We all woke up early the next day as we were very excited about what we were going to do. I could see some animals working hard outside the window. They looked really funny as they were in different shapes and sizes.

Then, Wizard Whoop Loop came in to ask if we had slept well. We said "Yes!!!" Then he taught us how to use our present, the bubble-maker. The bubble-maker consisted of a small tube through which you had to blow. Then our bubble would slowly form around us. It was fun practicing to use our bubble-maker.

After that, Wizard Whoop Loop took us to a room where they made different spells. Little cotton balls were busy helping with the preparations.

Wizard Whoop Loop pointed to a vessel brimming with bubbly solution and a little cotton ball bending over to see the condition of the liquid. A thin long tube was attached to the vessel through which the liquid was shooting up and bursting like crackers.

Wizard Whoop Loop said "Children, do you see those sparks? That is the safety spell which protects us from any danger.

"Nice" we said in chorus.

Then the wizard told us about the adventure trip he had organized for us.

"Come children, Let me take you to the operating room"

"Operation?" Dhruv said in a worried tone. "I thought this was supposed to be a pleasant trip."

"You silly! Operating also means controlling, don't act like a baby" Rishi said. "That's what happens when you have lack of knowledge by not reading any books. All you do is play, play and play."

"Oh I see" Dhruv, said ignoring the last two sentences.

We entered a huge crystalline room where there was something like a huge computer-screen which had a map of Calypso drawn on it.

The wizard said "Look children, this is our motherland Calypso. If you want a closer view of any of the places, just say zoom in and the name of the place.

So I tried. "Zoom in Love Kingdom" I said, since the name sounded attractive. Tada!! It worked. I could see a much clearer view of the place with all its cool destinations. "Wow!" I said "Cool" as I saw the Fun trees, all nodding their heads and smiling with glee. I spotted a lone cottage beside the River of Love and wondered who lived there.

"Who lives there?" I asked the wizard, pointing at the small cottage with a blue roof.

"The Wise Old Quiggly" he said.

"Quiggly?" I heard someone exclaim and turned around to see someone I'd never thought would speak, Dhruv. He had got used to the business of magic since there was no other choice but to believe in it.

"Yes" said the wizard. "I'm sure you must have seen the hardworking, shape-changing creatures from your window."

"Yup, I did" I said, breaking his flow of thought.

"Good" he said. "I'll tell you something about the Wise Old Quiggly. Ready to listen?"

"Sure" we screamed. "Why not?"

So he started- " There was one Quiggly who was too old to work but possessed some excellent skills with which he had the ability to find solutions to any kind of problem and knew how to interpret one's fate in the future. So people started calling him the Wise Old Quiggly and went to him whenever they had any problems and difficulties. Till now, there is no problem in Calypso which hasn't been found a solution to with his intelligence. He was the first Quiggly to be created but still lives. He is over 500 years old and the wisest and friendliest Quiggly in Calypso.

"Woh! That's cool" I heard Rishi say aloud.

Yes, it was certainly cool, I thought. Living for more than 500 years! Woh! So lucky!

The wizard then pointed at each of the destinations and explained about each of them. I was so impatient so I asked "What about our adventure trip? Where are we going? What are we doing?"

Continuous questions trickled out of my little mouth and the wizard remained silent in deep thought. I thought he was deeply concentrating on something as his body was as still as water without ripples during the night. But he was just thinking.

Then he suddenly said "I'll tell you later, when you really have to go"

"Ok" we said and sighed as he hadn't explained clearly about anything related to the adventure trip. Our first day just passed like that- only seeing different rooms and finding out that the wizard had something in store for us!!!!
