way he woke up amused Niji, how his hair was a pink mess, and how he had to squint to see, because of the brightness of the room; so she giggled a little before telling him that one of the men was at their doorstep. A mixture of anger and shock were his expression to this, so he got out of bed and went to the door, smoothing out his hair as he did. He grabbed the door nob and slowly turned it, revealing the sour, pimply face of the shop assistant. The scrawny boy spoke to Natsu with a permanent scowl across his face, which enraged Niji.

A little while later

Niji faintly heard the door slam, and Natsu drowsily walking into the room. It was quite dark now, so they both decided to sleep. Natsu got into the bed and moved closer to Niji, he then wrapped his arms around her and rested his head on her shoulder. They both drifted to sleep, dreaming about each other.
