CHARACTER ARC: Jasper Jennings had to grow up fast. His dad was a drunk loser who left when Jasper was nine years old. Around this time, Jasper's mother became extremely mentally ill. Because his sister, Daisy, was only four years old, Jasper stepped up and became the main caretaker for his family at a very young age.
