Jin
You beautiful piece of Jin

"Why is it that everytime I try to do something, you have to copy", Namjoon said as he sat down next to Jungkook.
"You're my hyung. I'm supposed to", Taehyung laughed, placing himself in front of Jungkook.
He started bothering Jungkook by hitting his shoes. The boys laughed as they enjoyed each other's company. I on the other hand was focused on my homework, typing my essay in my laptop.
Jin has been inviting me to their practice room so I wouldn't be alone. Although I don't know what's the difference since I've been completely distracted. My essay was due three days ago and we had two weeks to work in it. And where am I? Oh just two paragraphs along.
I heard a bunch of laughter coming from my right. I bit my lip as I noticed it was my ex boyfriend with his new girlfriend and dance partner.
I was his dance partner for three years. That's actually how we met, through dance class. But I decided to give that up. It was useless.
My lips turned into a small frown as he back hugged her. He used to do that to me. I thought that was worse but apparently he's okay with PDA now. Sticking each other's tongues down their throats. He never liked affection while being in public, why is he so into it now?
I brought my knee up and rested my chin on it, not looking away from them.
"You finished yet?", Jin asked, nudging me.
I cleared my throat and stared at the screen in front of me, shielding my face with my hair.
"No", I said.
I heard the boys whispering something to Jin. I couldn't really hear since the noise that's coming from from my right blocked out everything else.
"I think you need to take a break", Jin said.
"I can't. If I don't turn this in soon, I'll fail the class", I sighed.
"Well how can you focus if you're too invested in your ex boyfriend's new girlfriend? I can't blame you though. She's hot", Taehyung giggled.
Everyone including me turned to look at Taehyung. He was smiling at the floor as he played with a string he found. When he noticed it got quiet, he looked up.
"What?", he said, obviously clueless of what he said.
I shook my head and continued typing. Jin sighed and shut my laptop.
"Hey! I was working on that", I said, facing Jin.
He stood up and held out his hand. I raised an eyebrow and wondered what he wanted.
"Stand up. I'll teach you the choreography. It'll help you relax", he smiled.
"I don't know Jin", I said, staring down at my hands.
"Come on. If you get tired of it then you can continue with your essay. I just wanna help you get your mind off that jerk", he said.
I sighed and grabbed his hand so he could help me up. He led me to the side far from my ex boyfriend and stood in front of me.
"I don't think I can do it. It's been months since I've dance", I said.
"And it's been months of you sulking over your ex. You should move on. He proved he has. You deserve someone better. And I'm sure you can still dance. I've seen you", he said.
"What? When?", I asked.
"Uh...I'm just guessing..anyways let's get on to dancing okay", he laughed awkwardly and pressed the play button on Yoongi's laptop.
Once the music started, he showed me the first few steps. It took me a while to get it but I got the hang of it pretty quickly.
"That's good. But I'm gonna stand in front of you and I will mirror the moves to get a better angle", he said.
He was a few feet away from me but it felt like he was a few inches away from me.
"Eye contact. That's very important", he said.
I blushed as I met his eyes. Once the music played again, we began to dance the choreography. It started off slow at first but as soon as Jin thought I did all the moves correctly, we went at a normal speed which seemed like more than that. After we were finished, I laid my body on the floor while trying to steady my breath.
"See. Told you that you could do it", he said, smiling as he sat down next to me.
I was smiling for a few moments before I heard their laughs again. I instantly frowned and covered my face with my arm.
"I stopped dancing because of him you know. After he told me that he didn't love me anymore, I just couldn't handle dancing if I was being reminded of all the memories we had. And now he's creating new memories with someone else", I mumbled.
"Well...how about you and I make new memories? I bet that'll help", he said.
I chuckled and nudged him.
"I knew that would make you smile. I don't want to see you upset just because of him. I want to make you feel better", he whispered, looking down at me.
"Really? How would you do that?", I asked him.
He kept his eyes on me and glanced down at my lips. He leaned forward and softly placed his lips on mine. It wasn't an intense kiss, it lasted only a few seconds. He pulled away but he was still close to me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him down for another kiss.
I was enjoying the kiss until someone pulled Jin off of me. It was my ex boyfriend. He was holding Jin by the collar and punched him on his right side.
"What the hell are you doing?!", I yelled at him, pushing him away.
I bent down to check on Jin. He knocked the air right out of him. I was rubbing Jin's back as I heard him cough.
"Don't you dare touch my girl", my ex boyfriend warned him.
"I'm not your girl anymore! From what I recall, your girl is standing right behind you. Although from the look on her face, I don't think she's your girl anymore", I said angrily.
He looked back and noticed his girlfriend was standing here with an angry look on her face. She turned away and walked towards the exit.
"Wait baby..I didn't mean it", he said, going after her.
I looked back at Jin and noticed he was still coughing but not as much.
"Are you okay?", I asked him, concerned whether he broken something even though it's not possible..I think.
"Yeah, I'm fine", he said, sitting properly.
"I'm sorry. He shouldn't have done that. I don't even know why he cares. Are you sure you're okay?", I asked, helping him up.
"I'm fine. I guess he still has feelings for you. And I'm guessing you're gonna wanna go back with him", he said, eyes frowning.
"Mmm..no. I don't. I had fun with you. You did make me feel better by the way. Mind if I make you feel better?", I asked, softly smiling.
"I don't mind actually", he smiled back.
I leaned forward but we were just inches away until someone cleared their throat.
"Uh...(y/n)..your laptop died...", Jungkook said.
"What??? I didn't save my essay! How did it die??", I asked him.
"Uh..you see..I can explain-"
"It was Jungkook's fault! He wanted to play candy crush!", Taehyung yelled from across the room.
"It wouldn't have died if Jimin stopped playing!", Jungkook yelled back.
"I didn't even touch the computer", Jimin said.
I groaned as I kept hearing them argue. I heard a chuckle beside me and arms wrapped around my waist.
"Don't worry. I'll help you with your essay. You can use my laptop", Jin smiled.
"Thanks. But first I have to do something", I smiled at him and turned around.
I glared at the three childish boys.
"Oh no..we should run", Jungkook said.
Without saying anything else, Taehyung pushed them out of the way and ran towards the boys bathroom while the other two followed.
I smirked and knew they weren't gonna get that far.
