It was on this very day that everything was going to be played out. Either we or Luke will win. We knew perfectly well that not everyone would come back alive... If someone would come back at all.

I was on my way over there with Chris. Various thoughts were running through my mind.

I didn't want anything to happen to him. Rapp deserved a second chance, which he should seize and be able to live again in harmony with his brother. We arrived. I knew what to do. Was I scared?

After a few difficult tries, we managed to find Luke. He hid in a city far away from us. In its center there was an old villa in which he was hiding. We owed it to our amazing IT specialists.

When I got out of the car, I went to the designated place, where our people were waiting for me. If I remember their names correctly, they were Ian, Tyler, Danny, and Will.

We went to town together. Yes, we did enter it on foot. We were sure that Luke's people were everywhere so we decided to surprise him a bit with the fact that we were going on foot.

We walked along the sidewalk as if nothing had happened, and the rest of the people looked at us in surprise.

"The guy in the booth. " Ian said.

I discreetly glanced that way. Yes, it was one of Radcliffe's men. I glanced at Ian and nodded to him.

After a while Ian, Tyler and I separated from Danny and Will in the crowd of people who were crossing the lanes. We headed towards the villa.

The booth guy noticed we were gone. Along with two of his other men dressed as policemen, he started running and looking for us. Just then, the others stepped in.

More specifically, Thomas and Murphy. Honestly, I barely recognized them, why? Because they were disguised. Except their outfits were more polished than Luke's men.

Thomas wore a peaked hat, brown torn pants, a long old coat, and a shirt. Additionally, he had a gray mustache and beard stuck to him.

Murphy, on the other hand, wore a black suit. He was wearing a beret, glasses and a long mustache.

I have to admit they looked comical. Well, at least they fooled Luke's men.

Now, as we passed through the lanes and disappeared around the corner, they entered.

Thomas was playing an old man, he was driving in an old carriage driven by a horse. Not a common sight, but this place was different than in our city. He drove right in front of Murphy and splashed all mud on him.

"Watch out old man how you drive! " 'Businessman Murphy' yelled at Thomas.

"Then watch how you're walking, lad! " Rapp shouted back and jumped off to him, additionally splashing Murphy with mud again.

Man blinked several times and wiped his face with a white handkerchief, which he took from his pocket.

"It won't be like that. " He growled. "Hey! Sir! " He stopped two artificial policemen along with the guy from the booth. "That old man ran his wagon right at me! Do something about it! "

"You didn't see the signal! " Thomas shouted indignantly.

"You were waving like an idiot! " The other shouted back to him.

"That was the signal! " Rapp insisted.

"I can't take it! Your cretinism scares me! " Murphy walked over to Thomas.

"Cretinism?! "

"Yes! "

"No! "

"Yes! "

"Enough of this! " One of the artificial policemen interjected.

"It's great that we have a guardian of order" Tom called. "Arrest him!"

"Me?! " Murphy asked indignantly.

"Then who?! You're not looking where you're walking! You think since you've got this suit, you're such a big guy?! "

"At least I'm not getting down to your level!"

After these words, an artificial fight began, in which, of course, the artificial policemen intervened. They calmed boys down until the booth guy interrupted them and urged them on.

At that time, we had time to implement our part of the plan.

Monty and Jordan found another fancy dress. We got to them, got rid of them quickly and changed into their outfits. They happened to be two men and a woman.

Thanks to this, we could easily enter the villa.

"Paul, Shelley, Andy. " One man from inside the villa asked us. "Have they come? "

"Not yet. " Ian said as if nothing had happened.

We were lucky that their people wore clothes that slightly covered their faces. Thanks to this, they didn't recognize us.

"So let's go. " The other replied, and we nodded to each other and split up.

The plan has worked so far. Just keep it up.

Ian went upstairs and so did I. Tyler stayed downstairs.

I've been looking for Luke's whereabouts, but so far I haven't found anything. However, I overheard a conversation of two people who mentioned him, and then, as announced, headed for his office.

So while playing ninjas, I followed them.

They actually went to Radcliffe. They told him something, but I didn't understand what, and the three of them left the office. So I took the opportunity and entered the room. Monty and Jordan reassured me that they managed to make some noise on the cameras, but I need to hurry. They could tell at any moment that it wasn't just a disturbance.

I started rummaging through cabinets and papers looking for something useful. There was nothing like this here. Unfortunately. I glanced at the painting on my right side. The corridor was dark, there was light only at the end of it. So I was walking towards him.

There was a whole arsenal of weapons here, and at the end there was a safe. I knew I wouldn't get to him easily. Why? Because the way to it was blocked by lasers.

Ninja, phase two. I just sighed and moved on. I jumped over the first lasers, and before the next ones I had to bend down and walk under them. I had to bend a lot, but it was worth it.

I got to the safe, into which I later entered the opening code obtained by our IT specialists.

There was an envelope inside which I opened and read the letter inside.

"Shelley? " Suddenly I heard Luke's voice behind me. The mere sound of it gave me a shiver. "Or rather... Lydia? " He came closer, and after a while I turned towards him. "Nice disguise. " Said and put his hands in his pockets. "Suits you. " Smiled. "How did I know? He asked as if reading my mind. "One of my people was surprised to find Shelley wearing sneakers. Well, she always wears high heels. " Smiled victoriously. "Get her. " Added, and after a while two of his men took me by the arms and led me back upstairs to my office.

"I have to congratulate you. You're a smart girl, I knew you'd guess the password. " He sighed and then looked at me again. "You must have been looking for this. " Man showed me the pendrive, smiled victoriously and then hid the pendrive again. He had it on a leash so getting it would be even harder.

"Well, who do we have here. " He spread his hands. "Lydia, love of a Tommy who unfortunately survived. And what's up with him? How about Mitch? Probably still gruff and obnoxious. He sent such a tiny girl for such action. He insults me. " Said, and I was still silent. "Secrets, spies, everything is a game. " He looked into my eyes. "But the price of losing...
