It was time for first period. Luckily you guys didn't have to do much. The teacher just went over class rules and the lab rules. Also you guys went over what the class would be doing for the year. It all seemed pretty exciting. Anyway, after the teacher wrapped up, everyone had a few good minutes left off and you decided to talk to Sean/Jack with the remaining time. 

While talking to him, you found out that he is from Ireland. He had to move here because of his family taking new jobs. You also found out that he had a pretty sick gaming set up, you only knew this because he showed you the pictures. Both of you just continued to talk and then finally compared his schedule to your's. You sadly didn't have any other classes with him, but you did notice that he would most likely have a class with Kyle. Or at least you thought he would...

Soon enough the bell rang and snapped you out of your thoughts again. It was time to go to next period. Sean said goodbye to you and then parted ways. Now you were excited because you'd get to talk to Kyle a little bit more.

Just entering the room, you looked around and spotted Kyle. He was facing another direction, looking towards the wall on the side. You slid in the seat next to him.

"Hey stranger..." You said, trying to contain a giggle.

He turned around and gave a somewhat weak smile. You didn't realize why until you saw the one side of his face. His one cheek was red and slightly bruised.

"What the fuck? Did you already get into a fight?" You mumbled, being slightly concerned.

"I don't want to talk about it right now..." He whispered to me.

Nodding, the two of you waited in silence, you were waiting until the teacher came in. She did when the bell rang. Taking a look around, you noticed that not a single person from the gang was here. Could it be that you don't have a single class with any of them this year?

Your attention was diverted from the teacher to the door because there was some kind of ruckus going on outside of the room. 

"What is going on out there?" The teacher said, getting up from her seat and going out to investigate.

Once she did that someone slipped into the room and you immediately knew you were wrong about what you had said. You DID have one class with someone from that squad. It was...

Lui Calibre

"Well, hello there Y/N! How in the world are you!?!?" He asked as he walked past my desk.

"What the fuck do you want?" You asked, rolling my eyes.

Lui stopped and came back to your desk, propping his hands against it to lean on it, "I'll let that one slide, but you better watch how you speak to me, if you know what's good for you..." He smirked slightly.

Opening your mouth to speak, you couldn't say anything because the teacher came back.

"Mr. Calibre, so nice of you to join us..." The teacher snarked slightly.

Lui just rolled his eyes and took any empty seat he could. Meanwhile, Kyle leaned over to you and whispered, "What was that about?" 

"I'll tell you later..." You whispered back. You really didn't want to have to explain this to him or Sean, at least not now, but you knew they would've found out one way or another. You just needed some time to explain the whole story, before they could hear the 'true' story from one of them.

The teacher began going over everything, as usual. Then, like in Chemistry, you had some minutes to talk, which both of you did.

The bell had rung and the two of you left for third period. It was honestly the same old thing. Luckily, none of the gang was there, but sadly Kyle and Sean weren't either.

Once third was over, it was time for study hall and then lunch. As you arrived at study hall, you found yourself with none of the crew members, which you were relieved to find out.

The bell had rung and you were off to lunch. As you walk, you remembered what you had told Sean and Kyle. It was that you'd wait for them at the bottom of the main staircase. Which you did, but then you began to wander off after a few seconds.

"Hey! Wait up!" Two voices echoed down the hallway, coming from behind as you turned around.

"You aren't going to wait for us?" Kyle asked, taking a few breaths. 

"I waited!" You replied.

"For what... 5 seconds?" Kyle asked, looking at me as if he were trying to determine if my answer would be a lie or not.

You rose your hands up in defeat/surrender, "Fine... I admit it. I waited for like 10 seconds..." then you began to giggle a bit, which caused the two males to laugh. Changing the subject, you asked, "So, I assume that you two met already?"

Kyle nodded and spoke "Sean was just in my last period."

You nodded, beginning to walk. Kyle and Sean followed behind. The group walked in silence for a few moments. That silence wouldn't last for much longer though.

"So... About what happened in Algebra..." Kyle began to ask.

Damn it, you knew he would eventually ask about that. You just wished it would've been later. However, there was no better time than the present, so you took a deep breath before explaining it.

"That was Lui Calibre..." You said.

"Is he your friend?" Kyle asked, which almost made you laugh at the question.

"No, he's apart of a crew here..." You continued to answer the questions.

"What crew?" Sean had chimed in with his own questions.

"They call themselves the Banana Bus Squad..." You, once again, continued to answer their questions.

"What do they do? And why name your crew after both a long, yellow vehicle and a yellow fruit?" Kyle asked, tilting his head slightly.

You shrugged at that part and answered the first question, "they're the biggest bunch of dicks around here. I try to avoid them. Have been for since middle school, but I can never escape them..." You said, putting a little smile on.

Wanting to go more into detail however Kyle told you that you didn't have to right now. Even though you were somewhat relieved, you knew that you would have to tell him sometime down the road before he hears their 'truth' about me. 

You decided to tell them just a little more, "they've also been bullying me for the past few years... That's why I've been trying to avoid them." 

Kyle and Sean both stopped in their tracks.

"Oh Y/N... I didn't..." Kyle began, immediately feeling bad.

"No... I wanted to tell you, but I couldn't earlier..." You said, giving a little smile and then looking at your covered arms.

The three of of you continued to walk into the lunch room and sat down. We remained silent for a bit but we eventually began to talk some more. You kept staring at Kyle, only because of his bruised cheek. You were so curious about it but decided to ask him at a later point in time.

The bell rang as it was time to go to our next class. Sadly you didn't have a class with either of them again. You'd have to wait until the period after this to even get the chance to talk to Kyle again.

As you began walking down the hall, you immediately bumped into someone.

"Shit...." You mumbled as you stumbled again.

"Oh, sorry about that..." A female's voice said, which caused you to look up.

"No, it's fine..." You laughed slightly as this was twice today.

"Sorry, I've just been looking for someone. I doubt you could help me..." She began to say.

You shrugged, "go for it..."

"I'm looking for my brother... He's a bit taller than me. He's a sophomore. His name's Kyle..." She explained.

At first you was clueless until she said Kyle, your eyes widened a bit, "yeah, I don't know what class he has right now, but he's in my homeroom, second period and sixth period..." you immediately began to regret rambling on, because she probably didn't care.

Her eyes widened and a smile formed on her face, "that's great! Please tell him that his sister is looking for him." The female said and began to walk away before you could even say okay to the request.

A/N: That's the end of that chapter. This chapter I changed up a bit from the last two times it's been published :) I changed out Bryce for two characters, one who was introduced in a later chapter in the previous version of this book and the other is a female character (who's been present in a couple of small cameos in some of my most recent works :) )
