1. Stay Calm - & Don't let your Bullies bring you down! 

( - I know that it may be difficult - but they want to See Your Tears, or Fear, or Anger - If you don't React to what they say - You're 'not Entertaining for Them' - so 'not a good victim' & they should get bored & stop )

2. Try to find a reason 'Why They Bully YOU' 

- and tell them that You Know it - & they may stop if they find out that 'You know their Real Reason of bullying' ( they may get surprised that you did - & ask you 'How did you Know it?' )

( it may take some time - but it's worth trying - it's most often Their Own 'Need of gainging Power by Bringing others down, lack of Compassion - or Jealousy ) 

3. Get a 'Support Group' 

- of Some Friends who Like You & can either defend you - or just discourage a bully by being next to you for Most of the Time 

( cause many bullies 'attack' only when their victim is 'alone' - so don't walk alone during the breaks, always find someone to talk to & to be next to you )

4. Work on Your Self Confidence ( - & learn how to answer a bully to discourage them from bullying you - just stop being an 'easy victim' for them ) 

( cause they most often choose victims who are 'afraid of them' & don't know how to defend themselves ) 

5. Ask Your Class for Help

( - if you have One Bully in Your Class - & the other Kids are 'OK' - ask them to Show their Disapproval whenever the Bully starts bullying you at Their Presence )

( cause if the bully hears 'Stop it', 'It's not cool', 'Not Funny At All' - 'Leave Him/Her alone!' from the WHOLE CLASS - they will Stop. Because they can't win with the Majority who finds their behaviour 'wrong' )

6. Let's start an Action 'Bullies Suck!' 

- So ask your friends & as many 'Ok Kids' in Your School as you know to make a disgusted face & say 'Bullies Suck' whenever they see that Some Bully is Bullying ANYONE

( - I can assure you that Nobody wants to 'Suck' - so if Bullies hear it from Many Other Kids - THEY WILL STOP! ) 

*And it's a Right Case to Spread 

7. If None of the 6 Points above works

( - because your Bullies are Really Stubborn ) ask Your Parents, Teachers - or Any Other Adults you Know & Trust for Help 

- because some bullies cases are Impossible to solve 'Peacefully & on Your Own' - so then The Teachers have the Right Procedures to help You & Punish THEM. 

( you were trying peacefully - So if they get Punished, as they Deserve - It's only THEIR FAULT because THEY BULLIED - so they have No Right to blame YOU for That! )
