You have been married to Bucky for two years now, for the past year and a bit you've been trying for a child with no luck. Today you got your results from the doctor. When Bucky walked into your shared apartment he heard crying from your guys bedroom. He ran in to see you crying on the bed a piece of paper in hand, Bucky engulfed you in his strong arms letting you sob into his shoulder as he whispered calm soothing words to you. After about an hour or so your sobs turned into slight hiccups. "What's wrong doll?" Silently you hand him the results. "Are they true?' You nodded a few stray tears rolling down your cheek "I'm sorry James," Bucky shushed you wiping the tears "Not your fault, we can adopt or have a surrogate mother." You nodded sighed "Not now."

Many months have passed since you got the results about not being able to bear children, you were now lying with Bucky your head on his lap as he stroked your hair. "Bucky? Could we adopt?" Bucky grinned lifting you and kissing you softly. "Of course doll, Would you like to go now?" you nodded excitedly getting up pulling him. You went to an orphanage on the outskirts of Brooklyn grinning ear to ear. You were talking to the woman at the front desk while bucky walked around. As Bucky was in the girls side of the building he felt a tug on his pants leg, he looked down to see a girl no older than 3 or 4 with long almost white blonde hair and big green eyes. Bucky smiled softly crouching down "What happened to your arm mister?" Bucky chuckled at the girl "I lost it a long time ago but got a new one." the girl giggled touching it. "Would you like to come home with me?" Bucky asked which made the girl squeal hugging him. He picked her up going to find you "What's your name?" The girl smiled "My name is Danielle what's yours?" "I'm Bucky" He grinned seeing you "(Y/n), meet ." (Y/N) looked up gasping "What happened to her?" looking at Danielle's missing left arm. The old woman at the desk smiled sadly "That's how Danielle was born, parents didn't want her." (Y/n) went to the Danielle "Hello Sweetie." Danielle smiled "Hi! Are you gonna be my new mommy?" Your heart melted at the sight of her, you took her from Bucky hugging her "I am"

A month has passed since adopting Dani and she has everyone wrapped around her cute little fingers even Nat. You and the girls left on a Girls day out enjoying the time. As you walked in the tower, where you guys were visiting, you say all the men dressed up as princess playing tea party in flower crowns. You and the girls decided to join the guys in the fun.
