Kim Taehyung stared out of the window, at the rain as it rushed down caressing the air only to kiss the city of Seoul so hard making the air feel betrayed and leaving the city in complete bliss. His right palm slowly reached for the cold glass wiping the thin layer of fog only to have a clearer view of the downpour.

Anyone could see the gleam in his hazel eyes when he beheld the flashes, his eye perked up as soon as the loud sound followed the light. this little competition excites him as a small smile formed at the corner of his pink, plumped lips when light won.

He somehow found solace seeing the heavy rain. Staring at the small droplets sliding down the window in torrents and the small puddles on the ground kinda shut him off whatever was happening in his dorm.

"Let's break up, Kim Taehyung."

Those words didn't fail to reach his ears and finally he turned around to see the one who he called his girlfriend.

The words should've been heartbreaking, should've made him feel like his world was crumbling from under his feet. Taehyung should have felt bad, at least the itsy bitsy bit but surprisingly, he didn't feel anything.

The question was why? Why wasn't he feeling anything? Didn't Park Violet mean anything to him? They dated for whole two months. Even if they didn't want to but for sure, there must be a slightest attachment.

"As you wish, Violet." the red haired male said with no emotion. His poker face making the girl even more irritated than she already was.

"Guess you were waiting for me to say it. Weren't you?" the brunette in a crop top tee with a pair of denim shorts asked which was followed by a long sigh.

"I knew this was gonna happen sooner or later Violet, you were cheating on me from so long." he said massaging his temples before settling on the edge of his bed, "Honestly, I expected you to say it sooner but you didn't."

"Glad that you won't start a drama about how much you love me and all. You know I can't stick to someone for too long." Violet said brushing her fingers through her smooth hair locks as she looked down at the red head staring at her converse shoes.

"I know it very well but that doesn't mean you can sleep around with people while we were together, you could've told me earlier." Taehyung said while Violet just stared at him.

"I really despise cheating."

"You could have told me once and I would have broken up with you. It's your life and you can stay with anyone you want. But as long as you were with me, you should've been honest." Taehyung never knew he could be so philosophical but he was also kinda proud about that too.

Violet for probably one second felt guilty for whatever she did.

"I am sorry, Taehyung." the brunette hung her head low murmuring a sorry causing Taehyung to press his lips in a thin line, not knowing what to say.

Before anyone of them could speak, the door unlocked and Taehyung could see his bestie, his super bro, Jeon Jungkook entering his room.

Seeing Violet and Taehyung together, he laughed and asked, "Did I interrupt something guys?"

The boy with long, curly black hair understood that something was wrong and knitted his brows feeling the tension between the couple.

"What happened?" Jungkook asked walking into the room before closing the door behind. He stood beside Violet and looked down at his roommate who looked anything but happy.

"We broke up." Violet was the first to speak while Jungkook nodded subtly, biting his bottom lip. He knew this was going to happen. Taehyung told him about how Violet slept with one of the senior's. He knew this was going to happen soon.

"I will just leave then." the only girl present in the room announced and Taehyung nodded whispering, "Yeah, please."

Taehyung obviously wasn't sad but seeing the girl just made him irritated for some reasons. The one who he liked so much now turned to someone, he couldn't stand.

The once extra ordinary now was nothing more than just an ordinary one.

Violet now looked at Jungkook immersed in deep thoughts on how to cheer up his best friend. He was snapped out of his thoughts when his best friend's ex pushed her pointer finger on his right arm causing him to now look at her.

"And Jungkook-" Violet called, her soft, plumped lips curving into a beautiful smile. Jungkook knew his best friend's girlfriend was pretty but the smile that she just gave him wasn't something he have seen earlier.

Maybe she only smiled like that for Taehyung.

"Now that me and Taehyung aren't dating so-" Violet shamelessly smiled and now stole a glance at Taehyung who was anticipating eagerly for her next sentence.

"If you ever want a hook-up, call me." Violet winked, "You have my number and if you don't, you can take it from Taehyung."

The red haired male couldn't believe like what the fuck was the girl saying. Didn't she just break up with Kim Taehyung? Then with which logic did she ask his best friend for hooking up with him.

Taehyung got it that Park Violet didn't have any brain cells and probably that's the reason she did this but the way Jungkook smiled at her just made him gag and couldn't just believe this.

"Just leave, Violet. What the fuck!" Taehyung half yelled and she rolled her eyes before rushing out of the room.

"Gguk, did you see what she just did? Such a hoe." Taehyung threw himself back, moving his legs desperately those were dangling down the box bed.

"Let's not call her a hoe. Let's just say that she is a wild, promiscuous girl." Jungkook settled beside his roommate who turned to his side, facing the other.

Taehyung raised his brows and let out a small sigh, "What's going on your mind, bro?"

"What?" Jungkook looked away, trying to hide his nervousness evident on his face which Taehyung already noticed.

"Tell me, Kook. Did you really fall for that smile? If you didn't hear properly, she totally said hookup." Taehyung rolled his eyes while Jungkook blinked.

"I surely heard what she said and that's the point. It's just a hookup. One night and it's poof- she's gone." Jungkook said that was quite shocking to the other.

"She is my ex, Jungkook. You can't be serious." Taehyung sat up, his eyes bored into the other's, "Remember, she asked me for a hookup too first."

"If that time, you hooking up with her after she left someone isn't wrong, then why is this wrong?" Jungkook was being unbelievable right now.

"Because she is your best friend's ex, Jungkook. It isn't the same fucking thing."

Taehyung didn't know what to say and how to explain all this. He will not admit but he was kinda hurt.

Not because he just had a breakup, because his best friend was trying to get with someone who cheated on him.

"She isn't nice, Kook." Taehyung said and Jungkook smiled scooting closer, "Bro, I know and it's just a hookup. It's not like I am gonna date her."

Taehyung sighed, he doesn't have anything more to say. Violet wasn't his girlfriend anymore and he can't even stop Jeon Jungkook from doing something he wants. Even though he knows his super bro was going to get hurt at the end.

But whatever he will say, Jungkook won't understand. Park Violet had that charm in her that no boy or girl in the campus could ever reject her.

She was that gorgeous. Every single boy and girl were standing in line to date her, even for a day. Okay no probably not everyone but the list was surely long.

Surely Jeon Jungkook wasn't in that list.

The real reason for Jungkook to go with Violet's proposal wasn't because he liked her too much. The reason was to satisfy his ego. Jungkook was probably the one popular boy left in the campus who didn't date Park Violet.

But if he had the slightest clue about the consequences, he wouldn't have dared to take this step.

If he knew what this will bring to his and Taehyung's fate, he would have thought a thousand time before.

But Kim Taehyung didn't call Jeon Jungkook the coconut head for no reason. He got things in his head after a long time but sometimes it got too late to make things right.

Not foreshadowing or anything but dating his best friend's ex wasn't a good plan.

Probably was the worst.

But the raven head knew Taehyung was in no way attached to that girl and getting hurt seeing them together was kinda impossible.

And now Jeon Jungkook had already made up his mind, there was no going back.

Kim Taehyung being his best friend, he would support everything Jeon Jungkook does, no matter what.
