Hana Haruki, grew up in a small town in China, but when her Mom left, her father movied to Japan (I think thats where UA is?)
Her dad has the same quirk as her,

After a few years of living in Japan, her father decided to adopt another kid, her little brother.

When she was 12, she saw a hero take down a group of villains, and ever since then she wanted to help others.
But she doesn't know how to really.
She doesn't think her quirk will help, but she still trys.

Other:
Powers: Telepathic Dots.
What ever she can see/knows its there, she can pick up (talapicly) but she can only do it for so long (like 7 minutes at the most) and will Eventully get a head ache if she trys to hold things longer.
She also can only pick up 3-4 things at a time.
Fighting style: doesn't really have one yet, but she's working on it.
Weapons: she had a metal poll that she uses (like y'know the ones that people use to fight with in moives?)
