October 22, 1976, Vorontsov Palace,

As just the Soviet Admiral had ordered to protect their adopted daughters from the public, he seperates Velisa and Riga. After the possible ways to protect them as what the Northern Souls have told him, he is going to watch helplessly to the division and seperation between the two sisters. 

This is a way to protect both of them. Velisa, to protect her ice powers from the public and to her own sister, Riga. For Riga, to protect her from Velisa, to make sure that she wouldn't be caught or hurt by her older sister's magic.

Though Riga's memories of that night and before it were persuaded and changed with fake ones as what worries SN Minsk, Riga runs to see that her older sister has become distant to her as the last time their eyes were met, before Velisa closes the door on her.

Riga, confused on why she and Velisa have become seperated in just a matter of short time. Velisa knew that it's for the best, to not hurt her again.

A few weeks later...

It was now December, snow has fallen once again. Riga comes to the window to see the snow falling, She was excited as what her fake memories have shown to her, she and Velisa played outside instead of inside from Velisa's magic.

Riga comes to Velisa's door.

"Velisa?"

"Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock!"

Velisa can only do nothing but to reply; "Go away, Riga."

Riga can only say and felt sad; "Okay, bye..."

Meanwhile, inside Velisa's room, Velisa looks at the window wondering what could she do to make Riga happy. But even if she tries, her ice powers continue to grow along with fear. 

As she looks at the snow falling from the window, the window froze to which scares Velisa.

Then, the Soviet Admiral gave Velisa some gloves, to which they're from the Northern Souls as a gift.

S. Admiral: The gloves will help.

S. Admiral: See.

S. Admiral: Conceal it...

Velisa: Don't feel it...

Both: Don't let it show.

This goes on until 3 years later when the Northern Souls have visited them and took Velisa and Riga to do naval training to be accepted as the new human embodiments of the incoming new ships for the Soviet Navy.

December 14, 1980, Vorontsov Palace,

4 years have passed, the palace sa gone through some several changes, including the family, at this point, the Soviet Admiral has now been called for important meetings at the Sevastopol Naval Base with the ongoing threat of the West, or the United States in the main focus.

Around that time, Velisa and Riga are seperated even more due to their training to be part of the Soviet Navy as new possible participants for the official human embodiment for the incoming ships.

Both had grew as time goes by.

Riga then decides to call Velisa once again. Giggling before she knocks on the door again.

"Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock!"

It gets a little lonely

There is no response, but instead, Velisa's magic begins to leak out of the gap between the door and the floor, to which means that her magic has become stronger.

Inside, Velisa was so scared as her magic now affects not only the window, but the walls partially, taking out most of the color and turning to diamond white. The Soviet Admiral and Wife tried to calm her down but she couldn't focus because of her fear.

Velisa: I-I'm scared!

Velisa: My powers are getting stronger!

S. Admiral: Velisa, getting upset won't help, it will only makes it worse.

S. Admiral: Just calm down.

As the Soviet Admiral tries to hold her to calm her down, Velisa immediately afraid to hurt even her adopted parents, she hides her hands infront of them.

Velisa: No! Don't touch me...

Velisa: P-please...

The Wife could feel the fear and sadness of it, even the Soviet Admiral was shocked that she was now scared of them.

Velisa: I don't want to hurt you.

Both sighed in sadness as if the family itself has gone more and more seperated.

Even worse, was when Velisa and Riga are once again being taken by the Northern Souls to continue their training.

Along the way, SN Minsk senses something bad is about to happen. As for SN Kirov, she has met her second sister-ship, SN Frunze. Seeing Velisa, SN Frunze immediately likes her, making her a somewhat aunt type.

Riga was taken good care from SN Admiral Gorshkov to which teaching her new skills and ways to defend the Sovereign Motherland from enemies like the West. Making mock battles out of school materials. Even the Soviet sailors onboard helped her.

June 7, 1984 - August 23, 1984, Vorontsov to Vladivostok

Riga was now in her late teens, she slides through the carpet of the same halls she would always go to ask Velisa who was still in her room.

She looks before she decides to focus on going to her parents.

When she arrives, she hugs them bids them farewell and to be safe for what's to come for them, both parents returned the hug.

Riga: See you until you both came back.

As the parents went for the entrance and to the car, Velisa greets them, a bit timid and afraid for their safety in the days or weeks to come.

Velisa: D-do you have to go...?

S. Admiral: You'll be fine, Velisa.

They then left, not before they went on to their seperate ways. The Wife goes back to her hometown in Pripyat, Ukraine SSR to help out her own family there along with the community with the help of the new nuclear plant.

The Soviet Admiral goes back to Sevastopol Naval Base to serve the kead ship of the Kiev-class, SN Kiev, along with other Soviet Navy ships to Vladivostok for a naval operation to the Pacific.

However, it didn't go well... for the both of them.

August 23, 1984, Pacific Ocean

In the afternoon of  August 1984, the Soviet Navy left Vladivostok to engage in combat against the incoming US Fleet that is heading for their island bases, specifically in Guam and Japan.

However, the Soviets aren't aware of the several American moles that have infiltrated or discover that Soviet Navy warships are built with more powerful armaments, compared to that of the 2nd World War.

At the vicinity of the battlewave, under the Soviet Admiral, the Soviet fleet consists of the flagship of the Red Pacific Fleet, SN Kiev.

Followed by:

SN Kirov

SN Minsk

SN Novorossiyik

SN SN Admiral Gorshkov

& 12 Submarines

Their fleet was then taken by one of the planes of USS Oriskany in her scouting rounds to which the American fleet immediately order for preparing their battlestations as they begin to fight against the Soviet Navy.

On the battlewave at 3:00 PM

The Soviet Navy fleet or the Red Pacific Fleet made contact with the incoming US Navy fleet, under the orders of the Soviet Admiral, he ordered all missiles and torpedoes to open fire as the planes of the Kiev-class are preparing for launch.

The sky was filled with Soviet missiles that are heading towards the US Navy's strongest ships, the two Iowa-class battleships.

The US Fleet brace for the incoming missiles as they tried their best to dodge the incoming missiles that could immediately end the ships.

The two American battleships fired their salvos, to which it exploded 32 of the incoming missiles, shocking most of the Soviet sailors onboard. Just then, some of the Soviet sailors sees 2 incoming shells from the battleship that goes 63.

"INCOMING SHELLS!"

In an instant, the bow of SN Kirov was damaged by BB-63's shell.

As payback, the Red Pacific Fleet launched their aircraft and another wave of missiles against the American fleet and the two American battleships.

A few minutes later, 50 Squadrons of US Jets arrived at the battlewave to protect the two battleships, some engaged in dogfights against the Soviet's carrier cruisers.

With the squadrons' protection, the two American battleships charge forward to the Red Pacific Fleet. The Soviet fleet then tried to arm their missile launchers, but US Jets fired at the missiles and their launchers, causing them to explode. The ships of the Red Pacific Fleet began to sustain moderate to severe damages from the might of the US Navy fleet.

Fires spread from the Soviet ships.

Other commanders in the bridge of SN Minsk, SN Novorossiyik, and SN Admiral Gorshkov tried to contact for reinforcements, but they're immediately silenced when the two American battleships targeted the bridges to damage their connection and contact.

The Soviet Admiral at SN Kiev knew that they're trying to cut off the connection so this naval battle won't be reported to the Soviet Union government. He then tries to report about the incident, but it was too late as US jets fired at the bridges of SN Kirov and SN Kiev.

Massive explosions echoed throughout the Red Pacific Fleet.

Soviet sailors began to panic and loose morale as they're on the losing side of this naval battle between their most powerful ships against two veterans of the 2nd World War.

The battleships fired again another salvo to which ended up in their weakest spots.

The SN Novorossiyik exploded from BB-63's shells. Then, SN Kiev was destroyed by BB-65 with it sinking slowly.

Those that survive have no choice but to abandon the mission all together or to abandon ship.

With a huge defeat to the Soviet Union, SN Kirov and SN Admiral Gorshkov, severely damaged limps to escape the US Navy fleet. They're lucky that the US Jets have done their rounds and returned for refueling.

However, they realized that SN Minsk was abandoned and was now taken to American hands.

April 26, 1986, Pripyat -> Chernobyl, Ukraine SSR

Unknown to what happened to her husband for 2 years, now's not the time to find him because on the early morning-night of April 26, disaster strucks the Soviet Union on its Ukrainian State.

At the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station, a rounte 20-second shut down of the system seemed to be another test of the electrical equipment. But seven seconds later, a surge created a chemical explosion that released nearly 520 dangerous radionuclides into the atmosphere.

The first explosion, to be quickly followed by at least one more, blows the 1,000-ton roof right off the reactor and shoots a fireball high into the night sky.

This caused the area around Chernobyl to be extremely dangerous due to radiation from the powerplant. Immediately, air raid sirens rang the cities near the disaster. In Pripyat, it was a huge panic as many took what is important, leaving behind a lot of items. They seek immediate evacuation as several firefighters, police cars, and helicopters arrive to report the incident, but not until they realized that they're now caught by radiation, severely damaging the plant-life, animals, and the human anatomy.

The cities near the exclusion zone were entirely abandoned.

Whilst some are now safe, far away from the threat of radiation, some of them weren't lucky, others tried to run after the buses and trucks, whilst some decide to just end it all.

The Wife didn't make it out alive and safe. After saving her family members in a seperate bus, there aren't any buses left, so she chases after the buses to escape. However, as she was running, she trips and wasn't seen by the other people running, therefore trampling over her as she was suffering from pain. Because of this, several injuries have stopped her from escaping the zone to which she was now blanketed with radiation.

It didn't take for long when some fire trucks saw and the firefighters had found her body, now mutated at the highway to the exit of Pripyat.

In 1987, the news about the failed defeat in the Pacific has been documented and reported from the accounts of the heavily damaged SN Kirov and SN Admiral Gorshkov. What followed was the burial of the Soviet Admiral and the Wife in Crimea, but they're held seperately due to the Wife's corpse being in contact with radiation.

When the servants heard about their deaths, they all mourned as they brought the two adopted daughters outside to meet the graves of their parents in a ceremonial grave.

Velisa goes to her father, the Soviet Admiral's grave to which she was comforted by the injured SN Kirov's human embodiment, hugging her.

Riga goes to her mother, the Wife's grave, but she needs to maintain a further distance due to the conditions of radiation. Only the Wife's family was there to comfort her.

Everyone who are fond of them all mourned and where unsure for the future of their adopted daughters.

September 19, 1987, Vorontsov Palace,

Even if both of their adopted parents died in harsh circumstances, Riga and Velisa are still seperated by that same door. The Northern Souls have come to take exchange, SN Kirov and SN Admiral Gorshkov went in to protect them when they aren't needed for any naval activities.

They watched and listen as Riga was walking on the same hall, at Velisa's door.

The palace has no longer become a majestic palace as it once was, now devoid of color and sadness. Riga walks to Velisa's door and decides to ask for her to come out...

For one last time.

*Knock.* *Knock.* *Knock.*

A moment of silence, before they both partly cried for the death of their foster parents.

Velisa, please I know you're in there
People are asking where you've been
They say, "Have courage, " and I'm trying to...
I'm right out here for you
Just let me in...

We only have each other
It's just you and me

Riga sits down partly crying as she asks her sister once again, the same request since they're kids. Not knowing the ice that is coming out of the other side.

On the other side of the room Velisa sits at the door like Riga. Filled with fear, guilt, and regret, her room has become nothing but a room filled with ice and snow. A formation of a huge snowflake points back to her at the door with darkness around it. Her room was now just white and grey, no more diamond-white, and no more color.

Velisa can only do nothing but cry as she covers her face in fear, pain, and in sadness. Not just because of the death of their foster parents, but also wasting and losing her time with her little sister, Riga. Seperation has made them go further in fear and pain as if their familial love has begin to change, for the worse.

SN Kirov and SN Admiral Gorshkov can only do nothing but feel sorry for them.

That is when SN Kirov says this.

"Indeed. Indeed it is."

"Действительно. В самом деле."

"A Separation of Sister-Ships."

"Разделение кораблей-побратимов"

An unknown future awaits them.
