All Members // Secrets // Final
You sat there as other acts went up on the stage, unable to speak. Unable to believe that they were actually here.
"Look how upset she is!" Taejoon raised his voice, but not enough to draw attention. "You guys all caused this."
"Taejoon... leave it." You mumbled quietly. He tensed beside you.
"No I will not leave it. They've already left you to fend for yourself once, I won't make the same mistake." He seethed. He was definitely angry. "That song we sang? Written about you lot, by her. She looked up to you all, you were the only elders she could rely on and you chose fame over family. What kind of people does that? More so to their baby siblings."
"T-Taejoon just leave it!" You raised your voice this time. Catching the attention of those around you. "I'm going home, I'll see you there." You stood up and quickly walked out the cafe, hiding your tears. Once you had turned the corner you let them flow freely.
You walked with your head down the rest of the way home and once you got home you beelined for your room. Sobs shook your body as your head connected with your pillow.
You laid there, memories of your child hood with Taejoon and BTS flashing through your mind, but soon the tears stopped and you remained hiccuping.
--
Weeks had passed since you had seen them and honestly you were feeling worse than you did without seeing them for that extended amount of time. You weren't best happy with Taejoon either for the scene he had caused, but he was the only thing you had left that was family, so you didn't stay mad at him for that long.
"Yoonji?" He hummed quietly as he entered your room. You lifted your head from the book you were reading, slightly angry at the fact you had been disturbed from your book. In his hands he held a tray with food on and you felt your heart swell in your chest. "I know you haven't been feeling too good after the run in with those 'brothers' of ours. So I made you a little meal, just like you enjoyed from childhood."
You sometimes hated your brother, or rather the word was disliked, because siblings were meant to dislike each other. But it was times like this when it made you really happy that you had your brother.
"Thankyou." You set your book down on your bedside table and pulled back the sheets slightly, just do that if you managed to spill it wouldn't get on everything. Taejoon took this as an invitation to sit alongside you.
"I'm sorry... for the other day-" He started but you cut him off by shoving food into his mouth. His eyes widened in shock for a split second before chewing and swallowing.
After you had finished the meal he had cooked, there was a loud knock on the front door downstairs. Both of you got up at the same time to investigate. Nobody ever really came around, and those that came around regularly like close friends and your parents already had keys.
You put the tray with the plates on in the kitchen before following Taejoon down the hallway to the front door. Your eyes widened seeing your elder brothers there.
"What are you doing here?" Taejoon got all defensive, pulling you behind him.
"Yoonji..." You felt your heart race, they were back... You tore from Taejoon's arms and practically fell into Yoongi's warm embrace, after all he had been your favourite elder brother.
