Part 2

"What a wonderful night!", Redd said as he got ready for bed.

He was about to lay down when he realized he forgot to tuck Double D in. He stood up and walked out his room. Walking all the way to Double D's room, Redd knocked on the door.

"Come in!", said Double D.

Redd opened the door and stepped inside. He looked around the room and saw the window open. He knows Double D couldn't open it himself, so he wondered who it could have been.

He briefly heard giggling from under Double D's covers and realized it was no intruder. He smiled a sly turn of his lips. He pretended he couldn't figure it out.

"Oh no baby cakes, you may get a cold if you leave the window open. Here, let me.", said Redd in a fake voice.

He gently closed the window and walked over to Double D. Double D smiled nervously, sweat covering him as he tried not to look at his bed.

"Let me tuck you in.", said Redd.

"Oh! That's okay! I will be fine without-", Double D was interrupted.

"Ed gross! Did you fart?", exclaimed Eddy as he got out the bed and into the open.

Eddy stared angrily at Ed face until he realize he was standing next to Redd. He turned his head with a sweat as he came face to face with Redd. Redd has to bend down to face Eddy, but that didn't matter.

The amused smile he gave Eddy sent shivers down his spine. Scared, Eddy jumped in a comical manner and zipped behind Double D.

"It was Ed!", said Eddy.

Redd laughed, his laugh was menacing but in good nature. He gave Eddy a toothy smile and almost spoke when he realized Ed did more than fart in Double D's bed. This is why he still wore a diaper.

Double D started hyperventilating, Redd stayed calm as he had Double D's inhaler in hand. Eddy stood there shaking his head with solemn expression.

His secret slumber part was a bust. Redd couldn't calm Double D down, who fainted and needed to be carried.

Redd almost groan at the work he would have to do. He was glad Ed wore a diaper, but also wished the kid was potty trained. He sighed with Double D in his arms.

"Eddy, do you think you can watch Ed while I take Double D to my room?", asked Redd.

Eddy widened his eyes with a shocked expression. Redd raised an eyebrow at his reaction.

"You okay?", questioned Redd.

"You let Double D in your room?", Eddy managed to say.

"Uh... for the most part, yeah. He's always welcomed there.", said Redd.

Eddy's mind was blown at this revelation. Redd left Eddy and Ed to put Double D in his bed. Once he was tucked in and comfortable, he walked back to Double D's room in a hazmat suit he kept in the broom closet between his room and Double D's.

"I'm back.", said Redd.

Eddy was were he left him, still standing in shock. He wasn't sure why it was so shocking, but he figured not all siblings got along.

He let him be and focused on Ed. The kid was smiling like nothing was wrong. He walked up to him and bent down to be eye to eye. Ed looked at him and smiled.

"Hello space alien!", Ed said.

Chuckling, Redd held him up and said, "We're going on an adventure! We have to get the evil mind controlling residue off before it's too late!"

Ed started to panic, but Redd calmed him down. He took Ed to the bathroom and sat him on the toilet.

"Now Ed, I have an important question for you. Do you like blue or purple?", said Redd.

"Blue! Blue!", said an excited Ed.

"Okay, I am going to fill up this tub with blue foam. I need you to take a bath in it.", instructed Redd.

Redd told Ed how to detach the infected covering and to place it in the containment chamber. He figured the kid would want some privacy, so he left him in the bathroom.

He checked the temperature of the water and the ratio of water to foam. He checked everything to insure Ed's safety. He also gave him some toys to play with.

He circled back to Double D's room in his hazmat suit and gently guided Eddy out, who was thankfully out of his funk.

He brought Eddy to his room where Double D was and laid him down. He patted Eddy's head and let him drift off on his own.

He rummaged through his clothes to find something that would fit Ed and found a pair of shorts, a red shirt too small for Redd, and gave up one of his brand new boxers.

He walked over to the bathroom, knocking and waiting for Ed to respond. Ed told him to come in. The bathroom was a mess of blue bubbles and bath toys.

"Ed, I have some... protective gear for you to wear. They may not fit, but it was all I had.", said Redd.

Ed smiled and continued to play with the ducks. Redd set the clothes down so he could help Ed finish his bath. He was whining on the inside about another mess; he ignored this whining.

He took his hazmat suit off and placed it in a basket. He put on a pair of long gloves and covered his nose; he began to pick up the soiled clothes Ed took off. He made a mental note to potty train Ed.

Redd took the gloves off to put another on and prayed his body with disinfectant. He made his way to Ed and told him to hold still.

"Did you like your bath?", said Redd.

"Bath!?", Ed panicked and tried to leave.

"Wait! You still have the monster residue stuck to you! We must cleanse it!", Redd thought quickly.

"Oh no, help!", cried Ed.

"I will, I just need to pour this over your head to get the foam out and we will be done.", said Redd.

Redd washed Ed's hair and then drained the water. He quickly covered Ed in a towel so he wouldn't be cold. He turned a round to hand Ed the clothes.

When he looked back, he saw that Ed got confused halfway putting his clothes on and helped him correct it.

Ed yawned; Redd took the gloves off one more time and uncovered his nose. He sprayed himself and then dried Ed's hair. Ed was barely wake, so Redd picked him up and took him to his room.

He tucked the final boy into his bed. He was quite tired and certainly has a test in the morning, but he wasn't done. He dragged his tired body to finally clean Double D's room at least ten times to make sure it was really clean.

He was a bit OCD, but it was fine. He was fine.

He realized he hadn't called the boy's parents and did groan. He was really tired.

He knew he wouldn't make it to the couch, so he crashed on the floor of his room. By the time morning came, he woke up surrounded by children.

They all decided to move to the floor with him, how sweet.
