After another two weeks, Thomas was finally able to leave the hospital. What he told me shocked me even more, as did the others who sat and listened carefully to Rapp's words. We didn't know where Luke got there. He appeared there and disappeared like a ghost.

"I don't understand. " Jasper said. "So it might turn out your brother isn't so bad after all." He looked at all gathered. "Yes or no? Because I don't understand this man anymore. "

Thomas disappeared from my sight somewhere so I decided to look for him. I found him only after a few minutes of standing on the balcony and leaning against the railing.

"Hey. " I walked over to him.

"You think about Mitch? " I guessed, and boy only admitted I was right. "What will you do when we find him? "

"I'd like to know that too. " Replied and glanced at me briefly. "I only know one thin ..." He said, and I looked at him. "I want my brother back. " Man looked into my eyes.

"But you don't know if it's still possible? " I guessed.

"Exactly. " He replied and then hugged me, and I reciprocated it.

Not much has happened today. We tried to find Mitch somehow, but it was more difficult than we thought. We also checked out some of the hiding places Tom remembered. We hoped to find him there, but we were wrong.

A few hours later my phone rang which surprised me a lot. I glanced at the display which showed that it was an unknown number.

I looked at Thomas.

"Tom? " I called him.

"Hm? " He looked at me and then came closer. "Pick it up and take it on speaker. " He advised so I did.

"Hello? " I was the first to speak.

"Lydia? " A male voice said in the receiver.

"Yes, and who is speaking? " I asked and looked at Rapp.

"Bard. " Man said.

Hearing his name, I breathed a sigh of relief.

"Hey. " I greeted. "Something happened? " I asked right away.

"No, not really. " He said, which surprised me a bit.

"What do you mean? "

" You have a visitor. " He replied after a moment.

"What? What visitor? " I was surprised.

"He came to see me recently..." Explained. "He said you knew each other and that he would like to meet you."

"What's his name? " I asked.

"He didn't introduce himself. But he said you had nothing to fear. He wants to help you, Lydia. And perhaps he'll be able to answer questions that you don't know the answer to. " Said, his voice surprisingly calm. "He asked you to come here as soon as possible."

I looked at Thomas.

"I'll go there with you. " He whispered and I nodded.

"Okay. " I replied after a while. "I'll be there soon. " I added and then hung up.

"Monty, Jordan... " Thomas called his friends. "Go to the computers and check the area around Bard's hut."

"Yes, sir. " Jordan replied and headed for the equipment with his friend.

"Who do you think it could be? " Rapp glanced at me.

"I have no idea. " I looked him in the eyes. "It could be a trap, right?"

"Maybe..." Man said and wanted to add something more, but Monty called us over. "What do you have? " Tom asked as we approached them.

"Well, in the area you can't see any suspicious cars, people or anything like that. " Jordan said and turned back to the computers in his swiveling chair.

"And Bard's house? " I asked.

"The cameras don't reach that far, but..." Monty interjected. "We only managed to check that he has a tall and well-built man. Maybe five feet eight. " He pointed at the camera that showed in the distance Bard's house and the two men inside. "Unfortunately we don't have better picture quality or anything. Do you know someone of this size? " Monty glanced at me.

I took a closer look at the man. He looked surprisingly familiar... And when I looked more I was practically sure who it could be. But how is that possible?

"Lyds? " Tom looked at me. "You know him? "

I blinked a few times in surprise. Haven't seen him for a long time. Could it be that it could be him?

I looked at my boyfriend, took his hand, and led him towards the exit.

"We'll go with you. " Jasper called.

"No. " I cut him off and looked at him. "There's no need. " I added and pulled Rapp with me.

I knew he wanted to say something, but he didn't make it because we had already left the factory.

After a few minutes we were in front of Bard's hut.

"Yes, of course. " Brunet replied.

"So, come on. " I smiled slightly and offered him my hand, which he grabbed, and he walked with me to the door of Bard's hut.

I knocked and after a few moments the door opened for us.

"Derek? " I looked at the man who opened the door for us.
