I feel bad for not updating in a while, so here's what Yoongi's patient profile would be if he ever checked into a mental institution (in an AU obviously) also I have no fucking clue what these actually look like.

Past diagnosis: depression (18), anxiety (16), OCD (16-24 was undiagnosed), ADHD (12), insomnia (?).

Medication: anxiety meds, ADHD (not specific), sleeping meds (insomniac).

Patient has self-harmed for 10 years but is 3 weeks clean.

Suicidal thoughts (asked to patient): every day (patient specified no anti-depressants).

Notes: tried to OD on sleeping pills, was sent to hospital for 4 weeks, then in a rehab center for 3 weeks (self-harmed while in hospital). His condition worsens when in a private room, he prefers quiet company. Self deprecating behavior is also showing. Patient has history of misdiagnosis, shows irregular symptoms. Monitor daily while in rehab.

Plan: continue with current medication while in center, shared room (non-violent, as previously shown), normal routine, no release date set.
