"Surprise mother fucker."

My jaw dropped the moment I saw miss Park walk through the cabin doors, holding a bottle of vodka, as she tried not to fall over. I had a lot of questions, like how she knew we were in Colorado or how she even got into our cabin.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" Jimin blinked a few times, thinking he was just hallucinating a bit.

"I'm here to take your ass back to where it belongs, in the kitchen, cooking me some fucking food."

"We both know I'm a terrible cook, and you can't tell me what to do you old hag." He crossed his arms.

"Do our mom's know about this?" I quickly stepped up and asked for me and Brooke.

"I don't know?" My mom stepped out, and Brooke and I let out a piercing scream. "The back door!"

Brooke grabbed my wrist and dragged me towards the back of the living room and out the other door.

Jimin licked his lips as he turned back around to face the three adults. He let out a nervous laugh, before jolting out the back door with Hoseok.

"Get them!" Brooke's mom yelled.

"Oh my god." I looked into the rearview mirror to see them already getting into their car. "This can't really be happening, right?"

"Oh, it's happening." Brooke smirked as she pulled the lever in drive, and sped away, scraping the side of the car as she made a sharp turn.

Hoseok bit the inside of his cheek as he watched us wreck his new car. He looked over at Jimin, before cursing at him for being so slow. "Unlock the door you fucking slow ass turtle."

Jimin let out an offended scoff before he finally unlocked his car. "No worries, I'm a fast driver."

Jimin smirked, before racing off onto the road, leaving a spiral of dirt in the air. "Where to?"

"Damn, I don't even know I'm on the run with you guys." Hoseok shook his head. "You don't see my mother flying all the way to Colorado to come and whoop my ass."

"I mean, your mom is the most laid back person ever, she let you get an apartment at 18." Jimin shrugged his shoulders. "It's my psychotic mom."

"You know, you're not that different from her."

Jimin slowly turned to Hoseok with the most offended look on his face yet. He was close to strangling him, when there was a strong thud, hitting the back of his car. "Did she just hit my fucking car?" Jimin whined.

"Open the door." Miss Park lowered her brows at her son as she stood by the driver's window.

"No." Jimin elongated the word.

His mom cracked her knuckles before grabbed a metal stick she found lying around. "Open, or I'll have to use it." She drew her arm back.

"Don't do it." Hoseok shook his head.

"She's gonna wreck my car you little shit, of course I'm gonna run her over." Jimin moved his hand to the lever, when he saw that my mom stood in front of his car.

I find it amusing how Jimin was willing to run over his own mother, but felt like he couldn't do it when it came to mine.

"Out of the car." She mouthed.

Hoseok and Jimin slowly looked over at eachother and opened their doors. Right when as Jimin was eye to eye with his mother,  he tried to make a run for it, but my mother grabbed him by his shirt just before he could escape.

"Where's my daughter?" She yelled.

"Where's my daughter?" Brooke's mom narrowed her eyes at Hoseok.

"I d—

"Jung Hoseok, I swear on my life, you'll never see my daughter again if you don't start telling me the truth." She warned, not even knowing that he just proposed to her.

"Okay, I'll show you where she is." Hoseok let his head hang low as he walked back to her car.

"You, come with me." My mom pointed to Jimin as he stood there, trying to look innocent.

She sat in Jimin's car, and started the engine while he slowly got in the passenger seat. "You're gonna tell me where my daughter is, because I promise, if you don't, you'll be locked up in a jail cell. Do you understand that?"

Jimin slowly nodded.

"Miss Park, get in." My mom yelled out the window.

"No." Jimin loudly groaned, before his mom slapped the back of his head.

"Brooke where the hell are you going?" I lowered my brows as she drove near a ski resort.

"Hoseok told me to drive here, so here I am." She shrugged her shoulders.

"We're gonna get in so much trouble." I bit my nails while she didn't seem to mind at all.

"Don't worry." She nudged my shoulder. "You're gonna be fine Rae."

"What if my mom finds out that Jimin and I are dating?" I whispered the last word, as if she was right behind me.

"They won't find out." Brooke reassured. "Just act like you guys still hate each other, you'll be fine."

"Where do you think they are right now?" I turned to Brooke, hoping she'd have a positive answer.

"Knowing Hoseok and Jimin—" She looked over at me with a raised brow. "They've most likely been caught by now."

"My mom is gonna strangle Jimin." I pouted. "She hates him so much."

"My mom's gonna strangle herself when she finds out I'm engaged." Brooke proudly smiled at me.

"Why would she strangle herself and not you?" I tilted my head.

"I don't know." She shrugged her shoulders. "It's more fun that way."

Brooke got out of her boyfriends car, and let out a deep breathe as we were now in the freezing cold weather. It's in the middle of winter and the air is below freezing. We walked towards the snow and took a seat on two sledding boards.

"There's nothing to worry about Rae." Brooke patted my back as she noticed I was still biting my nails.

My mom continued driving, following close behind Brooke's mother.  Hoseok kind of snitched on both of us,but it was for a good cause,to be with Brooke.

"When you get home mister, you're never stepping foot outside again, do you hear me?!" Jimin's mom yelled, only hearing a faint snore in return.

"PARK JIMIN." She screamed, startling the sleeping boy.

"What the fuck is your problem?" Jimin rubbed his eyes as he slowly opened them.

Jimin blinked a couple times when he saw the back of me and Brooke, sitting on the top of a snow hill. He slowly inched his hand towards the door, when he decided to jump out, rolling onto the rough dirt. My mom and Miss Parks eyes widened, then she suddenly slammed on the brakes. Jimin raced over to me and Brooke, and literally tumbled over my body.

"Jimin?" My eyes widened as I moved his hair from his face.

"Hi baby." He softly mumbled.

Brooke lowered her brows as she looked over her shoulder. "Nice going Park, you brought the FBI with you."

"Your mom kidnapped me, and I thought she was actually gonna kill me."  Jimin casually informed me. "—And your mom has Hoseok trapped in her car." He glanced over at Brooke.

"What?" Her pupils grew, as she quickly stood up, racing to her mothers car.

"It's just me and you now." Jimin whispered while he laid his head in my lap.

"Aurelia Alanis!"

I nearly kneed Jimin in the eyes as I pushed him off of me. My mother crossed her arms as she stopped towards me. Miss Park followed close behind her.

"What the hell has gotten into you-? Running away from home, and lying to me when you said that you were staying at Brooke's house? I can't believe that you tricked me like that-? Do you even realize how much trust you just lost—? I thought that you were more mature than this. Clearly you're hanging out with the wrong people." She looked over at the rest of them.

"Miss Alanis, it wasn't her fault—"

"Don't interrupt her Jimin." His mom warned him.

"No." He stood up. "I have to tell you this, so that you don't put the blame on her. This was not her fault, okay? I was the one who persuaded Rae to come with us. I made her feel bad for not going, because she was never allowed to do anything. I made fun of her, and made her feel like she was different from the rest of us. Rae agreed to come with us, because I promised her that she'd never have to deal with me, again. She wouldn't spend hours in her room crying over all the things that people said to her. She just wanted to be happy."

I use my sleeve to wipe the tears that were falling onto my cheek. All I wanted, was to jump into his arms and kiss him, but I knew that I couldn't. He lied to save my ass, knowing he'd be the one that would pay the price later. Jimin's really grown to someone that I'm proud to say is my boyfriend.

"We'll talk about it when we get home." My mom held onto my arm, as she walked me to Brooke's mothers car. "—and Jimin."

He looked up from ground.

"I appreciate you telling the truth, but I don't want you ever seeing my daughter again."

"Mom." I tried to pull away from her grip as my eyes were now filled with tears. "You can't do that."

"Yes I can, now get in the damn car." She huffed, clearly not up for anymore games.

"Please." I quietly sobbed.

"In the car."

"Just let me say bye to her." Jimin stepped in, creating a space between me and my mother.

She gave him a piercing look, before walking near the car. Jimin pulled me into his arms, holding me as tight as he could. I sobbed into his chest, letting out my feelings for the first time in a while. Jimin held my face in his hands, and he looked into both my burning eyes. "I'm not leaving you, okay? and that's a fucking promise." He lowered his lips to mine. "I love you Rae, and please don't forget it."

"I love you too." I spoke with a low and shaky voice.

Jimin's arms left my side, and it felt like a piece of me was missing. I never realized it until now, but he's been in my life since I was a little girl. I know that we weren't necessarily dating, or best friends through out our lives, but we've spent most of our lives together and it's hard to separate us now that we've come to realize it.

Jimin's like my soulmate. God's made it clear that we're destined to be together, and no matter how hard we try to avoid each other, fate will always bring us back together.
