You being the youngest in your family we're last in line for being leader of your family mafia. You wouldn't get that power unless your whole family either stepped down or was out the way. You wanted the power so you hired some of the other members who were loyal to you to kill them. Once they are killed you are leader and get to lead the mafia. (Bias) is the leader of his own mafia and you set on his mafia to alliance with. But you secretly want to take over his mafia next.
