after great rounds of sex, the two boys collapse on the bed in each others arms.

"mm.. gukkie.." taehyung says and looks at him. "yes baby?" jeongguk replies with a fake smile and looks at him. "i love you." he says for the tenth time, never receiving an 'i love you too'. "mm." jeongguk hums in response and taehyung sighs.

phones buzz and he (jeongguk) reaches over to grab it. thinking taehyung wasn't looking, he turned his phone on

jimin had sent him a picture of him in a lingerie. taehyung's eyes widen and he acts like he doesn't see it and turns on his side, causing jeongguk to spoon him.

taehyung huffs softly, quickly getting up and shoving the younger boy off him. "woah baby what's wrong?" jeongguk asks, raising an eyebrow.

"shut up! you're a liar!" taehyung yelled, tears streaming down his face. "what do you mean?" jeongguk asked softly. "i mean you cheated on me with my best friend!" he quickly got changed and threw two rings at him. "y'know, these were promise rings i was gonna give you later-" jeongguk raises an eyebrow. "why? is today special?" taehyung scoffs. "yes it is! it's our one year anniversary!" he says. "i don't care anymore, we're done! you can live with jimin now, because i'm never coming back!" he says and leaves the house on a hurry, slamming the door.

jeongguk feels his knees grow week and he falls on them as he cries silently. "i.. i love you too.." he whispered, calling jimin and telling him to come over.

soon enough, jimin was there. "kookie baby? what's wrong?" he asked and his eyes widened as he saw him crying. jeongguk gets up and shakes his head. "d- don't call me that." jeongguk whimpers. "t- tae broke up with me." he said and jimin raised an eyebrow. "isn't that good? we can be together now?"

jeongguk shakes his head. "no! h- he left me! he's never coming back.." jimin's eyes widen. "then let's look for him you dipshit!" jimin says and jeongguk hurriedly gets dressed.

a week passes and they still haven't found taehyung, another week passes and they've both forgotten about it. they're currently cuddling on the couch, watching the news when both their eyes widen

A 24 year old male is found dead on the railroad tracks at Yongsan station.

soon enough there was a knock at the door, jeongguk got up to get it and his eyes widen. "taehyung?!" he says and the elder boy scoffs. "i'm not here for you, i'm moving out and in with yoongi and hoseok." he looks over at the couch and sees jimin. "because they're better friends." he quickly packs his stuff. "goodbye dipshits." he says and slams the door.

jimin and jeongguk sigh, both boys looking down. "we're so stupid." jeongguk whimpers and sighs. "i never even told him 'i love you' when i did! i really did!" he said. "i'm such a bad best friend.." jimin whispers and sighs.
