I did my normal morning routine as I walked downstairs in my school uniform. "Ahh (y/n) morning." Yuki said cooking breakfast. I yawned and rubbed my eyes as slowly realized my father is sitting down at the kitchen table.

"Father." I said. "I see your doing well my son." He said. "What are you doing in the human world you know moms gonna kill you." I said freaking out knowing mothers wrath shivering down my spine. "I know about it so I'll keep it brief your brother will be arriving today along with the queen of the devil king will be there as well. So I want you to be their just in case. I know you've been gathering info about the sitri and Gremory clan as well." He said as I nodded. "Yes I have father ever since you sent me to the human world with them not knowing about my existence and seeing this would be a good for me to do studies and wonder what life is like in the human world." I said. "That's good and you know I will contact you through your sigil if anything goes on." He said. "Will you be staying for breakfast lord Phoenix." Yuki said. "Thank you for the gesture but I cannot due to Lady Phoenix asking for me to comeback." He said talking his sigil back to the Phoenix mansion.

I sat down as yuki place three plates for her, me, and Sakura. "So your brother and sister are gonna be here today." Sakura said. "Mhm and he also want me to go to that gathering as well." I said biting on some toast. "Want us to be with you." Sakura said. "That would be nice and I also believe I should start gathering pieces for the peerage as well." I said putting syrup on my pancakes and then taking a bite. "What pieces are you missing." Yuki said. "2 bishops, 2 Rooks, 1 knight, and 8 pawns." I said remembering. "Well let's not rush into finding these pieces so eagerly." Yuki said drinking some tea. "Patience is key (y/n)-sama." Sakura said. "Sakura remember about honorific's." I said. "Don't think of you on a higher pedestal." Sakura said as I nodded. "Even though I am the king I treat you and yuki as equals." I said looking at them. We all finished our breakfast and washed our dishes heading to school.

Third person pov

(Y/n), yuki, and Sakura walked through the school gates sensing the power of the red dragon emperor coming from his classmate Issei Hyoudou. 'So he's the red dragon emperor.' (Y/n) thought to himself as the three of them walked into the school building to do their normal classroom routine.

-short timeskip to the end of the day-

It was 2:30 as (y/n), yuki and Sakura were sitting on the hill under a tree. "So your brother will soon arrive." Yuki said. "Father said today was gonna be it." I said as I soon sensed brother's aura. 'He's here.' He thought to himself as he got up. "Let's go." He said as the two nodded and followed him.

Meanwhile in the occult research club Rias Gremory is with her peerage and the queen of sirzechs who is over seeing this meeting between the two clans. "It seems riser has arrived in the human realm." Riser said appearing before Rias and her peerage.

Issei's pov

'Phoenix.' I thought to myself. "Ahh it seems riser has appeared in the human realm.I've come all the way to see you Rias." Riser said. "Ok who's this douche." I said. "This is riser Phoenix a pure blood devil of noble birth third line of the Phoenix family and the fiancé to Rias Gremory but it seems that their is another overseer." Grayfia said. "Another overseer." Rias said. The door knocked as grayfia opened the door revealing three people.

"Who are these people." I said looking at them. "Ahh riser is happy to see you brother." Riser said. "Brother." As me and the other members were shocked hearing this information. "This individual is (Y/n) Phoenix same as riser born of noble birth and fourth in line of the house clan along with being a special case." Grayfia said. "Special case." Rias said. "Risers brother did not acquire the traditional Phoenix flame but something stronger." Riser said.

"What you got a fight in this too." I said. "I merely am just an overseer under fathers request." He said. "Ahh I see father has requested you to oversee." Riser said. "Yes now don't do anything brash brother." This (y/n) person said. We watch as this (y/n) person sat on one side of the couch with the two people he was with while riser was sitting next to Rias. 'What does this douche have any significance to Rias and this other guy I don't even know what to say.' I thought to myself. I watch (y/n) take a sip of the tea akeno made. "I would say this tea made by the queen of Gremory is quite great." (Y/n) said. "Agreed dear brother." Riser said. "Why thank you." Akeno said. I watch as this whole situation go down which it almost went down to the wire where Rias and Riser were staring down at each other. Grayfia soon told that something like this would happen as it would be settled through a rating game. "Riser has played many rating games yet my bride has yet to qualify for one." Riser said

"He knows only mature devils are only allowed to play so she hadn't any opportunity." Akeno said. "So we're at a disadvantage." I said. "We got bigger things to worry about." Koneko said. "Tell me Rias is this adorable group the extent of your servant." Riser said. "And so if they are." Rias said riser laughed as he snapped his fingers seeing the room glow revealing almost his whole peerage. "Riser has 15 pieces in other words I have a complete set." Riser said. "Fifteen and their all hot as hell." I said to myself wanting to hate riser as I soon groveled on the floor.

Readers pov

I watch as the servant grovel on the floor spewing the words harem. "My dear why is your servant weeping uncontrollably." Riser said. "Because is dream is to have a harem." Rias said. "Eww what a total barbarian ." Ravel said as she looked to see me. "It's been a while little sis." I smiled getting up. "So the human world has treated you well how goes the gathering of your peerage." Ravel said. "A work in progress I would say I'll probably be scouting a rook for my next piece." I said as I watched brother making out with yubelluna and taunting issei. "I don't give a shit what you think of me I only listen to Rias. We don't need to play some damm game I'll kick your ass right here right now." Issei said jumping into the fray. "Issei no." Their blonde bishop said. "Mira." Riser said. "Let me handle this dear brother." I said interfering. "By all means go ahead." Riser said. "What you gonna do about it shit stain." Issei said. "Nothing too damaging." I said serving him a simple gut punch watching him fall to his knees.

"I didn't damage him too hard miss Gremory." I said seeing Rias come to his aid. "Be happy brother didn't damage your precious pawn too much dear til we meet again Rias and (y/n) do hope to see you again soon." Riser said disappearing off. "I will inform the devil king also about your acceptance to the game." Grayfia said disappearing too. "Who are you really why hasn't neither the Gremory or sitri clan noticed you." Rias said helping her pawn up. "Sit down and I'll be willing to explain." I said sitting down on one couch. "Ok now explain." Rias said. "As you know I'm (y/n) Phoenix brother to Riser your fiancé the special kid or rare case." I said. "I didn't know riser had a brother." Her knight said. "It's true I was born before ravel was and as soon I turned age he gave me my own set to acquire my own pieces which resulted in my queen yuki and my knight Sakura." I said introducing my two peerage members. "So your also making a peerage as well." Rias said. "Yes like you I'm gathering pieces." I said. "When you said rare case what do you mean by that." Her queen said. "Yes I was gonna get to that. I was born into the house of Phoenix as my childhood went by and while I was being taught by brother how to wield the flame they were blue when I first released them. I went to mother and father show them the flame as they were appalled as well by this sudden thing father said that the Phoenix family never had a wielder of the blue flame making it rare for children of Phoenix to possess it." I said. "To think a member of the Phoenix would inherit something this unique." Her knight said. "Why don't introduce your peerage ms Gremory." I said as she nodded.

"I am Rias Gremory the king of this peerage, My Queen Akeno, my rook koneko, my knight kiba, my bishop Asia, and my pawn issei." Rias said as each of the members greet me except for issei since I punched him. "Rias how you can be so buddy buddy with this person." Issei said. "Are you trying to disrespect our king." Yuki said in rage as I put my hand up calm her down. "I understand your mad at me for the simple action which was suppose to control the situation with the least damages." I said getting up then looking back at miss Gremory. "I would suggest a training camp to help bolster your pieces knowing big brother even if experienced there will be cracks in his plans." I added. "Why help us to go through lengths like this and why hide your name." Rias said as I turned. "Even if I were to reveal my name you and sitri would see that I'm almost like my brother arrogant and that of a play boy throwing his own body to women." I said leaving with yuki and Sakura.

Rias pov

I watch as (y/n) leave with his two peerage members as I sat down at my chair. "Is something wrong president." Issei said looking at me as I shook my head. "Everything is fine." I said as I began to put (y/n)'s words into thought. "This almost is new to me a member of the Phoenix family attending Kuoh academy with the Gremory and Sitri clans not knowing." Kiba said. "Even so we can't really know his true intentions." Koneko said as I nodded as we began to plan for our training camp.

I left the school with Yuki and Sakura seeing that it was nearly about to be sun down. "Thinking of looking for a new piece (Y/n)." Yuki said. "Yes even so maybe a bishop." I said. We came back home then changed into our outing clothes to find a new piece for my peerage.

'Knowing this being the territory of Gremory and Sitri I better be careful when it comes to finding these pieces.' I thought to myself sensing a recent stray attack and an aura very week at that. I ran to the location as fast as I could with Yuki and Sakura to where the attack occurred seeing it was down an alley way seeing the stray fighting someone while the other body was very weak and seeing the hole in their chest. I look to see the person who was fighting the stray who was very tall and very muscular.

"You bastard you killed my sister." He said as he punched the stray as the stray pierced his stomach it didn't affect him which intrigued me as I jumped in. "Bang." I said making a flame bullet making the stray let go of the guy.

"Dodge right." I said as we both dodged. "Flare Spike." I said launching three spikes at the stray as I expanded my hand. "Amplify." As I maybe the stray burn more until they soon decompose. "I thank you for that." He said. "Thanks for the gratitude so who are you and this girl." I looked at her hair silver along with the hole in her chest. "I am Ban and that is Kaori we're not related by blood but she's an orphan and I used to work at the orphanage she was at. We had this brother sister relationship whenever I was cooking for the kids." Ban said. "I'm also surprised you didn't die since most humans would be killed in one shot." I said looking at Kaori's injury. "Oi bastard what are you doing." Ban said putting a hand on my shoulder. "I can revive her." I said looking at Ban with a serious face.

"What you can." Ban said. "Yes I can." I said showing a bishop piece. "But she'll be reborn as a devil she'll never go back to her human life." I said. "I don't care whatever brings Kaori back I'll even join." Ban said. "Very well you may feel a slight sting." I said chanting the ritual putting the rook piece into Ban's body seeing him feel the sting but a huge surge in power. 'His piece mutated.' I thought to myself as I went kaori's body placing the bishop piece. "I (y/n) Phoenix bring you back to the world of the living to serve under me." I said as my sigil appeared.

I watch as the piece begin to sinking into Kaori's body as she began to have a small appearance change with the reincarnation process.

Kaori's pov

"Kaori kaori." I could hear ban's voice calling to me as I slowly opened my eyes. "Ban." I said as I looked to see a man with two people looking at me.

"How am I still alive." I said looking down. "You have been reincarnated I am (Y/n) Phoenix your king." This (Y/n) person said. "I have been reincarnated." I said as (y/n) crouched to my level as he nodded he then created a mirror as I looked.

"That's me." I said looking at myself in the mirror. "Thank god your okay Kaori I thought you were gone." Ban said hugging me. "Yeah I'm glad." I said. "So your our new king how should I address you." I said looking at him as I got up. "Just address me as (y/n)." (Y/n) said. "Ok (y/n)." I said with a soft smile. "Let's head home im sure you guys have been on the run from the orphanage." (Y/n) said as we followed (y/n). We soon arrived to (y/n)'s house me and Ban saw it.

"Hey boss This your place." Ban said. "Yeah it is." He said putting in the keys as we entered to see the living room.

"So spacious." I said sitting on one of the couches. "I'll enroll Kaori to kuoh academy tomorrow as a second year student making her a transfer student. You two already know about the supernatural I presume." (Y/n) said as both me and ban nodded. "Then it seems I don't have to do the run down." (Y/n) added. "We have a good amount of bedrooms for the five of us." (Y/n) said putting his bag down taking out the remaining pieces. "So these are the pieces that are inside me." I said looking at them. "One of the pieces which these are evil pieces you are a bishop and Ban is a rook though his piece mutated which made it happen through your sudden death." (Y/n) said. "Hey (y/n) can I use your kitchen and can I talk with you in private." Ban said as (y/n) nodded following Ban into the kitchen.

Ban's pov

I was with (y/n) in the kitchen. "So what did you want to talk about Ban." (Y/n) said as I gave him a bow. "(Y/n) I wanted to thank you for saving kaori. If we didn't leave the orphanage I wouldn't know what happen to her knowing what the care takers would do I'm glad you found us." I said. "Stand up Ban." He said as I stood up straight. "I understand Ban I would do the same if I was in your situation why don't we celebrate our newest members." He said smiling. "Then I'll cook one of my best dishes." I said grabbing an apron getting ready.

Readers pov

I walk back to the living room seeing Kaori having conversation with Yuki and Sakura. "Seems you three are having good conversation." I said sitting on the couch. "Where's ban." Kaori said. "He's in the kitchen said he's cooking his best dishes." I said. "That mean his famous meat pie." Kaori said with stars in his eyes. "Seems your familiar with it." I said chuckling. "I mean he would always cook it at the orphanage and all the kids loved it." Kaori said embarrassed. "I'm sure he'll be cooking lots since this is celebrating you and his welcome into the peerage. I've also sensed something strong within you strong magic presence after your reincarnation." I said. "Like what." Kaori said. "It's more of like a sacred gear like the traits of an Apostle." I said. "Yuki I want you to teach Kaori on the bases of magic." I added. "As you wish (y/n)." Yuki said. "I simply want you to be a bishop that can be offensive and support." I said looking at Kaori. "I'll do my best." Kaori said. "I know you will I even as a king need to develop." I said. "Hey boss the feast is ready." Ban said as we all went to the kitchen.

Third person pov

(Y/n) and the others went into the kitchen seeing the feast Ban has made for the welcoming of him and Kaori.

"Shoot I can smell the spices from these noodles." I said taking one of the bowls. "Well I would to like to say welcome to the peerage Ban and Kaori." (Y/n), Yuki, and Sakura said. The five begin to eat the dish as (y/n) dissected the meatball in the seeing curry filling inside the meat ball. "My goodness is this heaven." (Y/n) said as he slurped on the noodles as a small flame spat from his mouth. Everyone chuckled at (y/n) scratching his head in embarrassment.

-short Timeskip-

It was after dinner and everyone fell asleep except for one (y/n). He was outside his balcony overlooking the streets of Kuoh. 'This is the beginning of me creating my own peerage and me improving myself as a king even if I'm not next in line to be the next head of the clan.' He thought to himself as he went inside not until a mysterious figure slowly walked away. "Seems I found myself a new master~." They said slowly walking off from (y/n)'s house.
