~But...WhY?~

Jessica's POV

"Ms. Jessica Williams, please report in the chancellor's office now"
I looked up from my notes, as I saw a few glances thrown my way for distrubance, Ignoring them I picked up my book stuffing them in the bag, and walked out of the reading hall, walking past a crowd of young students.

A few Good Afternoons coming from students whom I teach, I walked past nodding at them, after 5 mintues walking in university through almost 10 corridors I reached the chancellor's office, knocking on the door I pushed it open.

"Jessica Williams, reporting sir, may I come in?" I spoke looking at vice-chancellor Professor Louise Richardson, he nodded mumbling a small yes, I walked in, I couldn't care less respecting this man, In terms of Age and experience he is a senior, but this guy is hell bent to stop my PhD.

"Have a seat Ms.Williams" He spoke without looking at me, I slided down in the comfortable leather chair, and noticed Professor Lee, Professor Harley who passed me an gentle simles of her, which I returned, and Dr. D'Souza, who looked at me sympathy, but why?

"Good Afternoon everyone, may I know why I have the pleasure of see all the Psychology Department with Professor Richardson?" I put my question straightforward, Which made Me. Richardson look up, he put down his glasses, and looked at me.

"I am ready to except your thesis and research work in child psychology Ms. Williams" he uttered the words I wanted to hear from past half year, my ears can't believe that.

"Pardon? Seriously sir! Thank you so much!!" I almost started jumping and dancing....

Key word, almost, when Mr. Richardson said... "But...

"But what sir?" I was impatient, "But you have to complete your thesis on Social Psychology, On the topic of depression in young famous personalities" he completed.

"But..why sir? Why now? I opted for Child and Teenage Psychology since the beginning, Social Psychology was just a small part of it, you can't force me to work on it" I was desperate, desperate to complete my PhD, it had to be done this year or else...

"I know my child, I know, but you are the best student, the best member of our psychology department, if you complete this assignment, then I personally will hand you two degrees of PhD myself, both in Child & Teenage Psychology, and Social Psychology" he said, it's a good bargain, of course anyone it could be, but for me it's not a choice, it's a order by him, and everyone present in this room clearly knows that.

"What's assignment sir?" I asked monotonously.

"You have to go to South Korea, live with the idol for six months, give a detailed analysis in three months, try to make their mental health stable in remaining time, find the best solution for the company whether to disband them or keep them together, It all depends on your conclusion, and we know you are the best for this,any questions?" He elaborated what I had to do, where I had to go, I had no questions in it.

"And the Idol group is?" I asked, the only thing he didn't tell, most probably he didn't it deliberately.

"It's, BTS"
