Henry fled the room and hoped for an escaped as he rushed through everyone in the waiting room passing by him. His visions are blurred unknowing whether it's the headache he's having or the tears that are threatened to fall on his face. He was able to finally escape from all the crowd until he turned one corner and bumped himself to another person. He apologized immediately after he held the person by the shoulder not realizing who it was.

"S-Sorry." Henry mutters not looking at the person before him and kept his gaze behind him trying to see if Shan is following him. He tried to escape again but then later he was pulled by his elbow and he finally turned his gaze towards the person. "Henry?" She says and Henry almost break at her little voice. "Nora."

Nora pulls Henry into one of the fire escape staircase and they both descended the stairs one floor down. Henry sighed leaning against the wall with his hands on his back and his eyes kept staring at the floor building a wall between him and Nora. They both stood there in silenced and Nora can see how hard Henry is hanging on to his feelings. She can almost feel the coldness between them and felt it was not what she and Henry supposed to feel. They were friends and Henry left without any words making her as angry as Alex. But the little feelings she has deep down inside her was nothing but sorry at Henry for being all alone in this world. Losing Alex and losing everything they both had left a massive impact in his life too.

"How are you?" She asks breaking the ice and Henry nods softly at her with a fake smile on his face. Nora cocked her head to her side staring at Henry and he stares back down on the floor. "Come on Hen, it's me. You can't lie before, you definitely can't lie now." She told him and Henry returned his gaze back to her. "I'm fine." He says holding his chin up.

"Well you won't be considering you are here. Unless you are looking for Alex?" She asks and Henry shook his head. "No! Don't be ridiculous. I won't bother Alex knowing he has someone in his life now." Henry can still feel the pain thinking about how Alex moved on and found love again. "Hen, he didn't have a choice. Gideon was there to help him when he needed you." Nora says and Henry stares at her small petite body standing right before him only a step from the floor making her slightly taller but not tall enough to reach Henry.

"That's his name?" Henry asks and Nora nodded, "Yeah." Henry nods before he took another breath. "I'm glad you know, that he found someone. I know I hurt him but I was hurt too." Henry can see Nora leaned against the stairs rails crossing her arm over her chest. "I just thought that we both would find our way back to each other. Just a daft dream of having Alex back in my life again." Nora can hear the break in Henry's voice and sighed.

"I'm sorry Hen. I really am but Alex moved on and I think it's best that you should too." Nora can see Henry pressing his lips together holding his emotions at bay. "Won't be easy though. I really do love him. I thought -" Henry stopped himself from breaking into more tears and huffed his chest after. "I'm really am sorry. For leaving Alex, leaving you. I was supposed to just be happy with what I had. If only I -" Henry held himself turning his head to the other side so he could hide his tears from Nora.

"Talking about it won't changed the past Henry. You know that. Maybe it's time to make changes about your life for once. You are not tied to Alex, to anyone. You are your own person right now, you're successful, you're rich, you can be whoever you want to be. So live Henry. For once, do it for you and only you." Henry nods at her words softly and smiled. She replied back with the same sincere smile Henry gave him and she was about to turn and left the stairs when Henry called her again. "Nora." Henry's voice came so soft almost a whispered and Nora turned to face him seeing he had took a step closer to her.

"Can I hug you?" Henry says and finally he breaks when Nora smiled holding her arm up for him. He literally jumped to the sight of her and wrapped his arm around her body nesting his face over her curls. "I miss you so much." Henry cries and Nora stroked circles over Henry's back. "I miss you too Hen. So does my patients." She says and Henry laughs in tears pulling away from her hugs. "Take care of him for me would you?" He asks and Nora smiled nodding at him. "I gotta go. I was just dropping off some case file when you bumped into me." She explained and Henry nods.

"See you around?" She asks and Henry stares at her from the stairs and nodded again with a smile. He follows her back to the top of the stairs and felt the giddy from his headache worsen. "Nora." He whispered and Nora turned after she grabbed the door open. She looked at Henry's pale face swaying before he lost his gripped over the rails and fell backwards tumbling down the stairs landed at the bottom where he stood just now only now unconscious. "HENRY!" She screamed and climbed down the stairs to check on him.

"HELP! SOMEBODY HELP!" Nora screamed at anyone for help by the corridor and two staffs heard her before they both saw Henry by the bottom of the stairs and they both went to check on him.

Nora saw the horror flashes before her eyes when they carried Henry away in a gurney and they had a collar over Henry's neck to stabilize him. He still unconscious by the time they reached the trauma bed and Sophia came running in hurry. "What happened?" She asks and surprised at Nora presences in the room - crying.

"He fell. I didn't - I didn't know he was not well." Nora says and Sophia went to check on Henry. "He came earlier claiming he has headache but I checked up, he's fine." Sophia shone the light over Henry's eyes and inspected his neck before examining further on his body. "He is clearly not fine Sophia! Look at him!" Nora yells and she turned her head sharply at her. "I know! Get me a head CT right now!" Sophia barks order and they all moves rapidly around Henry. "I should tell Alex." Nora says and Sophia grabbed her by her elbow and pulled her towards the outside of the door.

"Don't tell Alex anything. He would leave everything behind just to be here for him. He needs to move on from him. You remember how miserable he was after Henry left? We were both by his side helped him through all the phases. Promise me you won't tell Alex, Nora!" Sophia gripped her elbow tighter and she furrowed her eyebrow at her. "What is wrong with you? He deserves to know! Henry loves him and so does Alex. You know it! Even if he can't be here as his partner, he can at least be here as a friend! Don't leave Henry alone in the dark again." Nora breaks and Sophia's eyes soften at the thought of Henry all alone just what Shan told her earlier. "Go find Shan, his assistant. He must be around here somewhere."

Nora nodded before she disappeared letting Sophia treats Henry. She knows Shan from the party when Henry arrived with him. So she went around the emergency area hoping she would find that Indian gentleman looking cluelessly for a British heir.

Sophia saw Nora disappeared into the crowd before she pulls out her phone and lingered her finger over her screen. She sighed before she taps on the name and pressed her phone over her ear. After three rings, Alex's sore voice came into the speaker. "Soph? What is it?" He asks and Sophia assumed that Alex might fell asleep seeing it's already nine o'clock at night.

"If I tell you something about Henry, would you dropped everything that you had with Gideon and be with him again?" Sophia asks and she can hear rustled over the speaker. "What? What do you mean? Does something happened to Henry?" He asks and Sophia exhaled a long breath over the speaker while Alex waited. "Sophia? What happened to Henry? Is he alright?" He asks again and Sophia held her gripped tighter. "Would it make any difference if he isn't?"

Alex rustled again behind the speaker and Sophia waited for him to actually answer her but the only thing he did was getting angry at her, "Fuck you! Don't meddle in between me and Henry. I'm coming over now!" He cancelled the call and Sophia pressed her lips together huffing in frustration before she went back into the room and saw Henry wheeled into the radiology by then.

It took Alex not more than fifteen minute to arrive at the emergency department and saw Nora stood by the wall with Shan beside her biting her nails in process. "Nora?" He called and immediately Nora's gaze turned at him and she ran towards his arm. "What happened? Where's Henry?" He asks and he can see how Nora broke down in tears making him feel more scared than ever. "What is it? What happened?" He asks again but this time his eyes went to Shan leaning against the wall behind Nora.

"Henry fell down the stairs by the fire exit. I'm so sorry." Nora pleads and Alex furrowed his eyebrow at her. "Why are you being sorry? Why is he here in the first place?" He asks and Shan pressed his lips together before he stood behind Nora. "He had headaches and I brought him here to check on him but he ran off when your friend Sophia scolded him about you." Shan can see the anger in Alex's eyes as he clenched his jaw tighter.

"Where is he?" He asks and Nora pointed towards the room next to her. Alex left them both by the hallway headed to where she pointed. As soon as he entered the room, he can see Henry by the hollowed stretcher with monitors around him. Next to him was Sophia charting away his file. "Alex?" She calls as soon as she saw him. "You have no right!" He screamed at her and she backs away in fear.

"How could you! What did you say to him?" Alex asks seeing Henry laid on the bed with a collar on his neck and still unconscious. "I know you're upset but Alex, we've all seen you suffered for years because of him. The moment he came back into your life, you are back at being your miserable old self and forgets everything that he'd ever did to you." Alex clenched his jaw tighter and his fist balled up beside him.

"It still doesn't gives you the right to do that to him! You are not to meddle in my business Sophia! It's between me and him. Stay the fuck out!" Alex slammed the table next to him and it stunts Sophia jerking her back at the time.

"Alex." Henry's hoarse voice came softly next to him and he raised his hand towards Alex's fisted hand. "Calm down." He said again in a whisper and Alex's gaze finally softened at the touch of Henry's hand over his. He diverted his eyes at him on the bed and quickly wrapped his fingers over Henry's blonde hair stroking it away from his forehead. "Are you okay?" He asks and Henry can see the worried in his eyes clearly shown on Alex's face and for five years, he finally gets to see it.

"I'm sorry for hurting you. I'm sorry for leaving." Henry apologized and Alex shook his head at him stroking his hair back. "God, I miss this." Alex says letting his finger runs through Henry's hair. He smiled when he saw Henry smiled too. Their hands tangled into each other and Alex's gaze went over his lower half of his body.

"Are you hurt?" He asks and Henry gulped his throat, "Nothing hurts me more than when I lost you." Alex leaned to kiss Henry's forehead and Henry shuts his eyes closed feeling the familiar feeling spread warmth over his chest. "What happened to him?" Alex asks Sophia that still stood by the other side of Henry's bed and she sighed before she answered.

"He had migraines and Shan said he might have seizure if his migraines continues. Thought he was fine but Nora told me that he loss balance and fell down the stairs. No broken bones except he might have a concussion. For now we just monitored him for any seizure activity and if there isn't one within 24 to 48 hours, he will be discharged." She explained and Alex sighed holding Henry's tangled hand with his closer to his lips. "Thank God." He says and Henry stares at Alex's next to him before he drifted back to his unconsciousness.

A/N: I have no idea what the hell happened to my version of Wattpad and I can't put my stories like I used too and I felt like I couldn't write anymore. It was the scariest feeling ever.
