M/N's P.O.V
I laid on the comfy, queen-sized bed we owned, unmoving as I stared at the white ceiling. I didn't feel like moving, let alone, getting something to drink from the fridge. I didn't care what time it was, wasn't time just a social construct anyway?
"(M/n), are you home?" His voice cut through the icy air, killing the pessimistic embrace I was held in.
"Yeah," I monotonously replied, hoping he could hear me from his place in the living room.
"Are you in the bedroom?" He asked, his soft footsteps growing nearer and nearer as the creaks of the hallway's wooden floor could be heard.
"Yeah," I answered, the same word falling off my tongue for the second time. It seemed easier repeating the same word over and over than formulating a sentence.
The light oak bedroom door was push open, revealing a small, blonde-haired wearing an oversized, dark green hoodie that matched with his black jeans. He was stunning, everything about was beautiful, inside and out.
"You tired?" He inquired, seeing I was laying on his usual spot on the bed. I weakly nodded, wanting to feel his warmth, but at the same time, I didn't. I didn't want him to be disgusted with me, by my stupid body. He gave me a small smile, climbing onto the bed and laying down next to me.
"How was your day?" I asked, glancing down at him as he moved closer to me, laying his head in my chest and wrapping his arms around my waist.
"Good, but it's better now that I'm home with you." He beamed, showing me that gorgeous smile of his. I felt my heart flutter, skipping ten times at once as I wrapped my arms around him, pulling him closer to my body. "You're so warm." I headed him mumble as he used me as a body pillow, I didn't mind at all.
"How was your day?" He asked. His voice vibrated against my chest, sending a weird feeling throughout my chest.
"It was... okay," I responded, running my fingers through his soft, blonde hair.
"Is everything okay? You don't seem like yourself, today." I softly sighed at his concerned question, I didn't want to talk about how I felt. I was never good with things like that.
"Yeah. I'm fine." I fibbed, a small white lie wouldn't hurt anyone. He lifted his head off of my chest, peering up at me with his two dark chocolate eyes.
"If you say so..." He muttered, gently laying his head back onto my chest.
Silence captured us, holding us in a tight embrace as we laid on the light purple comforter.
"Jimin." I softly spoke, shattering the silence that had once held us captivate.
"Hmm?" He asked, his small hands gripping my black long-sleeved shirt.
"Can you sing to me?" I shyly asked, my cheeks beginning to glow a dark shade of pink as I awaited his answer.
"Sure, any requests?" He beamed, I could hear the smile in his voice.
"No, not really," I replied, my hands gently resting in his back.
"Okay." He stated as we switched places on the bed, my head now laying in his chest as he wrapped his arms around my waist.
"This garden, in full bloom of loneliness. Nothing but thorns. I've tied myself up in this sand castle. What's your name? Is there anywhere I can go? Oh, could you tell me? I saw you hidden in this garden. And I know that your warmth is all real. I want to hold your hand that picks blue flowers." He softly sang, grabbing one of my hands in his and linking them together. "But my fate is don't smile on me, light on me. Since I can't go to you, I have no name that you can call. You know that I can't show you me, give you me. I can't show how shabby I am. I wear a mask and go to meet you. But I still want you. I wanted to give you the flower that bloomed in this garden of loneliness." I smiled softly as I wrapped my arms around his waist, his soft and soothing voice filling the silent air, slowly lulling me to sleep.
"If something's bothering you, (M/n), remember I'm always here for you." He whispered, his warm breath tickling my ear slightly. "I'll be here for you." I weakly nodded, guilt drowning me in a large lake of water.
"I don't deserve you, Jimin," I mumbled, my grip on his shirt tightening slightly. "You're such a kind and beautiful person and I'm... just awful to everyone and ugly."
"Hey, don't say that. I think you deserve the absolute world... You are my entire world." He objected, causing me to lift my head off his chest and meet his gaze. "You aren't awful to everyone, you're one of the sweetest people I know." Tears began to prick in my (e/c) eyes as he cupped my face with his hands. He looked at me with the softest gaze, his eyes held nothing but love, gentleness, and worry as he looked into mine. "I think you absolutely stunning, inside and out. I love you for you."
"Thank you," I whispered as tears began to fall down my cheeks as he let go of my face and began to rub my back. I laid my head onto his shoulder, letting out the wretched feelings that had consumed my mind and body.
"Let it all out, Love, let it all out." He whispered into my ear, sitting up on the queen-sized bed with me now sitting on his lap. "I'm here for you, remember that, please." I weakly nodded as he gently wiped away my tears.
"I-I love you." I managed to croak out as my sobs slowly deteriorated. "You're... so s-sweet to me." He gave me a small smile, a light pink spreading across his face.
"Why wouldn't I be? You are my boyfriend after all." He giggled a bit as he continued to gently rub my back. I lightly smiled feeling warm and safe in his arms. "I know you don't love yourself, but I'll be here every step of the way to help you... no matter how long it takes."
