I think this isn't a very good start, but here goes...

Ash's POV

??? : Gyarados, Hyper Beam!

The Gyarados opened it's mouth wide and hurled up a ball of light, then Gyarados released the Hyper Beam towards my weakened Pikachu, my eyes widened with terror and screamed desperately.

Me : PIKACHU!

The Hyper Beam hit Pikachu badly, many scratch marks on it's body, I quickly ran to Pikachu, tucking him in my arms. Then a boy, with spiky orange hair, a girl with Blondie hair, and a girl with orange short hair, the one who owns the Gyarados, walked towards me.

??? : What can you do Ashy-boy?

You can call him by the name of Gary, Professor Oak's grandson, the most sore bullies of all of them, unfortunately, his ego is way too much for me to handle, his hobby of bullying me is the worst, but what can I do? I am weak, I can't do anything about this. I'm stupid, I'm miserable, anything!

??? : So loser? Wanna keep up?

That will be Misty, that orange-headed, easily-angered, hard-headed girl keeps getting in my nerves, I can't keep up with her because of her strong Gyarados, she really messed with me, and I can't stand it! Like everywhere I go, they are always there. She even announced to the students how weak I was.

??? : You and Pikachu are weak.

That's... that's Serena, yes, I have a crush on her since we were little, but that was died down because you know, I was weak, I can't even defeat one of them.
She might noticed me having a liking to her, but she...she just dispatched that. It's so frustrating, why do I have to be the weak one? Why can't I win? What is wrong with me? Just...why?

Gary : Okay I think that's enough for today, he's totally beat up.

Misty : Yep, so what are we gonna do today Serena?

Serena : Hangout? I don't know?

Gary : Sounds fun, let's call the others, see you later Ashy-boy!

Once that talked was settled, they all left me, defeated, with Pikachu on my arms, weakened after that battle before, I hurriedly ran to the Pokemon Center and begged Nurse Joy to heal Pikachu, she accepted it quickly and called her assistant, Wigglytuff. Wigglytuff hurriedly  ran to Nurse Joy's aid with a Pokemon tray.(Or whatever that thing is called.)She carefully put Pikachu on it and said to me that I'll wait for the time being.

It'll take too long before Pikachu can be healed so I walked outside to think.

Me : What if...What if...I'll go away from them? What if I'll never come back here?

I murmured to myself and then went back to the Pokemon Center, only to see a healed and healthy Pikachu.

Pikachu : Pikapi!

Pikachu jumped on my shoulder and nuzzled it's cheeks to mine. I felt happy for Pikachu but at the same time, regret. Yes, I regret that I became his trainer. Pikachu didn't deserve this, Pikachu didn't deserve to be beaten everyday, he...he didn't deserve any of this.

Me : I...I'm sorry Pikachu, you don't deserve this.

Pikachu : Pi?

Me : Yes Pikachu, I think---

Pikachu : Pika! Pika pika chu, pika! Pika chu pi!

Me : P-Pikachu...Yeah your right, I can't lose hope! I'll keep training harder and harder! But Pikachu, I have an idea.

Pikachu : Pi?

Me : I think this is crazy, you think we can do this?

Pikachu : Pika!

I explained Pikachu the plan, Pikachu seems excited at this and cried happily, he really is there for me wherever I go.

Pikachu : Pikapi!

Me : I know you'd agree Pikachu, let's head to bed for now. We need to rest for tomorrow.

We decided to go to our room and rest on the bed, Pikachu was underneath me, just beside my feet, tomorrow's gonna be a tiring one, but let's just see what will happen, hopefully not a dangerous one, and hopefully, my plan will work.

...

I...I wish I can just go away, I wish...I'm strong enough to defend myself, cannot be beaten easily, or being bullied for being weak, being not strong enough to fight.

Me : I...I---

??? : Your wish will be granted.

Me : W-What? W-Wait who are you?

??? : It's not important for now young trainer, for now.

Me : W-Wait what do you mean my wish will be granted?

??? : You'll just be seeing that for yourself young trainer.

Me : W-What...

??? : For now, farewell...

...

I woke up with my head spinning a little, just what was that dream all about? I woke up Pikachu and packed my things, I only brought my necessary items.

Now what I'm thinking is...How to get out?

Argh! I cannot think that right now! If there's any clue where to go out, then I'll go find it! Because I can't live with this life anymore!

I tried budging Pikachu, but he won't wake up, then an idea hit me, and a smirk crawled on my lips, I hurriedly went to the fridge and took a bottle of ketchup, then I went back to Pikachu. I let him sniff the ketchup and act like I'll drink the ketchup, it made Pikachu woke up and see me going to drink all the ketchup, but sweats crawled on my cheeks when I see his cheeks sparking then hurriedly lend him the bottle of ketchup.

Me : You won't wake up, that's why I did that.

Pikachu : Pika pika...

Pikachu made an irritated growl, making me laugh nervously, but turned serious and bought up all my things.

Me : Let's go Pikachu.

Pikachu hoped on my back, then decided to leave my room, I took one last glance at my room and sighed, before closing it.

I walked down on the hallways of the school, carefully not making anyone notice me, but luck wasn't on my side when I found those three in front of me. I shivered at this, why are they here at this time?!

Gary : And where do you think your going Ashy-boy?

Serena : We're not done with you yet.

Misty : Ditching us huh? You can't get away with us.

I noticed Misty grabbed her pokeball and tossed it, revealing her Gyarados.
I shivered in fear when I saw it, yesterday is enough! Pikachu shivered too, but decided to stay strong.

Me : Pikachu, I know we can't win this one, but let's do what we can do.

Serena : One hit Ash and your done for.

Me : Argh! Pikachu Thunderbolt!

Misty : This will be easy, Gyarados, Hyper Beam!

The two attacks collided but Pikachu's attack was easily overpowered by Gyarados', making Pikachu damaged.

Me : Pikachu!

I hurriedly ran to Pikachu and picked him up in my arms, just then, I saw Misty still smirking and yelled.

Misty : So my expectations wasn't right, alright, Gyarados, Hydro Pump!

Gyarados smirked before shooting a water from it's mouth and aimed it to me and Pikachu, I closed my eyes, waiting for the impact, it is really coming when.

??? : Sqquuuaaaaawkk!

I heard a loud squawk from above, it fired some sort of a Hyper Beam, but it looks different, it's tiny, then realization hit me, it's an Aeroblast!(right?) Then that means---

My thoughts was cut off when a large white bird with blue streaks swooped down from the sky landed in front of me. What is a Lugia doing here? I...I didn't expect this to happen.

And two words came out from my mouth.

Me : No. Way.

Gary : A L-Lugia.

Lugia looked angry and squawked again, but this time, it's louder. Thanks for that, the squawk really gained attention, and more students came. Then I see the Professor Sycamore also coming.

Professor Sycamore : What's wrong with---No way!

Professor Sycamore's eyes widened in shock at what he is seeing right kow. Of course it's a Lugia were talking about. Lugia stood in front of me protectively, squawking in anger, I don't understand, why a Lugia will come save to a weakling? I'm still processing what's  happening right now, but then a thought came in to me. 'You're wish will be granted.'. Is this it? Is this what the figure from the dream is talking about? This Lugia will be able to help me?

Lugia is still standing in front of me protectively, spreading it's wings and squawking in anger.

Gary : W-Where does this L-Lugia came from?

Misty : I-I...I don't know.

Serena : Ash come back here at once!

Me : Never! I will never come back here!

After that Lugia looked at me and then said something telepathically.

Lugia : On my back.

I was shocked at first but nodded quickly. I hurriedly picked up my injured Pikachu and mounted on Lugia's back. Lugia squawked for the last time and then soon, took off, and never coming back to that place, again.

Serena's POV

I can't believe it! A Lugia just appeared out of nowhere! And it seems that it know Ash in a way! Our mouths was hanging agape at that scene. Stuttering after that runaway. Ash definitely can't have a Lugia! He just have that weak Pikachu of his! But why?

Gary : No way Ash has a Lugia! It can't be.

Misty : It's ridiculous that Ash has a Lugia! You noticed it right? Lugia just came out from nowhere! Lugia didn't came from a Pokeball!

Me : Your right! But that made me think, why a Lugia wants to protect that weakling?

Professor Sycamore : What. Was. That! Ash has a Lugia! How come he didn't even tell us?!

Misty : We didn't know Professor.

I still can't believe it. Ash was riding a legendary Pokemon! I...I don't know if my eyes is deceiving me...

???'s POV

~Flashback~

Me : I called you because I have an announcement to make.

??? : What is it Lord Arceus?

Me : I will tell it now Latias. You see, there is this boy, this boy has a pure soul with a pure heart. But being bullied sometimes.

??? : A pure heart! But I thought all humans are evil!

Me : Not all Palkia, I have been watching this boy for a very long time.

??? : How come Lord Arceus?

Me : Good question Ho-oh, it's because this boy is different from others, although he's been bullied, his love for Pokemon is never going to be an end, he wants to become stronger, be one with his Pokemon.

Me : And for now, all of you are dismissed, and Lugia, may I have a word with you?

Lugia : What is it Lord Arceus?

All other legendary Pokemons are leaving, well, except Lugia because I have an errand for him to do, and this is important.

Me : I want you to go to this boy, go help him, get his freedom from this school. And you will be his first caught Pokemon, aside from his Pikachu.

Lugia : Understood Lord Arceus.

~End Of Flashback~

Me : Soon young trainer, soon...
