Rin's P.O.V.

I parked my car in the parking lot before getting out and going inside the school office. The school nurse brought me to where Yukio was. He was laying on a little bed. There was a small trash can next to the bed, along with his backpack. He looked pale as a sheep. I kneeled in front of him and gently rubbed his arm. He slowly opened his eyes and looked at me. He just looked so sick and tired. I helped him stand up before I put his backpack over my shoulder. I picked him up gently as I could. He wrapped his arms around my neck, as well as he could. I had my arms under him and kissed him on the head. I just felt so guilty.

I signed him out before walking to the car. I opened the car door and set him in the passenger seat. I put his backpack in the backseat. I got in the drivers seat before starting the car up. After a few minutes of driving he hit my arm before putting his hand over his mouth. And gaged. I knew what was going on. I parked the car on the side of the road and unlocked the doors. He immediately opened his door and threw up on the curb. He didn't bother to unbuckle his seat belt. I wrapped one of my arms around his small torso, so he wouldn't fall out of the car. I rubbed his back with my other hand.

Once he was done, he closed his door before laying back in his seat. He was panting a little. I let us stay there for a couple minutes before I started to drive again. On the rest on the way home, I would switch my gaze to the road, to him, and back at the road. When we got to our apartment he went to bathroom, he didn't take his shoes off. I left my shoes by the door and followed after him.

I got to the bathroom and saw he was just resting his head on the toilet. He probably still felt like he was going to throw up again. I kneeled beside him and took his glasses off, before putting them on the bathroom counter. I sat behind him and rubbed his back.

We just stayed there for awhile before he moved to sit on my lap. I wrapped my arms around him and he laid his head on my chest. He was looking at me with a tired expression. I kissed him on the head before resting my chin on his head. And I gently rubbed his side. We just stayed there for a few minutes before I said something.

"Do you want to go lay down in bed?" I asked. He shook his head. "Do you want to lay on the couch?" He nodded. So, I picked him up and brought him to the living room. I laid him on the couch before going back to the bathroom and I came back with little trash can. I set it beside him. Then I went to our bedroom and got his pajamas, the blanket off our mattress, and a pillow. I came back and set the items down. I helped him sit up and get his school uniform off. And I helped him into the pajamas. Then he laid his head on the pillow and I covered him up with the blanket. And I tucked him in.

"I have to go make a call. I'll be right back, okay?" He only nodded. I sighed as I stood up and went to the kitchen. I pulled my phone out of my back packet and looked for Sandy's contact. Once I found it, I hit call and put my phone to my ear. I explained to her about Yukio and she let me have a few days off to take care of him. She's understanding because she as three kids of her own. Two are adults and one is still in college. And she has two grandchildren. Which are three and seven.

I told her thank you before hanging up.

Time skip~~

It's about nine a clock now. The only thing Yukio ate so far was toast with peanut butter. But it didn't sit so well and he threw up for like the third time today. I wish I could make it better, but all I can do his keep an eye on him. He wanted to sit on my lap again, so I let him. I was sitting on the couch with him in my lap. I had my arms around him and he was holding onto my button up shirt. And the blanket was wrapped around him.

"You know, this reminds me of when you were a baby. I was only 8, but I still remember." I said after a few minutes. He only snuggled closer to me. And after awhile he fell asleep in my arms. I smiled before carefully laying him on the couch. His head was on the pillow and covered him with the blanket. I rubbed his back a little before getting up and went to our bedroom. I changed into my pajamas and got a different blanket and a pillow. I went back to the living room and made a palliate on the floor. I got under the blanket and fell asleep after awhile.
