Jimin

Jimin and you had met each other online and after many months of texting and face timing, you finally had a chance of meeting in real life. Now, you knew about how tall he was and all that after he told you how much the members tease him about it, but you didn't care. What worried you was how he would react once he realized that you were taller than him since you were 5'11.

The day finally arrived and when you were getting dressed you decided against heels, normally you love wearing heels or booties, but today you did not feel like towering over him. Usually, you weren't insecure about your height even after guys rejected you because of it or because they didn't want you to wear any type of shoe that made you taller. Yeah, they were jerks, but that did not stop you from being your gorgeous self and if you wanted to wear heels you would. This time though you were nervous because you liked Jimin and didn't want your height to be an issue for once.

Once you finished getting ready you drove to the restaurant you were meeting at. Luckily, you got there first and after the waiter took you to the reserved table you did not have to wait much for Jimin to get there.

"Y/n it's so nice to finally see you in person," Jimin exclaimed with a smile as he took his seat. "You look beautiful," he said as a blush took over his face.

"Thank you," you said as you looked at him, "Its true, it is nice to see you out of the screen it somehow makes everything seem a bit more real".

"I get it, I'm sorry it took so long to arrange this date you know with the tour coming up and all," Jimin stated with a grimace.

After that it was smooth sailing there was not one awkward moment. Jimin was amazing at making conversation and he was a good listener too. Ultimately, it was time to go. The bill was paid, and you had finished dessert. It was now or never.

Being the gentleman he is he offered to walk you to your car. As you got up, he gave you his arm and when you stood up you were a good three inches taller than him. Realizing that you couldn't help but blush from how nervous you were. Once you looked at him, he didn't seem fazed at all, so you went along with it.

Both you and Jimin acknowledged that what you had between you was not just a simple friendship. You had feelings for each other and with that in mind you were hoping to leave with at least a kiss. You hoped he did not think differently of you although knowing him you knew he wasn't like that. You made light conversation as you walked and at some point, you ended up holding hands, so you took that as a good sign.

"Well this is my car," you pointed as you turned to look at him

"I guess this it huh?" he asked, as he looked at the ground

"Yeah, but I'm going to tell you a little secret," you whispered as you leaned into his ear, "I don't want it to end," you said softly in his ear. As you began to pull away, he held your face in his hands.

"I have to confess something too... I don't want it to end either," he muttered under his breath and with that he closed the gap between you as he kissed you. It was a sweet moment you wished never ended but sadly you both had to breathe.

You had to admit you were worrying over nothing you knew he wasn't like the other guys you had dated and you couldn't be happier, still, you decided to address your insecurity.

"You know... I was worried I was going to scare you away with how tall I am," you admitted as you took his hand.

"I'm not going to lie it took me by surprise too, but not in a bad way, I promise," he quickly said as he looked at you, "You need more than that to scare me away besides you are so beautiful inside and out, you are amazing and being tall is not a bad thing."

"I don't care that you're taller than me truth be told I'm used to the people around me being taller than me." He admitted as he took both my hands and looked me in the eyes

With that, you, admittedly, leaned down and kissed him again. Safe to say after that day you never felt insecure about your height again... and you started wearing your heels and booties around him. You even joined the guys when they teased him about his height, all in good fun of course.

Taehyung

You were on your way to a café close to your apartment building ready for some caffeine in your system. It had been a rough week with studying for your finals and you deserved a treat. You finally walked into the café with one of your earbuds in as you listened to BTS one of your favorite kpop groups.

As you made the line another customer stood behind you when you heard someone say, "Woah Hyung look she's so tall it's amazing," with that you rolled your eyes and scoffed. It wasn't unusual for people to notice that about you, after all, you were almost 6 ft tall. "Yah Taehyung lower your voice," another voice said behind you.

After you had ordered you took a seat at a table and waited for your name to be called out. As you looked around you found someone staring at you and as you stared back you realized you knew this person and at the realization, your eyes almost popped out of your head. It was KIM TAEHYUNG- wait- now thinking back he was the one who said that comment about your height you could recognize that voice anywhere. Just as quickly you turned your head away 'act cool y/n' you said to yourself.

Suddenly someone was standing in front of you and  as you looked up you saw him. Your heart was pounding you even felt it in your ears. He looked at your shocked face and said, "Hi, I'm Taehyung nice to meet you."

"Um h-h-hi my names y/n," you stuttered out 'nice going y/n'

"I just wanted to come and say hi and how beautiful I think you are," he said with his unique smile, his eyes never leaving your face. "Also, I'm sorry for my comment earlier I didn't mean it in a bad way I just think it's cool," he apologized as he scratched the back of his neck.

Oh, he noticed your annoyance at his comment?

"Um, thank you!" you answered way to quickly, as you fidgeted with your hands and looked down. "It's okay I'm used to people noticing my height," you admitted as you looked at him "Don't worry about it, you're forgiven," you stated with a smile.

Abruptly you heard your name being called, "Sorry, let me get that real quick," you stood up and went to get your drink when you got back you noticed he wasn't there anymore disappointment started to fill you when you realized he left a note.

Call me and maybe we can plan something 😉'

As you read it you couldn't help but smile at the note, I mean it's not every day someone asks you on a date much less an idol. With that, you saved the number on your phone and off you went to your apartment to study with newfound motivation.

Jungkook

Jungkook and you have been dating for about a year and it has been amazing. You loved him so much and he loved you just as much but that did not mean you were safe from his teasing and pranks. One of the things he liked to tease you about was your height which you didn't understand why, sure you were taller than him, but it wasn't that much of a difference.  Either way, this were some of the things you would hear.

"Hey y/n," he would ask.

"Yes Jungkook?" and as the good girlfriend you are, you replied.

"How's the temperature up there?" he asked with a stupid smile in his face and with that, you'd walk away.

Or

At times he would wear his chunky boots because let's be real those add like three inches to his height and he would be the same height as you. In a teasing way, he'd say, "So this is how you see the world huh?"

You were not insecure about your height not at all, but his teasing annoyed you so much. So, in turn, you would tease him back about his "shortness."

"Oh, what's that? you need help getting something down? Oh, poor baby if only you weren't so short," you would say with a pout, but you would still help him get whatever he needs.

"Oops sorry shorty didn't see you there," this one you would use a lot when you bump into him the funniest part was when he looked at you with an annoyed expression.

In the end, it was all fun and games you both loved each other a lot. Together the two of you would make fun of the rest of the group, no one was spared. When it came to Jungkook he wouldn't have you be any other way. He liked that he doesn't have to lean down to kiss you and depending on the day ,and whether or not you wore heels,  he would sometimes have to look up to do so. He would love that he can just put his face on your neck so easily. Honestly, he didn't care for your height he just loved you for the amazing person you are.
