When the villagers charged at Madhur and Satanik, Satanik's instincts made him react quickly, he grabbed Madhur's wrist ran as fast as they could.. The villagers lost track of them, and eventually with proud smirks they returned home..

That night itself Madhur decided never to disguise himself.. What good will he achieve from that? Satanik came to a conclusion that staying in one area wasn't safe.. I would be better to travel.. Probably visiting holy places and maybe some relatives?

It had been few months, and now they were in Naimisha forest.. Satanik was planning on visiting Shikhandini and Dhrishtadyumna.. To seek some advice from them about their current relationship..

Satanik was lost in his thoughts, he was brought back when he heard Madhur call his name.. He wasn't suprised to see Madhur, playing with a newborn baby boy and a three year old girl.. Madhur lovingly cleaned the baby's saliva with the end of his kurta..

Satanik chuckled.. The girl saw him and ran towards him gesturing him to pick her up.. He picked her up,she rested her head on his broad chest.. Satanik couldn't describe this feeling..His heart melted at the little girl's action.. He looked at Madhur whose nose was touching the baby's nose..

Satanik felt a pang in his heart.. Madhur had expressed the wish of having a child.. Countless times.. But Satanik would divert the topic.. After a while, he stopped talking about it and passed his time by playing with other's children..

After sometime, he dropped the kids back to their Madhur.. Both of them retired in their cottage... They were living with the Naimisha forest tribe.. They didn't reveal their marriage to the tribe head and were allowed to stay..

Madhur was cooking while Satanik sat on the floor lost in deep thoughts.. Madhur snapped his fingers and smiled at him.. Satanik had a grim face and ate the food half heartedly.. Madhur noticed it and spoke..

Madhur- " Ary- I mean Satanik.. What's the matter?"
Satanik-" Madhur.. Answer me honestly... Do you want a child?"

Madhur chocked. Satanik immediately gave him a glass of water.. Madhur stared at the wooden floor, drawing random patterns.. Satanik firmly held his hand and forced an eye contact..

Madhur-" I-I would love to have one.. Though it isn't possible and.. Honestly am really happy the way we are! Both of us! We don't need a child to be happy!"

He tried his best to smile.. but Satanik could feel the greif and heaviness in Madhur's words.. he squeezed his hand.

Satanik-" There is a way.. We can have a child.. But for that we must meet my masi Shikhandini.. She is female and was married to one.. but suprising they both were able to have kids..There is still a ray of hope for us.. In fact Panchal isn't far from here.."

Madhur-" Are you sure? Do you really want a child?"
Satanik-" Yes Madhur.. I thought alot.. And your happiness is mine.. I have no problem in having a child.."

Satanik decided to get ready and leave, he noticed the happiness on Madhur's face he was secretly glad about it.. They started their journey and in less than 20 minutes they were staring at the magnificent gates of Panchal palace.

Dhrishtadyumna came to welcome them. He embraced him and welcomed Madhur.. They found Shikhandini or mostly addressed as Shikhandi training his children.. He flashed the broadest smile to the boys and guided them to his room..

Shikhandi heard the boys out.. Satanik did most of the talking while Madhur simply observed him.. He noticed, Shikhandi his built was the same as a man the only female attribute he had were his eyes..

Shikhandi-" Well I was distraught when my wife left me.. Her reaction was natural.. Back than I had the body of a female though I am raised as a complete man with one vow.. That's another story though.. But I cannot really assure you about exchanging organs with a yaksha.. I was wandering in the forest and Sthuhankarna came to me giving me the solution to my problem..If you go out looking for a yaksha I don't think you might find one."

Satanik thought about it, maybe Shikhandi was right? If having kids was in their destiny it will happen with time? He turned to see Madhur.. He looked down his arms resting on his thighs and fists clenched..

Shikhandi-" Madhur.. I know how much you want to become a parent.. But whatever I said just now it was all just assumption.. If luck is by your side and if any yaksha notices your dedication to become a parent it might work.."

Madhur-" I see.."

Dhrishtadyumna entered the room, he came up with another solution..

Dhrishtadyumna-" Why not just adopt a child?"
Madhur-" I don't have any problem with that but since am technically the second prince of my kingdom and I hope it doesn't happen! But what if my brother dies without producing a heir? I have a younger sister but once she gets married, people won't consider the child born to her as the next heir.. If I have a child, biologically atleast they won't be able to deny the fact that he or she will be the next ruler!"

Satanik was rather suprised ,Madhur had never shared this to him.. To begin with he was never interested in having kids but after whatever had happened.. He knew atleast for Madhur he had to have a child..

Shikhandi-" I understand how you feel.. Well I will support you both! After listening to Madhur I assume he will be the one to exchange organs?"

Madhur nodded..

Shikhandi-" Believe me you won't be able to find a yaksha over night.. But if you consistently show your dedication it might work.. The chances of this succeeding is 50%.. But I believe you can achieve that.."

Madhur and Satanik decided to talk about this.. The following night they talked alot about this and Madhur decided to leave the next morning..

After Madhur left, Dhrishtadyumna invited Satanik to live with them.. Probably after Madhur returned they could still stay with them unless the Pandavas accepted them..

But Satanik's self esteem came in between, he refused to stay but promised to visit at times.. Satanik thought Madhur would be back in probably few months? He kept waiting and didn't realise that a year had passed.. He would drop suprise visits in Panchal palace but Dhrishtadyumna could see that he had started feeling lonely without Madhur..

1 year later.. 

Satanik was carving something out of wood when be heard Shikhandi call him.. He was rather suprised, by the suprise visit.. He slowly came out, at this point he was mentally exhausted without Madhur..

He immediately took Shikhandi and Dhrishtadyumna's blessings.. He saw someone hiding behind Shikhandi..

Shikhandi-" Satanik well someone is here after almost a year.."

Satanik's eyes widened as realization hit him.. Madhur was back?! After a whole year?! Shikhandi moved aside.. The first thing Satanik did was,he gave Madhur a tight hug. He looked in his eyes, it still held the same sweetness.. The only change in him was his hair. His hair was almost shoulder length..

Satanik-" MADHUR! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH! This one year felt like 1000 years.. I cannot express my love for you right now! Tell me, did you succeed? Were you able to find a yaksha!"

Madhur(smiles)-" Satanik ... I missed you more than you can imagine.. Yes I succeeded.. I was able to win the devotion of the lord of Yakshas, Kubers himself.He has pleased and promised to protect our child after its birth!"

Satanik grinned, his hand slipt around Madhur's waist..He heard Madhur clear his throat and looked around..He saw Dhrishtadyumna was trying his best not to look at the two while Shikhandi covered his mouth,trying to avoid a chuckle..

Satanik immediately removed his hand and had a red tint on his cheeks.. He scratched the back of his neck embarrassingly.. They both thanked Shikhandi..

Few months later...

Satanik heard from the tribesmen that his nephew was named Pradyumna and he couldn't wait to meet him.. Could this be the best time to meet his parents? Would they accept them? His thoughts were cut short,as he saw Madhur, throwing the knife away and emptying his lunch in the sink..

It was probably the third time since morning... He suspected that Madhur probably might be pregnant? He wanted to take Madhur to Shikhandi's vaidya, since he could give Madhur the proper medication...

Madhur was feeling extremely weak.. Satanik supported him, and they started their journey.. it was slightly raining, and it was turning dark..

As they were walking, a tribal man stopped them..

Tribal man1-" Where are you going?"
Satanik-" He isn't feeling well.. I am taking him to a vaidya.."
Tribal man2-" Not feeling well you say? And why isn't he feeling well?"

Madhur-"I just have some weakness.."
Tribe head-" Haha!Ofcourse carrying a baby must be causing weakness! Isn't that right?"

Satanik's eyes widened, his grip around Madhur's waist tightened.

Satanik-" How in the world did you know about this?"
Tribe head-" Am not stupid you know.. I have always kept a close eye on you.. oh and yes! Guys bring him here!"

Madhur looked up he was shocked to see Shikhandi's personal vaidya dead.. He felt Satanik squeeze his hand, gesturing him to run..

Tribe head-" Well.. both oh sorry I mean three of you shall end the same way.. EVERYONE ATTACK!"

Satanik and Madhur started running as fast as they could, the tribe men were shooting arrows at him.. It was all muddy and the path was slippery.. An arrow was about to hit Madhur, Satanik shoved him in a corner, rather gently and protectively.. A grunt escaped his mouth..

After almost half hour of running, they were forced to stop.. Madhur breathing was heavy, and his legs were shaking badly.. Satanik leaned to a tree... He noticed the arrow, near his abdomen and pulled it out.. He fell on ground..

Madhur immediately rushed at his side and tore a part of his kurta to prevent more blood lose.. Satanik was feeling dizzy.. There was definitely something in that arrow.. The last thing he remembered was Madhur's concerned and pained face before he lost consciousness...
