Taehyung was really happy to see Jeongguk sitting with them during break time today. He was there by his own and that's the thing, made Taehyung even more happier.

But maybe that happiness was just short lived cause the after they were laughing at some lame ass joke, he saw Park Violet walking towards their table with a smile tugged on her lips which was way too fake that Taehyung understood it that instant.

"Your girlfriend is here, Gguk." Taehyung rolled his eyes informing the people sitting there about her arrival, "She is probably here to pick a fight with me."

"No, Taehyung." she denied and smiled even wider than she already was. Pressing her palms on the table, he leaned over causing her cleavage to get revealed a little to which Taehyung just looked away cause he already saw it a lot of times and he was done but Jeongguk was right there staring at them.

"Like what you see, handsome?" Violet asked shamelessly while Jeongguk shook his head no, "Nah, I don't. I am gay."

Taehyung was the one to laugh and throw his arm over Jeongguk's shoulders, "My bro is gay."

"Oh god. That's―" she paused for a second before letting out a small chuckle, "Yeah okay. You can be anything but gay, Jeon Jeongguk. Cut this off, I am here to apologize."

"Apologize for what? The shit you did yesterday?" Taehyung asked, his voice laced with annoyance.

"Uh huh, you are right."

The red haired male was quite surprised to hear that Violet was actually gonna say sorry. He was highly anticipating what's gonna be coming ahead.

"I am sorry for whatever I did yesterday. I like Jeongguk a lot and wanted to spend some time with him." she clarified but Taehyung was still suspicious of that apology. That 'I like you' dialogue was common. Bet, she said that to every single one she dated. She said that to Taehyung as well and now he can't just make himself believe any of her words anymore.

"I am really sorry. I regret what I did." the girl apologize again and Taehyung stole a glance at Hoseok who stayed quiet all this time as he was busy trying to figure out what that girl is up to.

"Now please forgive me and also tell Jeongguk to forgive me. He isn't talking to me or even replying to my texts. Please Taehyung."

Taehyung really felt like he was a part of some cheap drama cause now his own ex was telling him to convince his best friend. That was fucked up.

Totally fucked up.

"Only if you promise to not act like that again. Yeah?" it was Jeongguk's turn to speak. Taehyung face palmed when he felt the things getting back to where they were. It was getting back to square one and he can't do anything.

"I won't. I promise." Violet assured, walking to her boyfriend who smiled and pulled himself to his feet. He took a step closer and took her hands in his, "Then everything's fine now."

Taehyung just stared at the couple and took a deep breath. He wanted to punch both of them so bad but didn't. Hoseok on the other hand massaged his temples, totally done with this shit.

"Meet you late Tae. Bye!" Jeongguk said when his girlfriend started pulling him with her.

The red head and the purple head stared at them as they walked ahead and was shocked when Violet for a millisecond turned around to smirk and pull her middle finger up.

She that instant looked ahead before Jeongguk could see and laced their arms together as they walk out of the cafeteria.

"Did you see what she did?" Taehyung mumbled, his eyes wide open as he couldn't process what just happened.

"She just wants to create differences between you and Jeongguk and I must say, she already made her move." Hoseok said stuffing the remaining sandwich in his mouth.

"That sorry was fake. She didn't mean it. It was just for getting Jeongguk back."

"You're right." the older replied with a mouthful of sandwich.

"And I can't let that happen right? She will hurt Jeongguk so much." Taehyung bit his bottom lip nervously before ruffling his own hair, "What do we do? She has got her spell on Jeongguk."

"Break that spell. Bring something more attractive. Let's try to hook him up with someone else. Someone not this evil and such a hoe." Hoseok suggested, sipping some Sprite through the straw while he waited for Taehyung's answer.

But the red head said nothing.

Taehyung was outside the campus near the small smoothie shop when he heard familiar voices approaching.

He turned around to see and it was Jeongguk and his girlfriend.

"Hey Tae. What are you doing here?" Violet asked before Jeongguk could.

"For smoothies. Duh." Taehyung nonchalantly stated, rolling his eyes.

The shop was small yet famous among the students as they were quite cheap and also tasted good so no one wanted to miss on that.

"Hey, let me buy one for you. You both wait there. I will bring smoothies for you." Jeongguk suggested and stood in the line. The other two just nodded and walked away.

Taehyung crossed his arms over his chest and looked away as he was totally uninterested in talking to her.

"Do whatever you want Taehyung, but Jeongguk is now my boyfriend." she started and paused until Taehyung was facing him, "The fuck do you mean?"

"I know you are trying to keep me away from your bestie but I swear Taehyung, it will be you alone in the end." she said and pulled up a sweet smile on her lips when Jeongguk looked at them.

"Is this a challenge?"

"Something like that." she smiled.

"Let's see who ends up being alone Violet cause Jeongguk is first my best friend then your boyfriend."
