Nitya was excited for the little bonfire they were having the following night.
Charu was back to normal and frantically ran around grabbing all the things they needed. Rukmini made some special dishes for them...

Dvipat,Nitya, Charu and Banasen decided to go out.. like a little camping.. Nitya wore a yellow dress and Charu a blue one...

Dvipat wanted to take Nitya to the cave where they shared their feelings.. It was a precious memory for them.. Banasen and Charu agreed and tagged in.. A red ruby caught Charu's attention.

Banasen noticed that she was staring at it since longtime.. He went and took a better look it was slightly buried in the cave..

Banasen-" Do you want it?"
Charu-" It's really pretty.. But I don't think it's removable.."
Banasen-" Watch me."

He smirked and grabbed it.. He grunted while pulling it out.. He successfully pulled it and kept it in front of Charu though now the ruby was covered with Banasen's blood.. Charu gasped and wiped the blood on his hand with the corner of her choli..

Charu-" Crazy ..."

Banasen laughed..

They explored the cave and found Dvipat lying on the ground, Nitya lied on his left shoulder and looked up.. Dvipat was pointing at something.. Banasen tried to hold his chuckle, Charu pinched him..

She cleared her throat to get attention, Nitya immediately got up, both of them were red.. Charu playfully pulled her cheeks.. Dvipat stared at his brother who was dying laughing.. He tried to control himself but Dvipat's shy face was gold..

Banasen-" Wow haha what a face! Haha I will definitely tell this to your children haha!"

He burts into fits of laughter.. Dvipat laughed his idiotic brother was thinking about a family already..

Charu called them.. Dvipat carried his brother on his back since the boy started having a stomachache..

They went back but Charu made sure to carry out her duty as a good sister.. She made sure to tease Dvipat while her lover tried to control his laugh.

Soon it was night,time for some talks!

Sambh helped them to light the bonfire. Jhambvati brought them dinner.. While eating Nitya had a thought...

Nitya-" May I ask something?"
Charumati- " Ofcourse! Don't take our permission!"
Nitya-" Well.. I have been wondering about this since a while .. But how did you and kumar Banasen fall in love?"

Dvipat looked at his twin.. Banasen had a smile on his face as he remembered...

Dvipat-" Haha, honestly before these two never loved each other! Hatred was at it's peak!"
Nitya-" Hatred? I don't really understand?"

Banasen-" Let me tell you...

Flashback...

Banasen's narration- Well when me and jhest were old enough to take Education from Gurudev.. A cute little girl who was seemingly the apple of her father's eyes was jealous...

Little Charu peeked to take a good look of the two new princes who were probably coming to live with them.. She saw her ocean skin father talking to a man who seemed to be a sun in living form.. Her mother was talking to a lady who was cuddling the boys..

Little Charu pulled her brother's dhoti to grab attention..He picked her up..

Little Charu-"Jhest who are they? Why is Pitashree talking to fondly with them? And who are these boys?"
Pramudya-" Charu the man you see the king of Anga,his good name is karna. Angraj Karn! He is known for his valor and friendship! The lady there is his wife, Vrushali.. She comes from the same caste as him but definitely has a heart richer than any other queen!"

Charu stared at her older brother she was a child and didn't know meaning of many words but she came to a conclusion that karna and Vrushali were important guests...

Pramudya-" These two are their youngest boys, that one(points) the one with his eye covered is Dvipat and the other one is Banasen!"

Charu's eyes narrowed Banasen was in Krishna's arms.. Suddenly jealousy took place.. Krishna was fondly looking at him and placed a kiss on his forehead.. little Banasen returned one to him..

Charu pouted.. Being the only daughter to her parents she was always very loved.. and given all the privileges.. Seeing her father share sweet kisses with someone who just came made her jealous..

Soon Vrushali with tearful eyes bid farewell to her twins.. Karna promised that he would visit them whenever time allowed him..

Krishna showed Banasen and Dvipat their new room.. Banasen kept holding Krishna's dhoti and refused to leave him.. Unlike him Dvipat started putting his wooden toys and clothes in place.. Rukmini and Jhambvati joined the little soul..

Charu stared at them from distance and left.. Krishna came out with Banasen.. He showed him the play area which was situated in the mind of their big house... Charu was taking a swing there...

Banasen saw her and ran..

Banasen-" Hii! You are Charumati right?"
Charu(surprised)-"Yes I am Charumati! But how do you know?"

Banasen-" Bhrata Sambh told me and bhrata Dvipat about you! We could be friends since we are same age!"

Charu smiled,but than a thought came to her mind.. If he was getting close to Krishna than how could they become friends? She looked at Banasen and rudely turned away.. She walked and stopped at a certain distance..

Charu-" I Don't want to be your friend! I am already MY Pitashree's favorite! Huh!"

She stormed away,her little hands held her long ghagra.. And a pout on her face.. Banasen couldn't help but laugh..

Flashback ends...

Charu looked away.. Banasen stopped narrating as he recalled her cute face..

Nitya was laughing..Dvipat kept staring at her.. Unknowingly she slowly grabbed his arm and rested her head on his shoulder trying to control and behave like a good princess...

Charu noticed it though Banasen kept pulling her cheeks..

Nitya- " Than what happened?"

Banasen-" Well..

Flashback...

Banasen's Narration-"Well than after that started those silly competitions between Charu and me.. And most of them were usually related to Gurudev.. If he wanted a glass if water both of them would run to get It.. If he was tired both of them would give him a massage...

We didn't realize how fast a year went..

Jhest(Dvipat) he never joined in.. I suspect he enjoyed watching our dumbness..It was fun to tease Charu and see her irritated face but things got little serious that day....

It was raining hard, Mathura was underattack.. All of us were on the frontline.. It was a sudden attack launched by King Jarasandh..

Krishna was worried for his students , they both were young but insisted to fight... Sambh had to keep a close eye on them... Charumati was interested to see.. Her curiosity was natural since she grew up in a peaceful environment and never saw a fight..

She came out... At the moment the soldiers had targeted Dvipat and Banasen.. Sambh provided his shield to  Dvipat but failed to do the same for Banasen,he had a slight cut on his forehead...

Krishna covered his student,he chanted a mantra, and a shield occurred.. Charu ran on the battlefield, she wanted to be under the same shield.. Terror took over Rukmini she screamed her name..

Jarasandh looked at the girl, ready to behead her.. Charu's body froze.. A man triple her size and his sword stood just as tall as her.. She felt scared.. She cursed herself.. why was she here??

Jhambvati screamed at Krishna to get his attention.. His eyes widened.. He looked down at Banasen who was now unconscious.. Blood flowed out.. It was high time..

He kept the protective shield the way it was and ran towards Jarasandh.. Charu fell on her back..Tears streaming down her eyes.. Krishna immediately grabbed his arm and gave him a choke slam..

He tightened his grib around his neck.. he angrily looked at his daughter and shouted on her to run away.. Charu felt terrified.. Her father whose second name was probably calmness.. Now was angry on her..

She immediately ran.. her heartbeats were fast..While running she slipped.. Her hand got a wound.. She got up and ran at her mata..Rukmini glared at her..

Jhambvati realized the depth of the situation and hugged Charu...

Jarasandh tapped the groud..

Jarasandh-" I GIVE UP! PLEASE I GIVE UP! LET ME...GO!"
Krishna-" YOU WANT TO LEAVE? THAN LISTEN UP SINCE YOU AREN'T DESTINED TO GET KILLED BY MY HANDS HENCE I HAVE TO LEAVE YOU!! BUT MAKE USE OF THIS OPPORTUNITY IF YOU WANT TO LIVE OR ELSE YOUR DEATH BED IS READY FOR YOU!! BUT REMEMBER IN THE TIME YOU HAVE NEVER NEVER EVER LOOK AT MY MATHURA!"

Krishna left him.. Jarasandh didn't dare look back.. He called his horse and fled the sight with his handful army..

Balram-" KRISHNA!"

Krishna turned around he looked, Dvipat refused to leave his brother as tears flowed out.. Balram held Banasen in his strong arms.. His student was covered in blood which was unacceptable.. He still hadn't forgotten Charu's irresponsible behavior..

He rushed Banasen in and immediately gave him first aid.. He was slowly regaining consciousness.. Charu's eyes were red by all the crying.. Her arm was bleeding.. She slowly clunged to her father.. Krishna jerked her hand off... His eyes slightly softened at her wound but he had to make her realize her mistake...

Krishna-" Child..Those competitions between you and Banasen were friendly.. I think I over looked it when you started taking it seriously.. But some things should be kept in house.. I know very well you came on the battlefield because you wanted to show Banasen that I would protect you too.."

Charu's eyes widened.. Her father completely caught her off gaurd..

Krishna-" I am disappointed in you.."

Charu looked at him.. Krishna turned away.. Her wound was burning but Krishna's words pierced her heart.. Before leaving she hoped that Banasen would be alright..

She went in her room and locked it from inside...
