Can't Compete.
The two exited the vehicle, moving to stand in front of it and confront Rogers as he swiftly slid from his motorbike and advanced towards them.
"Just come with us, everything will be fine" Steve coaxed, his shield proving a different story to what he was saying as he gripped it tightly and raised it slightly. He was anticipating a fight.
"That's just the point, when ever is it actually fine?" Lyla scoffed, her vibrant hair blowing in the wind and Marinas skirt doing the same as they stared into the Soldiers gorgeous, hard blue eyes. Clint and Natasha came across to his side, their guns in their hands as they readied for the inevitable.
"It's doesn't have to get messy" Steve stated.
"It already has" the two shrugged.
Lyla lunged forward first, head butting Natasha clean in the forehead and causing her to stagger back before the Jackson sister threw a punch at her face...again! The red head growled in frustration, taking on the twin for real this time as she threw her leg out and landed a kick to Lylas stomach.
Marina just jumped onto the hood of her car, strutting onto the roof of it and standing in the middle of it. Rogers launched his shield straight for her, however, she just simple bent backwards and watched the shield fly past her. The frisbee embedded itself into a post behind the twin, the shield being called back by Steve through his magnets and hoping to catch Marina of guard by doing this.
But what he didn't expect was for her jump up when it went soaring towards her, the shield now taking her along as it rapidly soared to Steve. When it connected with his arm, the older twin threw her leg into face, busting his nose and watching the blood hush down his face as he staggered backwards.
Marina landed back onto the floor, abandoning her current fight with Rogers to aid her sister in taking down the two assassins. She lunged forward, throwing her elbow at Barton only for him to catch her arm in the nick of time. He smirked before tugging at her slightly and smashing his fist into her eye. Yep, that would definitely bruise.
Marina didn't complain though, she just slipped one of her legs behind his, smugly smirking before yanking her leg at his and causing him to fall. Lyla caught the gun that the archer dropped, catching it with a short huff before twisting round and shooting Natasha in the shoulder.
The red head hissed in pain, fighting to catch her breath as shock overcame her but had no time to regain herself as Lyla ran at her and jumped. Her legs wrapped around her waist and she pushed down onto the assassin, causing her to begin to fall. They knocking point was when she smashed her fist into her face, busting her lip open as she dropped to the floor.
Lyla jumped of the fallen Agent, running to her sisters side as they fought against the Captain.
"So, did you ever think that when awaking this morning, you would be fighting three Avengers today?" Marina laughed sarcastically, dodging a swipe from his shield and throwing a punch at his abdomen that he avoided.
"It wasn't apart of my schedule...there again, neither was embarrassing that lad in the cafeteria" her sister prattled back, throwing her right fist out and aiming for the blondes face. Only for her hand to connect with the vibranium of the shield and a sickening 'crunch' to be heard.
Lyla shrieked in pain, pulling her now limp and throbbing hand to her side as Rogers lowered his shield in shock. He hasn't meant for that to happen. He knew how hard his shield was, and he knew that there was a high that most of her bones in that hand were shattered.
Fat tears rolled down the Twins face, pained whimpers leaving her throat as she looked down at her bloodied knuckles that had split from the impact and the disfigured shape of her hand.
Steve's face softened in fear and pity, moving closer to see if he could help. He acted without accounting for the other sister, who by now was fuming.
Her face was red with rage, pink eyes blazing as she clenched her fists at her sides. Blood stained her face from her bust nose and lip but Steve could still see the anger that resides there.
"Listen..." he started, but she didn't listen as she round house kicked him in the leg. Sending him flying across the abandoned, destroyed road.
"Screw you" she mumbled, just before a sharp pain ran up hers and Lylas neck.
The two looked down, a flurry of red feathers meeting their site as bitterness settled into them.
They had been tranquillised.
