It was another morning walking down stairs in my uniform walking into the kitchen. "Oh boss morning." Ban said. "Morning Ban the girls haven't woke up yet." I said rubbing my eyes. "Nope also you got serious bed head." Ban said as fixed my hair. "Also yesterday night when I was out on the balcony I felt like I was being watched." I said as Ban set down some pancakes, eggs, and bacon. "It was probably your imagination boss just go through your day like normal." Ban said. "Yeah maybe your right Ban." I said taking a pancake, some eggs, and bacon into my own plate. "Even so we're your peerage you know we got your back." He said as I nodded. "Morning Ban, (Y/n)." Kaori said still in her Pj's. "Morning Kaori." Me and Ban said as Ban slid a plate for Kaori. Both Sakura and Yuki came down afterwards we all had breakfast as I told them about I was being watched last night. "Maybe it was just a hunch." Sakura said. "Yeah if someone watching you in the middle of the night being a hunch." I said as we all finished our breakfast. "I'll watch the house for you guys while your at school." Ban said. "Alright then you go two go ahead while I wait for Kaori to get ready." I said looking at Yuki and Sakura who nodded.

"I suggest you Kaori go get ready." Ban said as Kaori nodded and went upstairs to get ready. "I'll handle the things at the academy." I said looking at Ban. "Also hope there's no perverts oogling Kaori." Ban said being the protective brother. "Yeah that's a huge doubt Ban but don't worry I'll be there." I said. "Thank you (y/n)." Ban said. "I'm ready." Kaori said coming down in her old school uniform. "That your old school uniform." I said. "Yeah it was before I was at the orphanage." Kaori said. "Well come on don't want to be late." I said leaving with Kaori.

Third person pov

(Y/n) and Kaori were walking our way to Kuoh academy. "Excuse me." They turned to see a girl her bangs covering one of her eyes as she was wearing the Kuoh academy uniform.

(Just imagine her wearing the kuoh girls uniform)

"What can I help you with." (Y/n) said. "Do you know where kuoh academy is." She said. "We were actually heading over there right now guessing your a transfer student.I'm (y/n) (l/n) and this Kaori Akabane." (Y/n) said introducing himself and Kaori to the girl. "I'm Kurumi Tokisaki I was wondering if I can come with you guys." Kurumi said. "Sure." Kaori smiled. 'It's good kaori is making friends.' (Y/n) thought to himself as the three of them walked to kuoh academy.

The trio made it to kuoh academy where the male students were staring in envy while the female students want to be near kiba's twin is what they call him. He took them to the student councils office as the two received their schedules from Sona. The trio walked to the classroom where Kaori and Kurumi were assigned. "Seems like we're classmates." (Y/n) said smiling as the two nodded walking into the classroom.

-In the classroom-

"Alright everyone we have two transfer students joining us today would you please introduce yourselves." The teacher said. "I'm kaori akabane I just transferred from America I hope we can get along." She said with a slight bow. "Well~ I'm kurumi Tokisaki and I am actually a spirit. I also need someone to guide me around the school." Kurumi said. "I'll do it." One of issei's perv friends said. "Not you." Kurumi said as she walked up to (y/n) desk. "Will you do it." Kurumi said looking at (y/n). "I'll do it." (Y/n) said. "Will you guide me to (y/n)." Kaori said as stares of the male population. "I'll do it kaori." Sakura said shooting her hand up. "O-o-ok." Kaori said. The two sat down in their respective seats.

After class was done kurumi went up to (y/n)'s desk. "You ready." Kurumi said as (y/n) nodded as the two left. "Sakura why did you stop me." Kaori said. "It has to do something with that Kurumi girl what she said. I can tell in the masters eyes he wants to see what her intentions are and he wouldn't want to sacrifice any pieces." Sakura said. "I see." Kaori said. "Come on let me show you around the school." Sakura said taking Kaori's hand.

Readers pov

I was guiding kurumi around the school showing her places as we soon reached the end of our tour. "Anything you want to ask Kurumi." I said looking at her. "No nothing from me (y/n)~." She said as I pinned her against the wall. "What are your true intentions and what do you mean by im a spirit." I said. "My oh my seems I've caught the attention of the hot tempered Phoenix." She said whispering into my ear. "What are your intentions." I said looking at her she giggled putting her hand against my cheek. "Who knows maybe that showing of power against that stray yesterday even as a rookie king I have eyes watching you know~." Kurumi said as I stepped back. "Even so I'll figure out your true intentions." I said stepping back and walking away. "Maybe your curious about what happened last night on the balcony." Kurumi said as I turned back. "So I wasn't really going insane you really one strange girl." I said leaving kurumi by herself.

Kurumi pov

I watch as (y/n) walk away as a smile crept on my face. 'We will unite soon my master.' I thought to myself. I began to think of ways to meet (y/n) again even yesterday was our meet. "You must be kurumi." A person walked to me.

"Why yes I am who you might be." I said looking at the light blue haired girl. "Yuki Hana an associate of (y/n). What is your association to my lord." The girl yuki said. "Your lord I am simply interested in him though as a spirit the purest flame to see." I said looking at Yuki. "Even so I don't know what your intentions are with him and your goals are I'm watching you." Yuki said making a gesture then leaving. "Oh (y/n) phoenix you have gained my interest." I said as I summoned one of my clones. "Keep watch of (y/n)." I said to my clone as they disappeared. 'I know there are devils watching.' I thought to myself looking around.

I was walking to the ORC seeing that their rating game with my brother was today after school. I opened the door to see that son and Tsubaki was there as well. "(Y/n) what are you doing here." Sona said. "Seems I've got a lot of explaining to do." I said as I explained to sona that I'm actually the brother to riser and a member of the Phoenix family.

"Was I really this Ignorant." Sona said slowly processing this information. "Your not I simply kept this information from your group and Rias' group not until my brother visited." I said as grayfia appeared through magic circle. "Are you ready my lady." Grayfia said as Rias nodded I watched her group follow grayfia through the magic circle. "So we're watching the game through this magic orb." I said looking at the projection of the orb. "Yes the whole game is being broadcasted even the devil king himself." Sona said. "Interesting indeed." I said as I felt those eyes watching me again could this be what she mentioned.

I saw that the playing field was similar to that of the academy are rating games like this very specific on their territory. We all watched as the battle was progressing and even with issei's new 'ability' which disgusted me and the others. Thought I would say he did improve a little for being the red dragon emperor recently. I kept watching until it was starting to get weird Yubelluna being able to recover so quickly during the battle with Rias' queen don't tell me brother used Phoenix tears. We kept watching until the game soon concluded with Rias surrendering. It was a came to be seen but brother using Phoenix tears against someone who's just a beginner merely unacceptable. I simply storm out of the building angered by my brothers actions.

"Seems your a bit hot tempered why don't you tell little kurumi your problems~." I saw kurumi standing behind me in a ball gown like dress her hair done in twin tails revealing her other eye to be a clock. "Kurumi." I said. "Seems your in high stress want me to help~." She said. "I simply need to vent out." I can see the flame on my hand slowly igniting. "Family problems." Kurumi said. "More like sibling problems." I said sitting knowing the party will be soon. "Maybe I can accompany you to said party." Kurumi said. "Knowing that you would have to be part of noble birth,  invited to the engagement, or part of the peerage of their relative." I said. "Well then why I join your oh so peerage~." She said getting closer to me. "How could even trust you without knowing your gonna kill me." I said looking at her. "I simply don't kill those who have caught my interest I only kill those who I see as pests or wastes of time I'll give you time to think about it before the party comes til again." Kurumi said slowly disappearing from my sight.
