'' No.'' Misun shook her head. '' That dress is too sexy for a first date, it should be something cute.''

You sighed and hung the dress back in your closet, you grabbed another dress you liked but  Misun shook her head again. 

'' I don't know anymore Minsun.'' You said sadly and plopped down on the bed next to her.

The two of you had been going through your closet to pick out the perfect outfit for your date, but Minsun had rejected all of the outfits you had picked out. 

'' Hmm, let me take a look.'' Minsun stood up and walked to your closet. '' If you would just give me a little bit more information about the guy it would make things a lot easier.''

'' Minsun...'' You groaned.

'' I know, I know. You can't tell me anything. That's why I am 100% sure you are dating a Kpop idol.''

Since a few months you were working as a sound technician for Big Hit, your job was to make sure the audio during music shows, concerts, fan meetings, etc. was working properly. For example, you have to install en check the microphones of the artists and make sure the voices are clear, not too loud and deviant of any cracking or static. Therefore you were usually working very closely with Kpop idols and had befriended quite a few of them during your internships and jobs in the past few years. During your time at Big Hit you had gotten close with BTS especially Taehyung. Since the first time you talked to him, you two had hit it off really well. Quickly the two of you had exchanged phone numbers and started talking on a daily basis and before you knew it you had fallen for him and it turned out that he had fallen to you too. Just a few days before he had confessed his love to you and today you were going on your first date with him! So Minsun was right, you were going on a date with a Kpop idol, but you had not told your friend about it because you had signed a contract you were not allowed to tell anyone about the idols you were working with. Plus, Minsun is not that great at keeping secrets and you were afraid that if anyone would know you might lose your job. 

''I'm just really curious who it is.'' Minsun said while looking through your closet. '' I kind of suspect it is someone from your new job, but it may also be a guy from another company where you worked before.

'' You know I really want to tell you but I just can't.'' 

'' Just a small hint?''

'' Fine'' You sighed. '' He is really handsome.''

Minsun glared at you.

'' Are you kidding me, all those Kpop Boys are handsome.''

You chuckled, she was right, they were all were handsome, but Taehyung was of this world handsome. There was a reason he was chosen as the most handsome face of 2017. 

'' Here.'' Minsun threw a bundle of clothes at you. '' Wear this, it would look great on you.''

You looked at the clothes Minsun had picked a white lace shirt and a creme colored skirt with a brown belt. It was a cute outfit, perfect for a first date.

  '' Thank you Minsun. ''  You said and put on the outfit. 

'' How do I look?'' You asked.

'' Cute and beautiful.''

'' Good,'' you said smiling and looked at the time. '' Oh I need to go or else I will be late!''

You hugged Minsun and thanked her for helping you. You grabbed your car and house keys from the kitchen table and run out the door.

'' You can let yourself out Minsun, just close the door behind you when you leave!''

After 5 minute drive you arrived at the location Taehyun asked you to be, you parked your car at the side of the road and grabbed your phone to message Taehyung you were there. Then a black van drove into the street and stopped right next to your car. A thin tall man stepped out the vehicle and walked over to your car. Is that Teahyung? You thought. Your passenger door opened and the man got into your car. You stared at the man in surprise and blinked your eyes a few times. The man who had gotten in your car had messy quite long curly hair, ugly grandpa glasses, and a standard white face mask. 

'' Hi Y/N'' The man said and you immediately recognized the voice. 

'' Taehyung?!'' You asked and started laughing. '' Is that a wig?'' You pointed at his hair. 

''Is it too much?'' He asked sadly. '' I just didn't want to be recognized. 

'' It is working I didn't even recognize you at first.'' You said still laughing.

'' Can you stop laughing? I don't like to dress like this.''

He voice actually sounded irritated. You quickly got a hold of yourself and stopped laughing.

'' Sorry.'' You apologized. '' I am just not used to seeing you like this.''

'' Me neither,'' Teahyung said. '' Let's go.''

'' Where would you like to go?'' You asked. 

Taehyung held out his phone with an address you put it into your navigation and drove off. The drive was quiet and awkward you were worried you had completely ruined the date by laughing at him. When you arrived at the location after a 10 min drive you parked the car and both of you got out of the car. 

'' Come on,'' Taehyung said and grabbed your hand.

You blushed when his hand took yours. He led you down the steps of the stairs. In front of you was the Han river and behind it, you could see the lights of the city, the sight was very pretty. 

The two of you started walking along the Han river in silence. You still felt ashamed for laughing at him earlier. 

'' I'm sorry that I laughed at you earlier.'' You said to him.

'' Don't worry about it. I must look funny in this outfit.'' Taehyung answered. '' I kind of laughed at myself when I looked in the mirror before leaving. Though, I was kind of offended that you didn't recognize me.''

'' I did recognize you!''

'' Only after I started talking. You should have seen your face when I stepped in the car.'''

Taehyun pulled down his face mask and mimicked your very scared and surprised expression.

'' Hey, Not funny.'' You laughed at him and hit him on his shoulder. 

'' It's a little bit funny.'' He replied.

And like that the awkwardness was gone again and the two of you were casually talking and joking about things that had happened at work the past few weeks. 

'' Do you remember Hoseok dancing that weird dance during rehearsal.''

'' I remember.'' You laughed at the memory. '' You guys couldn't stop laughing for 5 minutes, you guys were literally rolling on the floor I had to readjust all the mics after that.''

'' Well I didn't mind you had to that, I had a chance to talk to you again.''

You laughed. 

'' That's why your microphone always gave the most trouble, you sabotaged them!'

'' Maybe...'' Taehyung said and nervously rubbed the back of his neck. 

Then Taehyung looked at his watch.

'' Ah, there's only 10 min left. Do you want something to eat before we sit down.''

'' Sit down for what?'' 

'' You'll see.''

'' Will it take long?''

'' No, just a few minutes.'' 

'' Hmmm I am kind of hungry, let's get something.''

'' Do you like chicken?'' 

'' Yeah.''

'' Here.'' Taehyung gave you a few bills. '' You can get it there.'' 

Taehyun pointed to a man selling food. You looked at him stunned, did he just assume you were going to get the food. Taehyung saw you looking surprised at him.

'' Oh. sorry.'' He said. '' Do you want to get it for us? I am afraid they might recognize me.''

'' Oh.'' Now you understood and nodded. '' Yeah sure.''

You went over to the man and got two servings of fried chicken and something to drink and brought the food back to Taehyung. 

'' Thanks.'' He said and took your hand again. You felt a little jolt in your chest when he took your hand. 

'' We have to go or else we will be late,'' Taehyung said and started walking. 

'' For what?''

'' You'll see.'''

We walked along the river for a few minutes before arriving at a bridge. Taehyung gestured for you to sit down. There were actually quite a few people gathered at the bridge.

'' What is going to happen?'' 

'' Just wait a moment. You'll see.''

You pouted impatiently and started eating you fried chicken. The two of you were still talking and eating when suddenly music started playing and the fountain on the bridge came alive. A beautiful colorful light was pointed at the fountain and it looked like a beautiful rainbow was erupting from the bridge.

'' Whoah!'' You said surprised and smiled.

Taehyung looked at you and smiled at you. The two of you watched the light show with awe.

'' That's was amazing.'' You said to Taehyung when the light show was over.

'' I'm glad you like it. Come on let's go back to the car. It's getting late.''

Taehyung got up and held out his hand to help you up and the two of you walked back to your car still hand in hand. Even though this was a short date the light show was amazing and it was nice to finally be able to talk to him without other people around. You were curious about how things were going to be in the future. After you brought Taehyun back to his dorm you drove home. When you entered your house you phone beeped. You looked at your phone you had a message from Taehyung. You opened the message.
