One of the cotton balls who was called Lama said “Sir, both of us can’t do anything to save them even if they got into trouble. The Magic Rule Book says that we cannot help children when they are in our land. Remember?’

“Oh yes’ said the wizard. You are right! Now it’s up to them if they fall into any danger. Let the Almighty be with them!!! From our side, let’s do whatever we can do to make the spell work.”

Wizard Whoop Loop tried mixing all the liquids and saying all the spells he knew, but in vain, nothing seemed to happen. The liquid bubbled and bubbled but it never sparked like crackers.

“You have any idea what the problem is?” he asked Lama. “Do you know anything about this?” he said in a worried tone.

“No, not really, but I have a hunch”

“What?”

“Could it be the storm that occurred 2 days back and is still mild in the air? You know spells don’t work in moist weather.”

”That’s why I am working under you sir” he said and laughed.

The wizard also laughed and said “But what can we do about it?”

“Nothing until now” said Lama. “But I just hope the children are safe and nothing bad befalls upon them. Everyone should stay close together and no one should stray away from the group. Then surely nothing will happen to them.”

“You are right Lama, Let’s just hope for the best! Anyway, let me first locate them and send the nearest Quiggly to watch over them. It can help them, if not us.”
