Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Brownies
Perfectly moist, decadent, and fudgy, these sinful Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Brownies will redefine your love for peanut butter.
~Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar.
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar.
4 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter, room temperature.
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter.
2 Eggs, room temperature.
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract.
1 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour.
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder.
1 Teaspoon Salt.
1 Cup Peanut Butter Chips.
1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips.*
~Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit. Line a 8 inch by 13 inch pan with parchment paper or aluminium foil and grease lightly. Leave enough aluminum foil overhanging on the sides to lift the brownies out of the pan. Set aside.
Step 2: Cream together the sugars, butter and peanut butter together in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Beat in the eggs and vanilla just until combined.
Step 4: In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 5: Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture just until combined. Do NoT over mix!
Step 6: Stir in the peanut butter chips and the chocolate chips.
Step 7: Spread dough into the prepared baking dish and bake for 28 - 33 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Step 8: Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.
Step 9: Store in an airtight for up to 4 days.
Step 10: Eat and Enjoy!

*You can use either semi - sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips etc...
