Suthanu ran as fast as she could. She found Nakul combing his hair, she told him to go to Snigdha's chamber. To her suprise Sahadev was already on his way. It was always mesmerizing to Suthanu that , Sahadev always knew something was going to happen...

She went to find Vrishasen...

In chamber...

Nakul inspected the poison... It was not in much quantity so that was a relief but they weren't sure if the baby would survive... Snigdha tried muffling her screams but it was in vain...

Just then they heard a knock on the door... Draupadi opened it and found a worried Vrishasen... He walked straight towards Snigdha and toke her hand...

Vrishasen-" Don't worry... Mata told me everything would be fine ...ok?"

Snigdha simply nods. Draupadi sent Vrishasen out of the room... It had been quite a time since the labour had started....

Outside chamber...

Vrishasen sat in an corner, his head in his palms... He didn't look up ... All he could think was , that he was such a bad father, he couldn't save his child before it even took birth... He swore he would kill Dhruv if he was the culprit....

Karna didn't say anything... He just stared outside the palace.. It was getting dark... Prativindhya sat beside Vrish he didn't say anything...

It was better to keep Silence... It was getting late ... The hallway was filled with Snigdha's screams..

Inside the chamber...

Draupadi urged Snigdha to push.. She was getting tired... Vrushali saw her eyes, they seemed like they would shut... Sahadev made sure she stayed awake.... Snigdha felt as if she was drifting into a sleep.... Her vision was getting blurry...

Draupadi(muffled)-" Listen to me putri , don't close your eyes now! I know remember the day to found out you were going to become a mother! You can't leave the world when it is out! And don't worry, Arya will save him... Just stay awake! Snigdha- si-dha.."

Snigdha (whispers)-" mata?"

Flashback....

6 year old Snigdha sat in her mother's chamber... Her mother was expecting her 4th baby.. Snigdha was the third child... Her mother had been sick for a few days or probably more... She didn't leave her mother at all unless her father would send her in another chamber...

Her mother was in her worse condition but she always smiled..

Little Snigdha-" Mata! Are you sick because of my next sibling?"
Snigdh's queen-" No beta! What makes you think so?"
Little Snigdha-" Mata you are sick since Pitashree told me about my new sibling..."
Snigdh's queen-" Haha no it's not like that, yes its true I am sick but then the happiness you get when you hold your newborn in your hands.... Is the best... All the pain before that disappears when you cuddle that little life... Snigdha promise me you will be a good girl, rajkumari and a queen.. and the most important a good mother... Promise me!"

Little Snigdha hugs are mother... She kisses her and promises her ...

Flashback ends...

Snigdha got up with a jerk.. She looked around, Draupadi mumbled something and urged her to push...
This time with the final contraction she did....

She was tired, the process was exhausting... She looked around, their was no cry? The baby wasn't crying? Why so? Nakul held the baby in his hands, the baby was slightly purple ...

And there was no sign of heartbeat... Snigdha buried her face in Vrushali's shoulder and started crying...

Nakul-" Sahadev make that medicine for poison now! Quickly!"
Sahadev -" It's already ready!"
Nakul-" What?"
Sahadev-"Don't give me that look , I always carry it !"
Nakul-" Okay now get it!"

Nakul checked the baby again, the poison was not much in effect yet. He cursed Sahadev for being so slow. For some reason he really wanted to save the baby? But why so... He cleared his throat.

Nakul-" It's a boy.."

Vrushali was happy for a grandson but Snigdha she kept crying... Just then Sahadev came in he brought a whole bowl of medicine. They both looked at Vrushali and Draupadi and then back then. Nakul opened the baby's mouth , Sahadev slowly and carefully poured the medicine in his mouth...

To everyone's suprise a bright light sparkled from the boy's body.. The medicine was working!!!

The purple faded and the baby slowly regained colour, and to their delight started crying! Draupadi heaved a sign of releif, Vrushali couldn't control her tears she thanked Nakula and Sahadev who simply told her not too. Snigdha wiped her tears , Vrushali handed the baby to her. She hugged him and cried tears of joy infact her mother was right being a mother is the best feeling ever...

Outside chamber..

There was dead silence which was broke by the cries of a newborn. Vrishasen got up he banged the door, Sahadev opened it, Vrish didn't look anywhere he simply went towards Snigdha and the baby. Joy was all over his face.. The tension of the room was starting to fade away..

Shatrunjay pinched Suthanu and gestured her asking when they would have a child? Suthanu giggled. Sushen was already boasting about being a good uncle! Vrishasen kissed the baby . He looked like Snigdha, he placed a kiss on her forehead and wiped her tears away. She was tired but it all faded away.

Vatsala simply stood at the door way looking at them, being a mother? Was it even her thing?

Vrishasen got up and turned towards Nakul and Sahadev.. He joined his hands..

Vrishasen -" I don't know how to thank you! I just don't know!"

He fell on their feet. Nakul made him stand and hugged him. He ruffled his hair.

Nakul-" Why thank us? Your family is our family!" Sahadev chuckled and agreed..

Draupadi-" Okay now! Everyone please go out for sometime! Let us clear everything here! "

Everyone nod and start leaving. Vrish looked at Snigdha ... She gave him a 'you can go' look he nodded and left.

Dhruv watched the happy faces from a distance his plan had failed... He marched towards his room...

Unknown place...

Someone smiled. Dvipat and Banasen were loading their stuff on with Abhimanyu.

Subhadra -" Did you all take everything?"

The three nod.

Subhadra -" Jhest should we get going?"

Krishna smiles.
