jeon jeongguk, literally satan's son, had fallen in love. that wasn't the worst, he fell in love with an angel.

devils mostly haunted people, took their souls, and cursed a few people. but falling in love? never. he had to keep it a secret from his friends, yoongi, namjoon, and hoseok. which wasn't easy since they were always together.

"ha! some teens were trying to get in your house again, jeon." yoongi spoke as jeongguk nodded, not listening as he was too distracted because of kim taehyung.

kim taehyung was an ordinary angel, except almost everyone had a crush on him; though he just stuck to hanging out with his friends, jimin, and seokjin.

"did you hear? jeongguk's got the hots for taehyung," bogum, also a devil, said. namjoon and yoongi turned around. "no he doesn't, us devils can't fall in love," yoongi said as namjoon nodded. "see for yourself," bogum said and motioned to jeongguk who was looking up at taehyung.

taehyung giggled as he looked back down at jeongguk, smiling. he's always had a crush on him and everyone knows that. jeongguk smiled as taehyung reached his hand down between the border, wincing when his hand got burned. "owie!" he whined.

jimin sighed. "get over him, he's just using you," he said as taehyung huffed. "but have you seen him? isn't there someway we can turn him into an angel? or that we can turn me into a devil?" he whined. seokjin chuckled, "yes but we're not gonna do that. devil's can't fall in love."

"but angel's can! i don't get why we have these dumb rules," he said with a pout. "why don't you go with him?" seokjin said and pointed to another angel, yugyeom, "he kinda looks like jeongguk." taehyung huffed, attempting to cross the border again as he got burned and winced, walking over to jeongguk as his wings burned.

"tae what are you doing?!" jimin yelled, watching taehgung crawl because of how weak he was.

jeongguk looked down at taehyung and widened his eyes as he ran away. taehyung coughed and weakly stood up, going back to the angel's world. taehyung whimpered and looked down at jeongguk, confused as to why he ran away.

as jimin was taking care of him and seokjin scolding him, all of jeongguk's friends looked at him. "why'd you run?" yoongi asked. 

"w-well because-" jeongguk stuttered, looking away. "because i'm in love!" he exclaimed as they all gasped, "no, no, no you're not. we literally cannot fall in love, it's not possible." hoseok stated. "well i don't- i don't know! he was just-.. he's amazing.." he said, looking up at the burnt angel.

taehyung stuck his tongue out at him and widened his eyes when jeongguk attempted to cross the border, it not being physically possible for them. taehyung huffed and turned away.

jeongguk sighed, "uhh.. what am i supposed to do? he can't come down here or he'll just get burned." the others shrugged. "we don't know, you're on your own, kooks," namjoon said and sighed as he walked away.

jeongguk frowned, looking up and seeing taehyung's friends leave him too.  once they were completely gone, taehyung crossed the border again as he fell and screamed, jeongguk catching him.

"hurts.." taehyung mumbled as jeongguk sighed, "are you- are you okay?" taehyung huffed. "are you gonna run away again?" he said with a pout, jeongguk chuckled. "no...?" taehyung huffed, getting down from his arms as he was about to cross the border. however jeongguk stopped him and grabbed his hand, pulling him back and kissing him.

taehyung's eyes widened and he kissed back, whimpering when they were pulled apart by god and satan. "we're closing off the border. forever." satan said as god nodded in agreement.

"w- what?!" god pulled him back to the other side of the border. "and we're erasing any memory you two had together." satan said, god nodding and erasing taehyung's memory as satan did the same.

"what happened?.." taehyung asked. "dunno." god said and shrugged as he walked away
