Living Solar Battery – Superman's powers rely on his cells' ability to absorb and metabolize solar energy from local stars. His Kryptonian body is a living solar battery that absorbs solar energies and converts them for fuel for his powers. His cells also store yellow sun energy so he can use his powers under objects, at night, in dark places, and in space. The more yellow sun rays Superman absorbs the stronger he gets so if he sun dips he would have unlimited power.

Superhuman Strength – Enhanced strength much greater than that of a human and even most superhumans, making him "more powerful than a locomotive," is one of Superman's signature powers and has often been described as chief among his other abilities. While not infinite, depictions of the upper limit of how much weight he can lift have ranged from being able to do the work of several laborers in half the time, crush diamonds in his grasp, lift objects hundreds of times his own weight including any sized vehicle over his head, bend and/or break steel with his bare hands, lifting mountains,  Superman's stamina has also been shown as limitless (whilst he remains in yellow sunlight).

Invulnerability – Immunity to almost all forms of harm and ailments, including extreme force and extremely high temperatures. Effectiveness has ranged from his skin being piercable by nothing less than a "bursting shell" to being completely unharmed by a star going supernova. Explanations for this ability have ranged from Kryptonians having a molecular structure with a density superior to that of titanium and emitting an unbreakable aura of solar energy.

Healing Factor – Superman is shown to possess remarkable recuperative powers that allow him to quickly heal from wounds and makes him immune to all forms of human or Earthly diseases, illnesses, viruses and toxins. Y/n heals faster when he is closer to the sun and he absorbing more sun rays.

Flight – The ability to naturally defy and operate independently of gravity and propel himself through the air at will. Later he became able to traverse interstellar distances without stopping.

Superhuman Speed – Another one of Superman's signature abilities is his superhuman speed, allowing him to move, react, run, and fly extraordinarily fast. Originally classified as being "faster than a speeding bullet", allowing him to catch bullets in mid air before they hit him, or anyone else. Top speeds have ranged from nearly a hundred miles per hour when he was first created in the 1930s to speeds far greater than the speed of sound. His thoughts, perceptions and reflexes are also greatly accelerated to be able to control his actions while moving at high speeds. Superman's running speed has oftentimes been shown to be on par with that of The Flash's.

X-Ray Vision – The ability to see through solid objects, usually with the exception of lead. Early stories assumed that hiding objects in lead would prevent him from finding them, however, more modern stories have Superman being able to take advantage of lead's opaqueness to do a wide scan of an area with his X-Ray vision in which the lead objects become immediately visible and then narrow his search to those specific locations.[2] Explanations for how this power works vary, but rarely include the emission and perception of actual X-Rays, as such high-energy radiation would actually be dangerous to living things he uses it on. A more common theory involves being able to see and concentrate on the patterns of natural cosmic radiation as it reverberates off objects. X-Ray vision was first used by Superman in Action Comics #11 (April 1939), where it was called "Superman's X-ray eyesight."

Heat Vision – Ability to emit solar energy from his eyes. Usually resembles bright red or orange laser-like beams, which may be invisible at low temperatures but extremely bright at high ones. The effective range of his beams are hundreds of feet it can also reach hundreds of miles wide instantly disintegrating a person. In addition varying the beam width, height, and intensity, Y/n can demonstrate a high degree of skill and accuracy in manipulating his beam able use this power with surgical precision and at microscopic levels. Since the power can be used invisibly, Superman often takes advantage of that to perform tasks subtly without needing to get into costume. In some version, these beams can also be used to produce great concussive force rather than heat. The beams are tremendously powerful, and can be used to rupture steel plates and pulverize rock. The beams can become hundreds of feet wide and it can disintegrate anything. Also in some stories, it can be reflected like a true laser, able to use great skill and accuracy in manipulating the blasts off multiple targets in rapid succession, or more commonly to remove his very durable facial hair. Sometimes shown to be one of his more physically draining powers to use, as it uses such concentrated solar energy.

Superhuman Breath – Ability to inhale and exhale huge volumes of air with great force, capable of extinguishing large fires and moving heavy objects such as cars. Also allows Y/n to hold his breath for extended periods in airless environments. The release (exhalation) of highly compressed air through a valve (such as pursed lips) causes it to drop radically in temperature. This is known as the Joule–Thomson effect, and when Y/n does this, it is usually referred to as Freeze Breath, and can cool objects to sub-zero temperatures and freeze air moisture solid.

Superhuman Hearing – Can hear far more sounds with far more detail and at far greater distances than normally humanly possible, including sounds on frequencies undetectable by humans such as dog whistles. Y/n is able to mentally screen out most of these sounds to be able to function normally, even in a noisy environment, and can focus in on specific things, like a person's voice or heartbeat, even if they are in another part of the city. He can even hear sounds on other planets, which makes it likely that his hearing is fundamentally different than that of a human, as sound cannot travel through the vacuum of space. Like humans and most animals, he is skilled at automatically noticing his own name out of the jumble of several overheard conversations, making him adept at quickly responding to calls of distress all over the city.

Superhuman Vision – His senses grant him the ability to see farther and with greater accuracy and detail than humanly possible. Sometimes includes the ability to see EM frequencies invisible to humans, such as radio transmissions, infrared light, the bioelectric aura which surrounds all living things, even in pitch-black darkness. Offshoots of this power include Telescopic Vision, which allows him to "zoom in" on far away objects, sometimes hundreds of miles away, and Microscopic Vision, which allows him to zoom in on objects that would normally be too small to see, like those on a cellular or molecular level.

Superhuman Olfaction – A heightened and highly accurate sense of smell comparable to some animals such as dogs. Can be used to detect things like the chemicals in a bomb hidden somewhere in a crowded room.

Eidetic Memory – Y/n is occasionally shown to have flawless, total recall of everything he has ever seen, read or heard. In turn, he is often depicted as being fluent in many of Earth's languages and cultures.

Master Combatant – While most beings prefer to portray him as having mediocre combat prowess in favor of showing the magnitude of his powers in battle, there have been some exceptions. Some events portray Y/n as a very capable fighter with or without his abilities, as he has been trained by both Grandpa Gohan in Martial Arts with Goku He has fought and learned from Wonder Woman and has also learned more advanced martial arts techniques from Master Roshi

Basically, since Kryptonians are powered by yellow sun energy, they can choose to release it in one explosive blast that incinerates everything within a quarter mile, but it leaves them essentially powerless for about a day after. It's best used in emergencies.

[Saiyan Abilities and More]

Zenkai Boost: The Zenkai Boost is an incredibly powerful ability, which allows for Saiyans to reach new heights in power once they've faced a near-death experience.

Ki Manipulation: One of the three main technique categories and the most popular among the Dragon Ball world. Ki manipulation techniques are the use of Ki power to attack one's enemy. By utilizing materialized energy converted from energy inside one's body, they can produce powerful special attacks. Warriors in the world of Dragon Ball frequently use many techniques with different names and forms. However, normal people have a low degree of knowledge of ki manipulation techniques.

Power Ball: By combining ki with the planet's atmosphere, a sphere of condensed Blutz Waves is created. Using this, a Saiyan or a Hybrid Saiyan like Y/n can achieve the Great Ape transformation even when a full moon (or similar planetary body) is not present. However, using the technique is apparently very tiring, so it is primarily used as a last resort, and even Saiyans that can use it prefer to transform using a planetary body (Vegeta mentioned to Goku that he planned his trip to Earth to coincide with the full moon in an attempt to avoid using the technique). The Power Ball disappears after 90 minutes.

Kamehameha: By drawing his latent ki into the palms of his hands, Y/n is able to expel an explosive beam of ki energy. The attack is amplified when he's either using Kaioken or his super saiyan forms.

Spirit Bomb: Taught by King Kai in the other World. Users of the Spirit Bomb gather huge amounts of energy from all chosen surrounding life forms and inanimate objects to conduct that energy into a massive sphere of astounding destructive power. Energy takes the visual form of sparkling, glittering wisps when adding to the mass that are usually blue and/or white in color.

The creation of the attack promotes a calm breeze away from the bomb, which turns into a strong continuous gale and expels colorful bands or radiation of Northern Lights-esque aurora. The Spirit Bomb is quite swift when used and, if the user is not careful, it can absolutely obliterate a planetEssentially, to use the Spirit Bomb, one must have a pure heart so they can manipulate and gather energy, otherwise the move can backfire and possibly hurt or kill the user. Likewise, once a Spirit Bomb has been fired, it is possible for one with a pure heart to deflect the technique.

[Abilities learned from Yardrat]

Spirit Control: Spirit Control allows its user to achieve a multitude of potent abilities through their ki. These abilities achieved through Spirit Control are used by shifting, splitting and growing the user's spirit. Achieving good Spirit Control allows the user to sense ki from a much greater distance and utilize their energy to attack much more efficiently, though at first this newfound ability to use their ki properly causes the power to be somewhat uncontrollable.

Instant Transmission: A technique for traveling long distances instantly. This action is usually accompanied by the user placing his index and middle fingers on his forehead to help him concentrate, though if extra time is taken the technique can be performed without this aid. When used by Yardrats and those who gained the technique thanks to them, it is achieved via Spirit Control.Instant Transmission allows the user and anyone that is in physical contact with them to instantly travel great distances (from meters to light-years, between the living world and Other World, or even travel outside time itself) just by concentrating on a particular individual's ki signature and transmitting or feeling that being's location. The user can rematerialize anywhere within a short range of their target.

Cloning: The general ability to split into several identical duplicates to fight as a group.

Healing: Usually magical in nature, healing techniques can close wounds, heal damage, and restore physical condition and ki, with the level of healing dependent on both the magical skill and stamina of the practitioner. Whilst similar in use to the more commonly seen Senzu Beans, magical healing requires the user to stay in close range of their target for a long period and can prove physically taxing, while the Senzu Beans can be eaten any time if available. The ki of a recipient of healing can determine how much effort it takes to heal them. 

Forced Spirit Fission: An advanced ability. In order for the technique to be effective the user must inflict damage upon their target. The technique can be used from a distance, or can be used on an opponent by hitting them with physical blows.

Forced Spirit Fission allows the user to separate and manipulate energy from their target, granting them the ability to do things such as to undo Fusion, forced Absorption, and free trapped souls. This technique is also shown to be able to indirectly revive some of the dead. Since the principle revolves around splitting energy and then manipulating it further, it can be used in the opposite way.

Destructo Disc: The Destructo Disc is a razor-sharp disc of golden ki that can slice through almost any substance. It is known for being one of Krillin's favorite moves to use against opponents who are significantly stronger opponents than him, due to the Destructo Disc's supreme cutting capabilities. Only an opponent with a strong enough aura can repel the edge of the disc and prevent themselves from being sliced. Although technically capable of cutting through anything short of an opponent with a significantly powerful aura, an opponent that was extremely malleable in nature can off-set even a clean cut from the attack via Regeneration. Unlike energy blasts, the Destructo Disc can actually injure enemies several times the wielder's power level.

Kaio-Ken: a technique invented by King Kai. It multiplies the user's ki for a "heartbeat" and turns their aura crimson - amplifying their power and speed to overcome previously stronger foes at the cost of extreme bodily recoil. Strong Ki control is required in order to wield the Kaio-ken properly.When activating the Kaio-ken, the user gains a red and fiery aura, and in turn, their whole body and clothes acquire a reddish tint. The power of the aura also bristles the user's hair and clothes if they have any. Unlike other transformations (like the Super Saiyan or Golden Frieza), the Kaio-ken must remain with its aura active all the time. There is no change to the user's physique, but the enormous stress of the technique can result in increased blood pressure, popping out veins and swelling the user's muscle mass. The technique can also generate large amounts of heat from the user's body whilst being activated, creating steam rising from their body.

As a result of the Kaio-ken, the user's base power level, strength, speed, and even sensory awareness greatly increase for an instant. With training, the length of activation can be increased.

Whilst already a useful technique in its base form, the technique's true potential is in its ability for the power multiplier to be stacked, from doubling of the base Kaio-ken to a tripling, quadrupling and even further. The limits of the multiplier appear to be linked to the user's body toughness in addition to experience, so Y/n is able to increase his durability and base strength through training and in turn gain an even higher power multiplier from the Kaio-ken.

Vice Shout: Y/n lets out all of his energy in a high-pitched scream, ripping apart dimensions. It functions by collapsing dimension walls and creating a rift in the universe. The resulting portal will begin to rapidly collapse in on itself after being created, allowing only a short time for using it.

Stardust Breaker: Y/n uses Punisher Drive to barrage the opponent with a series of prismatic blows, using Rapid Movement to dash behind them and turn to deliver two hard knees to the back of their head/neck, finishing the preceding rush with a backflipping kick. After landing on the ground, he raises his left hand above his head, generating a ball of rainbow light before either crushing it in his palm, pivoting and flinging the scattered energy at his charging opponent, or flinging the prismatic sphere itself to deal immense damage to the opponent, resulting in an enormous explosion.

Spirit Sword:  a golden ki blade formed by channeling energy into his hand. This blade can be used like any other sword, or instantly extended to skewer an unsuspecting opponent at long range, making it ideal for both close-quarters and distance combat.

Dragon Fist: Y/n reels his clenched fist back before charging his opponent and launching his fist forward while shouting out the attack's name, smashing straight through the enemy's torso. As he makes contact, the energy of his attack is amplified far past Y/n's normal power, triggering an explosion of ki in the form of a "golden, shining dragon" (resembling Shenron).

The resulting collision is capable of completely obliterating the opponent, even if the opponent far surpasses the character himself in power or leaving a gaping hole in their chest (hence the name "Dragon Fist").

Dragon Fist of Rage: A Stronger version of the Dragon Fist. While in Super Saiyan 4, Y/n delivers a fierce punch to his opponent's face, followed by a side kick that knocks them away. After catching up to them, he slams them downwards before slamming his fist into them again, dragging them forward and sending them flying. Finally, he appears in front of them, delivers an atrocious blow to their stomach and impaling them on his fist, and reels back to slam a downwards Dragon Fist back into them, summoning the huge dragon with an aura of flames around it. After the dragon circles the skies, it then comes crashing down onto the enemy, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Big Bang Kamehameha: A move combining the Big Bang Attack and the Super Kamehameha. First, the user puts both of his hands in front of him, palms open and hands turned up at approximately a 90-degree angle. Next, he creates a massive Big Bang Attack in front of him, before charging the tremendous energy of a Super Kamehameha powering up the techinique even more, releasing ALL of it into a gigantic ki blast or stream.

Final Flash: The Final Flash is formed by throwing both arms open, hands held vertically and fingers wide while gathering ki. Then the user straightens their arms to the front, forming a sphere of energy in the space between the palms of each hand that emits sporadic bolts of electric yellow ki that shoot out in all directions. Finally, the user discharges a massive golden beam of energy with electric ki streaming around it towards his opponent. The scope of the attack can be varied by the user, from just a medium-sized, straight blast to a super-charged, fully powered variant, huge enough to be seen in space, with potency to destroy planets. The user also needs to be in a heightened state like Super Saiyan or over to use the Final Flash.

Final Kamehameha: First, Y/n puts both of his hands forward as if he were performing the Final Flash and then towards his side like the Super Kamehameha, combining the massive power of the Final Flash and the Super Kamehameha into one attack. Then, Y/n fires the attack, as it appears as a giant, blue energy wave (resembling the Super Kamehameha) with swirls of yellow ki (resembling the Final Flash), inflicting an enormous amount of damage.

Hakai: Could only be done By channeling the Power of Destruction,  a user can destroy almost anything with little effort, even working on intangible beings such as souls in the anime. This technique is a staple of the Gods of Destruction, who wield such power with little no effort. It can be used in various ways, such as holding one's palm out or extending both the index and middle fingers before announcing the attack (though it can also be used non-verbally). The end result is the target being engulfed by a destructive energy wave, or simply disintegrating into an agonizing nothingness, becoming nothing but dust. Non-corporeal beings, however, do not seem to experience the same atrocious pain as physical beings. The destroyed target then ceases to exist, unable to pass into the Other World.
