I mumbled a few choice words to myself as I walked into the hotel and immediately went up to my room.
John was staying in a different hotel than I was tonight so I decided to go on ahead and leave. I wasn't in much of a festive mood like most of the locker room was
Yeah I had lost tonight, but I was honestly more upset about what Dean had said to me rather than the loss.
Was it really necessary to say all that? I mean it's not like I didn't already know it.
"What the hell do you mean?" I heard a voice shout, "This room would have been booked months ago!"
"I'm sorry Mr.Ambrose but your name isn't on the list," the lady at the desk said to him, "I'm going to ask you to quiet down or I'll have to ask you to leave."
"Fuck this shit!" Dean shouted while banging his fist on the counter before groaning.
I simply shook my head and went up to the desk.
"How may I help you ma'am?" The lady asked me with a sigh.
"I need to check into my room." I say to her, "Last name is Bella."
She typed the name into the computer and I could feel Deans eyes on me the entire time.
"Ah." She said to me and handed me two room keys, "Here you are. Your room number is room number 1578 on the tenth floor."
"Oh so you have her room but not mine." Dean mumbled, "Great. This is just great. Are there any available rooms here lady?"
She shook her head, "We're booked."
Dean groaned once again, "Where the hell am I suppose to say."
"Um you can sleep in my room." I say to him before I could even catch myself, "I'm pretty sure my room has a couch and I can sleep on that while you take the bed."
"I'm not rooming with you-" he started to say but I stopped him.
"It's not like you have any other choice." I say to him, "Roman's booked at the other hotel and I heard he's rooming with John so you got nobody else Dean."
I sighed as he just stared at me and I handed him a hard, "Come up to the room if you want. Like I said. I'll take the couch."
I picked my bag back up and walked over to elevators and rode my way up to the top floor, then exited and walked in the direction of my room.
Once there I stick the plastic card in the slot and the green light blinks, letting me know I can open the door.
I walk in and I was immediately hit by a wave of cold air. I didn't understand why hotel rooms were always freezing.
I set my bag down and turn off the air conditioner, then opened the door to the balcony and stepped out.
"Wow." I muttered to myself as I looked up at the bright stars shinning in the sky. With a schedule such as mine, I don't really have time to relax and just enjoy the small things, but when I did, I made the most of them.
"Alright if I'm staying in here then I'm sleeping on the couch," I heard Deans voice say behind me but I keep my eyes fixed on the sky. "I'm not having some girl punk me. What the hell are you looking.... Wow."
I felt his presents next to me and I glanced over to see him looking up to the sky as well.
"Beautiful huh?" I say to him as we continued to stare.
"I've never been up this high." Dean said, "They seem closer from up here."
"My mom use to say that one star is equal to one smiling child some where on the planet." I say to him with a small laugh, "There's so many. I guess we all use to be a star once."
"Not everyone." He said then shook his head, "You see the dark parts in between the stars? Where there absolutely nothing there, and it's completely over looked because nobody pays attention to it or notices it because there's too busy looking at the stars? Well that's what I was. Not a damn star."
I was about to say something to him but he angrily walked back into the room and went into the bathroom.
'I will never understand this man.' I think I myself with a sigh as the stars shinned on
