Does anybody actually like this story so far?

Todoroki's POV

We sat like that for a while. We eventually pulled away from each other. I started to think. Maybe we should get to know eachother. I mean, he doesn't know we're mates yet because he isn't an alpha.

Wouldn't it be better for us to know eachother if we might be in a relationship. "So, Midoriya... want to get to know eachother? Like just ask eachother questions?" I ask, looking at him

"Sounds fun!" Midoriya says with a smile. "Alright uhh...why did that guy, Bakugou, call you quirkless? You clearly have a quirk. We saw you use it today." I ask, honestly completely confused.

Midoriya starts to freak out a little. "Well uhh.. my quirk developed late..yeah...that" he says then sighs. "Alright then, your turn." I say, looking down. He looks like he's thinking.

"Well...oh yeah! Do you like anyone? Or have a beta or omega yet?" He says, looking at me excited. I freak out a little and blush, "well, I know who my mate is but they don't know yet.."

He nods. "How long has Bakugou been bullying you?" I say, concern in my eyes. "Since his quirk manifested so...since we were four" he says, looking down.

I make a mental note to kill that kid at some point. Well, maybe he'll move far, far away. "Why did you get in on recommendations? I mean your quirk is super cool and you are very powerful!" He says, smiling

"Well uhh...you know the number 2 hero Endeavor? He's my so called father. He's a good hero but not such a great father." I say truthfully. "Really?! Wow.." Midoriya says, his excitement going down a bit.

"So, what's that little gournal you carry around?" I ask, tilting my head. His eyes light up a little, "I write down a lot about heros! I started a page on some of the people in class, including you, but I don't have too much yet..."

"Want me to help you write down stuff about my quirk?" I ask. He nods and grabs his bag, unzipping is and grabbing the journal. "That would be very helpful!" He says and smiles.

I nod and start explaining all I can recall about my quirk and fighting style. His eyes are wide as he writes it all down.

"Thank you so much, Shouto!" He smiles and hugs me. I smile and hug him back, smiling since he can't see it. "Oh yeah, you can call me Izuku!" He says and pulls away, I stop smiling.

"Alright, Izuku" I say and pull my knees to my chest.

Midoriya's POV

He's going to let me call him Shouto? Wow.. Do I like him? No, that's crazy! I just met him! Love at first sight? Soulmate? His soulmate is probably that momo girl? No way! She's an alpha too...

I'm thinking way too much about this... "Maybe we should just hang out, this question thing might get too personal" I say and tilt my head, smiling. He nods.

"Ooh! I know where we should go!" I say and stand up, grabbing his hand. I run out of the door and he follows behind, obviously. I run to this field and stop.

"Here we are!" I say as I pant. I put my hands on my knees and try to catch my breath. He looks around, "It looks so cool here, Izuku"

"Yeah, I used to always come here when I was younger" I say and look around. I pick up a couple red flowers and start making a flower crown for Shouto.

"What are you doing?" He says looking at the flowers. I smile and finish it, putting it on his head. "It's a flower crown for you!" I say and smile.

He looks so cute in a flower crown. "Thank you Izuku, I appreciate it" he says, looking at me. "Come on, I have another place to show you" I say and grab his hand, running again.

This time I run into the woods. Once we get to the area, I look around. It has a beautiful lake, and the sunset shows through the trees.

Shouto looks around and smiles slightly, "wow, it's beautiful..." I nod as he sits against a tree by the lake. I sit beside him. "So, it keeps bothering me since you answered my question earlier. Who is your omega or beta?" I look over at him

He looks like he is malfunctioning. "You uhh, don't have to tell me" I look down. "Okay..thanks, I don't really want to say who it is I'm having a hard time figuring out if they'll like me..." he says, looking over at me.

"How would a beta or omega figure out?" I say looking up at him. He shrugs and says, "I have no idea, since I'm an alpha I knew immediately. Maybe it's a love at first sight thing? Since soulmates are supposed have an attraction to eachother"

"Do you like your soulmate, Shouto?" I ask him, smiling. "Well...yeah, I think. I like being around them and I wish they knew I was there soulmate" He looks down, blushing slightly.

"I wish I knew who my soulmate was, it would be cool to have one" I say and pull my knees my chest.

   "So, it keeps bothering me since you answered my question earlier. Who is you omega or beta?" Izuku says as he looks at me. I start to freak out a little.

Little does he know I'm having a panic attack inside because HE'S MY MATE. "Do you like your soulmate, Shouto?" He asks me, smiling. "Well...yeah, I think. I like being around them and I wish they knew I was there soulmate" I look down, blushing slightly.

Does he know he's my mate?! Ahhhhhh I'm freaking out! "I wish I knew who my soulmate was, it would be cool to have one" he says and pulls his knees up to his chest.

Should I tell him?! I'll feel bad if I don't! "Hey, Izuku, I have to tell you something" I say, looking over at him. "Hmm? What is it?" He says, tilting his head.

Why am I going to tell him..? "Y-you are my
m-mate" I say, blushing a little. He looks a little shocked. Oh know, he won't want to be my mate... "Really?! My mate is a nice person and is going to be a completely amazing hero?!" He says smiling at me.

Now it's my turn to be shocked. He actually likes me?! That's incredible! After we talk for a bit, we just watch the sunset. Soon, I feel a head on my shoulder. I look over and see Izuku, on my shoulder, asleep.
