Bucky was walking to his job when the sound of babies crying and he followed the sound to see 12 newborn babies in 3 groups all alone, He walked over to the first set of babies and learned that the first of babies names were Claire Rhodes, Milani Rhodes, Rikki Rhodes and Connor Rhodes and that they were stolen from the hospital and that their parents are badly injured. He signed in sadness. He felt bad for both the parents and the babies. He prayed that they would recover so that way they can visit them and that he can still be part of the babies lives.

 He walks over to the second group of babies and learns that their names are Cleo Resse, Galvin Resse, Nolan Resse and Sarah Resse and  also learns that they are actually from Connecticut and  that they were stolen from the hospital and that their parents are badly injured. He signed in Sadness. He prayed that they would recover so that way they can visit them and that he can still be part of the babies lives. He still wants to Include their parents in their lives.  It's who he is.                                                                                                                                                                                                           He walks over to the third group  of babies and learns that their names Jeffrey Manning,  Xavier Manning,  Sheila Manning,  Holly Manning and that they were stolen from the hospital and that their parents are badly injured. He signed in sadness. He prayed that they would recover so that way they can visit them and that he can still be part of the babies lives. He still wants to Include their parents in their lives. It's who he is. He wouldn't change that part of himself at all.

He brough the 12 babies to the hospital to what their condition is and if their parents are okay.

Unfortunately, all three set of parents will  be paralyzed and won't be able to take care of their babies. Unfortunately, Bucky had an Idea, what if Helen and Josh Manning, Eloise and Robert Resse and Cornelius and Elizabeth Rhodes came to stay with him and his adopted babies and bond with them. Bucky was given permission to adopt their babies and he still included them.  

Luckily the parents could still drive and Bucky lived in a mansion so he had plenty of room for everyone to stay and his friend Brock Rumlow also stayed there with his kids, who are 2 years old. Their names are Sumire Rumlow, Jackson Rumlow, Leanne Rumlow and Cabe Rumlow.

He signs the adoption papers  Claire Rhodes, Milani Rhodes, Rikki Rhodes, and Connor Rhodes first then he signs the adoption papers Jeffrey Manning, Xavier Manning, Sheila Manning, Holly Manning, and lastly he signs the adoption papers for Cleo Resse, Galvin Resse, Nolan Resse and Sarah Resse. The parents arrive and take the babies back to Bucky's home and Bucky drove home. He and the birth parents arrive at his house at the same time and they all carry the babies inside and Bucky hears Will Halstead crying, so he heads upstairs and carries Will downstairs.

Jay Halstead, Izzy Halstead, Luisa Halstead, Will Halstead, Claire Rhodes, Milani Rhodes, Rikki Rhodes, Connor Rhodes, Jeffrey Manning, Xavier Manning, Sheila Manning, Holly Manning, Cleo Resse, Galvin Resse, Nolan Resse and Sarah Resse have been Fed, Changed into clean diapers and are now sleeping in their own cribs and the parents head to bed and so does Bucky Barnes.

Brock Rumlow puts his kids Sumire Rumlow, Jackson Rumlow, Leanne Rumlow and Cabe Rumlow to bed and then he heads to bed himself. Everyone was tired and fell asleep right away.
