Gao pov

Drum, Tenbu, and I are on our way to The Buddy Card Office since Commander I called us in. (Y/N) currently isn't with us since he is in Pandora World fighting to save people as Build, and to regain his memories. But he said we can rely on him to still help us out. We arrive at the Buddy Card Office.

Gao: Commander, What do you need us to do?

Commander I: Gao we need you, Drum, and Tenbu to check up on a report of a Criminal Fighter going to Pandora World.

Drum: Isn't (Y/N) there?

Tenbu: That could be bad.

Commander I: (Y/N) helped us set up a means of Transport to and From Pandora World. Are you up to the task?

Gao: Yes Sir!

We head to the transporter and go to Pandora World when we get there it looks like we're in a lab. There's equipment everywhere and a chalkboard with something on it. It looks like a math equation but it covers the entire chalkboard, I have zero idea about what it means.

Drum: Seems like (Y/N) is a bit of a nerd.

Tenbu: All of those numbers and letters are hurting my head.

Gao: Let's see if we can exit via that ladder.

We head up the ladder and open a door at the top of the ladder. When we go through it we see that is was a refrigerator door in a Cafe. While we're looking around we hear what sounds like an argument. We look to see (Y/N) arguing with someone. He grabs the guy by the jacket.

(Y/N): Obtaining power means to accept the responsibility that comes with it! Don't ever think that comes easy!

(Y/N) throws the guy to the side and walks out while grabbing his own jacket. They guy who (Y/N) was arguing with follows him, so we follow them. After a few minutes of following behind we see (Y/N) Fighting someone who has a bat like design on there chest and a monster.

(Y/N) is surprisingly losing to the guy.

(Y/N): Night Rogue, I won't let you win!

Night Rogue: Go ahead and try.

Night Rogue then attacks (Y/N) with a blade, and the monster punches (Y/N) knocking him out of his transformation. with his driver being taken by Night Rogue.

Night Rogue: Now to take the fullbottles.

The Guy from the Cafe tackles Night Rogue and takes the driver from him.

We all looked surprised at the fact that the guy from the Cafe is able to use the driver. (Y/N) gets up and walks towards us with a bit of a limp.

(Y/N): That Idiot was able to finally use it.

Gao: You know that guy?

(Y/N): Yeah, his name is Banjou Ryuga, and with the help of the Cross-z Dragon he is now Kamen Rider Cross-z.

The Monster charges at Banjou who turns the crank on the driver and after he stops turning the crank a blue dragon appears behind.

Driver: READY GO! DRAGONIC FINISH!

After the Driver announces that Banjou jumps in the air and kicks the Monster going through it causing it to blow up in green flames.

(Y/N): He beat the Smash with one attack.

Drum: Smash? Is that what that monster was called.

(Y/N): Yeah.

Banjou summons a sword a sword that announces what I assume to be it's name.

Sword: Beat Closer!

Banjou pulls a lever in the hilt of the sword and swings it at Night Rouge.

Sword: Hippare! Smash Hit!

Night Rogue gets launched back a bit so Banjou repeats the process but pulling the lever twice.

Sword: Hippare! Hippare! Million Hit!

This attack launches Night Rogue farther back. Banjou takes a bottle from the holder on the driver and inserts in the Beat Closer.

Sword: Special Tune!

Banjou: Right now.... I feel like I can't lose!

Sword: Hippare! Hippare!

He slashes the sword at Night Rogue despite the distance which launches a yellow and blue energy wave at Night Rogue.

Sword: Million Slash!

Night Rogue is launched back a good distance and can barely get up.

Night Rogue: This isn't over.

A bunch of steam ejects from the pipes on Night Rogue's suit creating a cloud of steam covering him, after the steam clears Night Rogue is gone.
