I walked outside with my penny board. He was wearing jeans and a vans shirt too. "I swear i didn't mean to!" referring to the matching shirts. He laughed. "You ready?" i smiled and nodded. We began walking and ended up at the stake park beside the park.

"What are we doing here?" he smirked. "You said you wanted to learn how to penny board. So I'm going to teach you. And then i have something els planned." I smiled. We walked up to the side walk. I put the board down.

"Okay so your going to put one foot here and another here. And your going to push like this. " I was so nervous. "Hayes i don't want to fall on my face." He laughed. "Ill catch you. I promise." He smiled. He said "okay now i will walk with you to help with your balance. Then i will let go." I nodded.

He started walking while holding my hand which made me ride. I was so scared. I used my foot and pushed forward and then he let go. I was actually doing it. "How do I stop?!" i yelled. "Push your foot down!" i pushed my foot down and stopped. I actually did it. "You did it!" he said. I was so happy. He then grabbed his penny board and we road towards the park.

When we stopped i saw a set up of a picnic. It had a blanket to lay on, a small blanket to lay with, a couple of pillows and Zaxby's. This boy really came through. "Oh my gosh Hayes" he looked nervous. "Is it okay?" I shook my head and smiled at him. "Its perfect. You know me too well. " A sigh of relief washed over his face and we sat down.

We had eaten and just had a normal conversation. We talked about random things. It was indeed the perfect date. We laid down and watched the stars. "Have you ever tried to count the stars?" he asked. I looked over at him. "Me and my sister did when we were younger. We were at our grandparents with my mom and dad. I was 5 and she was 16. We sat down and she helped me count the stars. I got up to 20." we both laughed.

"Lynn?" "mhm" "have I gained your trust?" he asked. "if you hadn't of gained my trust i wouldn't be here." I nuzzled into his chest. We stayed for another hour than we packed up. We walked back to my house together. "Thank you for the best night i've ever had." I smiled. He grabbed my hand and said "anything for the princess." I blushed.

He was just too sweet. If maggie was never around I would have never been able to see a bad side of him. Ever since Maggie has been gone I have never seen him angry, unless he got jealous or was taking up for me.

"Are you still going to the party tomorrow?" he asked. I nodded. " Do you still want me to go with you?" he asked. "I would like that." He smiled. We reached the door and i gave him a huge hug. "Thank you so much." I looked up at him. We kissed. His arms wrapped around my waist as mine went around his neck.

He was taller then me, so when i would stand on my tippy toes, i would loose my balance, so he would grab my waist to hold my balance. I loved when he did that.

We pulled apart and i went inside. I went upstairs to my room and sat my penny board down. I changed into some different clothes. All i could think about was him. His smile. His laugh. How sweet he is to me. Most importantly his eyes. He was so perfect. But it still confuses me on why he liked maggie so much to hurt me all these years. I tried not to think about it and just went to sleep. Thinking about the best night of my life.
