Later as everyone got home after Satan got a text from MJ saying she was home but didn't want to be bothered.

But after a few hours while everyone was asleep Lucifer decided to check in on her .and as he got to her door he hesitated to open it but did and walked in.

And saw her pass out on her bed and as he got closer he saw she was crying in her sleep and then noticed claw marks on her arm that were bleeding.

And he was concerned
He wondered how she hurt herself and knew it had to be taken care of.

So he put his hand over her wound and did a spell and healed it. He then used the sleeve of his shirt to wipe her tears away and then covered her with her blanket.

After this he sat down against his bed and said.

Lucifer : I said a lot tonight.... some very unkind things.....truth is you are
part of this family even without your background. Everyone sees you as it especially Satan.

You both act like siblings more than anything and cause the same chaos. the amount of times I had to bail both of you out of trouble....I lost count .....

If I am to be honest....I'm more of a problem than
Anything...... and probably just taking it out on everyone but myself....

I can't seem to do anything right I seem to only do the worst possible thing.

There is no reason for why I treat you the way i do. Nothing could justify it.

You remind me too much of much of him but I know you are not him. You are you. But it makes me angry.....

Because I remember how I never treated him the best that I should of..... until the very end.....it took him die for me to realize that......

I was horrible to him I don't know why or how he put up with me .....why he still cared.....

I'm angry I was never a brother to him...... that I couldn't save him.....

He was the glue to this family he cared more than I did.....he was a better father to my own child than I was......

And look what I'm doing to his own child.... treating you just as horrible.....you don't deserve it you been through enough..... how you put up with me I don't understand either.

I don't understand why I bother doing anything....seems like the best thing I can do is just lea-OW!?

Suddenly MJ hit him in the head and said laying back on the bed sideways with her dangling off.

MJ : leaving is just going to cause more harm than good"

Lucifer froze not realizing she was awake. He only kept talking because she was asleep and figured he could get everything out without anyone knowing.

MJ : avatar of pride admitting he's wrong? and sorry? Actually apologizing?.

Lucifer : it's fine.....but tell anyone I said that and I'll make you regret it"

MJ : forgot to take your nap grandpa?"

Lucifer :..... you really shouldn't forgive me "

MJ : but I understand? You still haven't dealt with everything. You can't just ignore your problems because it will only get worst.

You have to deal with it even if it hurts and it's going to hurt but after that it Will hurt a little less day by day. And you got plenty of those.

Lucifer : ....you are not wrong. ...."

MJ. : And your brothers need you? Wouldn't be complete without you.

Yeah you are grumpy and mean but you are their brother and they love ya. And if you guys talk more about your problems. if you talk to them about yours. Then it will help them understand why you aren't really you or mad at them.

Like you told Satan I don't think you are mad at me or everyone or Mammon. I think you are really mad at yourself. And first step is talking about it which you're doing with me"

Lucifer : ......."

Lucifer just looked down not sure what to say about everything she said but she was right.

MJ : if you want to talk I'll listen and we'll take if from there. Since your old you get the grandpa discount free"

Lucifer then put a hand over his eyes and started laughing a bit and MJ said.

MJ : ok you scaring me....."

Lucifer : heh....it's not my intention..... you care a lot about everyone don't you?"

MJ : yeah? It reminds me of how my family used to be. But my grandpa and grandma are the best people in the universe.

But being here I remember how my dad's and I all would do a lot together. always traveling being with family and friends. Or just us. it was fun and always an adventure.

I never thought it would be like that again..... being here actually made me remember a lot of things too."

Lucifer : ..... you are an interesting human.... your soul is bright and pure.... probably why you disgust me"

MJ : at least I have a soul"

Lucifer : you do understand if you need to talk we will also listen"

Lucifer : scared of the boogie man? Wouldn't be surprised if he's after you to"

MJ looked scared and Lucifer only made it worse so he stood where he was and said.

Lucifer : ....fine just let me grab my work and I'll stay here"
