It is said that when you smile, you instantly become happy. For some people it's just that. For me, I have someone who brightens up my day even if I don't smile.

The sun is blazing and the rays are streaming through my window. My eyes open. I'm laying on my bed. Ugh. I don't want to wake up, but the sun is begging me to. I get off my bed and fix my hair. I receive a notification on my phone. It's Hoseok.

[Jagi-ah~ Good morning! I sent you a picture of me to brighten up your day~]

I click on the picture to see a picture of Hoseok smiling with his bedhead. I smile.

[Jagi-ah~ Go get ready to go on a date with me~ I'll come pick you up~]

A date? Then fixing my hair wouldn't be enough. I laugh. I go change into bright clothing since it's a sunny day. I grab my sunhat and someone is at my door. I open the door to be greeted by Hoseok.

"Jagi-ah~"

He hugs me tightly and grabs my hand.

"Let's go~"

With our hands interlocked, we went to the beach.

"Hoseok-ah. I want ice-cream~"

"Me too!"

We went to a nearby ice-cream shop and bought two ice-cream cones. I felt refreshed and a lot more happier. I jump onto the seawall and try to balance with Hoseok holding my hand.

"Be careful Jagi. I don't want you to hurt yourself."

I smile.

"Don't worry Hoseok, you're holding onto me after all~"

We continue to walk on the seawall then arrived near the ocean. I touch the sea water with my hand. It's very cool and refreshing. Suddenly Hoseok splashes me with sea water.

"Ya! Hoseok-ah!"

I splash water back at him.

"Okay okay, mianhae~"

We both laughed and continued to splash each other. Time has passed by a lot, the sun is about to set. Hoseok piggybacks me to the seawall. We sit together facing the ocean, watching the sun set below the horizon. I place my head on Hoseok's shoulder. He asks me a question.

"What do you think is the most important thing in life? Besides me of course~"

I smile.

"A little bit of Hope so that the world could become brighter."

The sun sets and Hoseok takes me home. To me, a little bit of Hope is a little bit of happiness.
