The night was still and quiet in the large city. Too quiet. An attack is imminent. I take it outside and start running as fast as I can. Tall Buildings, running people, scared faces, fly by.I hear shouting and yelling in the direction I came form. The building next to me suddenly exploded, but I dodged all the falling fires. I was tired and dizzy from the smoke. I coughed as I ran. When I couldn't run any longer I hid it in the rubble of building, it reached out and grabbed me. I turn back to face it. It's small body and big eyes one is sky blue and the other is black and broken. The eye looked at me with sadness and worry. I bend down to be on the same level as it. I hugged it, for I will always miss it. I released for the hug, and whispered a parting song,

"We all want to~ Find a place where we feel~ Like we truly belong~"

I slipped away, hearing it's crying. I can't go back, not yet. I know I will find it again. Some day. When the war is over. I run away. Then I hear them their coming fast. I try my hardest. But they ketch me. It's all over for me, but it's a beginning for it. I might die, but I severed my purpose. The shot rang out through the empty streets. No other life except for them, and it. The night went on like nothing happened, the only noise is it crying out for someone to find it. Alone in this broken world, it stopped finding this out. No one found it, no one heard. It was  broken with no one to fix it.
