This one is quite long, I got a little bit carried away xD I hope you enjoy nonetheless <3

"When you've finished shopping, can we please go and get lunch?" Your boyfriend, Taehyung pouted. "I'm starving!"

You felt bad for him. You had plans to spend time with him at the weekend but that changed when your mum told you she needed you to do the grocery shopping for the week. As much as you protested, you lost and had to go shopping. Tae was more than willing to go with you but after three hours of trekking around the shopping centre, he was starting to regret his decision.

"Of course, yeobo." You said, clutching his hand as he looked at you. "One more shop and I promise I'll find somewhere that sells hamburgers." Upon hearing this, his pout turned into a bright, beaming, smile and he added an extra spring to his step. You wanted to believe it was just him being his adorable self but couldn't help to think he was trying to speed you up.

As you walked up to the last shop your mum wanted you to go to, you noticed two people walking in your direction. Lee Areum and Choi Min-ho, are the talk of your school. The power couple. The bullies. You had always had trouble with them at school, especially with Areum. She never missed an opportunity to put you down.

Areum looked over in your direction, causing you to quickly drop your gaze to the floor and grip Tae's hand tighter. He noticed and shot you a quick look of concern. He knew what the couple was like, everyone knew. You felt him rub comforting circles on the palm of your hand and kept you walking forward.

"Pay no attention to them." He whispered in your ear in a soft tone which calmed you immediately. You took his advice, that was until you had to walk past them and Areum took the chance, once again.

"Wow, who knew the school nobody could land a hunk like that?" She said loudly, looking at Min-ho but, to no one in particular. Tae noticed you stiffen and gently shoved you forwards so you didn't focus on them. You were willing to ignore them, but you heard Min-ho chuckle and it made you angry. That was your downfall, you always retaliated, and Tae was aware of this.

"I mean, seriously..." Areum continued, causing you to glare at her as you both walked past each other. Areum stopped in her tracks and looked you up and down. Tae tried to keep you walking but you paused as well, the frustration becoming too much. All you wanted to do at that moment was rip her hair out of her head. "There's nothing she could offer." She said to Min-ho again, cocking her head to the side and smugly smirking at you.

Tae sensed the anger building in you and was about to push you forward to move away but it was too late.

"Why do you have to be such a bitch?" You exclaimed, snapping. Areum chuckled, finding your reaction amusing. "You always put people down, why? Do you care for no one but yourself?"

"Y/N, let's go, babe, this isn't worth your time," Tae said, tugging slightly on your hand, but you were too flustered to pay attention.

"Oh, I care," Areum said, also ignoring Tae. You noticed Min-ho behind her, grinning at the scene you were causing. "Just not about you." That was it, you completely lost it and flung at her. Tae was going to pull you back, but even he thought the bitch needed to be put in her place.

"You bastard!" You yelled, pushing her back. Areum honestly looked shocked, to a point where Min-ho had to step in.

"Don't touch her, you bitch." He shouted, stepping between you and Areum and pushing you away from her with such force that you fell into Tae. Tae who was now seething.

"Hey!" Tae shouted, stepping in front of you, getting in Min-ho's face. His sudden harsh, angry tone made you jump. You had never heard him yell before. "Back off!"

"Me back off?" Min-ho asked, sounding genuinely shocked. "It was your lap dog that attacks my girl."

"Bullshit!" Tae spat at him. You could see the anger filling his eyes, you had never seen him this way, it almost scared you. He pointed to Areum standing behind Min-ho. "You know for a fact that this was unnecessary and pointless, and yet you still let your girl carry on."

"Oh, for God's sake Taehyung." Areum sighed from behind Min-ho. "Why waste your time on her anyway? I know tons of girls who could give you a better time."

You saw Tae tense up, he was furious. He kept inhaling sharply and looked Min-ho up and down a couple of times, sending a few glares over to Areum as well.

"Y/N, come on." He said, taking your hand without taking his eyes off of Min-ho. "Let's go. I don't have time for arseholes." You nodded slightly and let him lead you away.

"Just let me know, Taehyung!" Areum called after the both of you as Tae dragged you away. "I have phone numbers!"

When you were clearly out of view from the couple, Tae placed his hand on your shoulder and gently turned you to face him.

"Are you okay?" You ask him, looking into his big doe eyes. "I'm really sorry about that."

"Don't be." He said, his voice quick and sharp but still caring and loving at the same time. "Y/N, I don't want you to pay any attention to them anymore."

You looked down and nodded your head, sheepishly. Tae sighed, holding your hands in his. You could feel his gaze on you, burning into you. You kept looking down, biting your lip, anticipating what he was going to say next.

"Y/N, you know how I love you, right?" He asked, catching you off your guard. You looked up to be met with his eyes. They were full of love, concern and care. Your heart melted and you didn't know what to say. "Everything that Areum just said and insinuated... It's bullshit. I only love you. I only want you."

"I... I love you too Tae." You stumble over your words slightly, trying to fight back your tears.

"Now let's go finish that shopping, yeah?" He smiled at you sweetly, gripping your hands comfortingly. You laughed and nodded, walking with him to the last shop. "Oh, and Y/N?"

"Yeah?" You ask, looking up at him to be met with a cheeky grin.

"You still owe me a burger." He smirked. You chuckled at your boyfriend, playfully smacking his chest and resting your head on his shoulder.

So, I used to be a big fan of T-ara and I am still a huge SHINee fan...

Areum and Min-ho are awesome people, I love them both. I literally only used their names because I couldn't think of any names. NO HATE.

Just putting that out there.

And sorry this one is so long. As I said, I got carried away but I really enjoyed writing it. I think I'm going to do a few more like this, what do you think?
