Tony ran out as soon as he saw the Quinjet come close to the compound. The landing dock opened he saw only three people walking down it three others were missing. With a scowl on his face he marched up towards the three. "Oh here we go, good luck Rogers" whispered Nat tensely. Steve just sighed but didn't reply. Tony walked up to Steve "Where is she Rogers, Where in the HELL IS MY SISTER?" asked Tony yelling. Steve looked down and was about to answer when Nat "Tony the was an attack but we will explain everything but let's do so inside were things are more secure and not out in the open" said Nat put her hand on Tony's arm trying calm him down. Tony jerk his arm way and stormed back to the compound obviously upset about wondering about Zoe. "He will understand once you explain everything" said Clint patting Steve on the back. Steve turned and looked at him "Would you being understanding if Zoe was your sister" asked Steve. Clint frowned "Nope I would have shot you as soon as you got off the Quintjet" replied Clint waking towards the compound, Steve groaned and slowly followed.

Tony sat in silence as it was explain what happen with attack and Zoe. "You should have seen her Tony she went all Amazon warrior and was second nature to her" said Clint said in aww. Tony glared at Clint which made Clint shut up. Tony stood up walked straight up to Steve "This is all your fault, you said that you would protect her and look where that got us she is hurt and in the hands of people who caused me to lose her the first place and want her dead" snapped Tony as he pointed a finger at Steve's chest. Steve went to respond but Tony cut him off "Rogers I swear if I lose my sister again I will make sure you will be having conversation with OUR father and you can explain to him how his daughter is dead and I bet he would just love to hear how you his friend has been fondueing his little girl" yelled Tony. Clint let out a small chuckled which he turned into a cough when he got glares from the rest of the group. Steve just sighed and looked straight back at Tony "I know Stark I feel guilty as hell not being able to stop the attack and to be not allowed to be by her side and protect her is killing me Stark, instead my best friend who I was told was her soulmate is by her side" replied Steve with frustrated tone.

Stark raised an eyebrow and then frowned "My sister soulmate is the Tinman instead of the Capiscle interesting..." laughed Tony. Steve got right in Tony's face the two men just stood there not saying a word to each other but the tension was high. Clint cleared his throat and Nat walked over and pushed her way through the two men. "Okay if you are done comparing sizes, we and to be ready when Shield comes and starts asking questions especially if the snake arrives" said Nat with just a hint of disgust. Both men look at her in confusion and Nat just rolled her eyes "Carter will most likely making an appearance since Zoe took out dear old daddy" responded Nat. Steve just groaned and shook his head. Tony called out to Jarvis "JARVIS please keep the compound on high alert and please inform me if Agent Sharon Carter or Agent Brock Rumlow come in any where near the compound. Nat moved towards the door "Well I am going take a long hot shower and I suggest Rogers you do the same" said Nat walking out the door.

Tony sighed and looked over at Steve who was staring at his phone. Tony walked over to see a picture of Steve smiling at the camera but Zoe looking at Steve with huge grin on her face obviously infatuated with him. "You know Rogers by the look on Zoe's face she is very obviously in love with you" said Tony quietly. Steve looked up at his friend  "Thanks Stark" Steve replied as he stood up and walked to the door he stopped and turned to Tony. "I know this whole situation isn't ideal but your sister is strong and has the heart to endure whatever life has to throw at her look what she already lived through and is such a strong and loving woman and I am a lucky man to have her love me" said Steve. Tony nodded "Just treat her right Rogers that's all I ask and we won't have any problems" replied Tony. Steve smiled and nodded and walked out the door.

A few hours later  Tony was sitting in his lab making adjustments to his suit when JARVIS announce "Sir I have just been informed that some Shield agents are on their way and Agent Carter and Agent Rumlow are among them and so is Secretary Pearce" said JARVIS. "Thanks for the warning call the team and have them all suited up and meet in the conference room" replied Tony. "Of course Sir right away" replied the AI.

Twenty minutes later everyone was sitting in the conference room when. The Shield agents walked into the room. Sharon Carter eyes roamed the room but she stayed silent. Secretary Pearce eyes roamed as well like he was searching for something but soon realized that it wasn't there. Steve narrowed his eyes at the group that a had arrived he stood up and approached "Secretary Pearce and Shield agents welcome what brings here today?" asked Steve calmly. Pearce moved to take a seat "We heard the Avengers were under attack so we wanted to make sure everyone is alright" said Pearce. Tony just looked at them knowing what they wanted "Everyone who is here as you can see is perfectly fine" replied Tony.  Pearce just smirked "Well I am glad that everyone is here doing well, but can you let me know what happened?" asked Pearson. Nat stepped forward "We were flying back and were near Detroit when we were attack by what I assumed was Hydra agents forcing us to land, We got out the plane leaving James Barnes and Zoe Stark on the Quinjet since they aren't part of the Avengers, but we got out and Barton and I were attack by these bird like creatures which I assume were Harpies, And Rogers and Thor were attacked by snake like creatures who I have no clue what they were, it was getting to much when one of the Harpies hit the Quinjet and sent out a ear piecing screech and then this man appeared out no where and went to the Quinjet. Thor and Rogers tried to get the Quinjet but couldn't because the creatures kept coming" said Nat shaking her head. Clint sat slightly watching Carter she was almost rocking he quietly stood up moved slowly around the room as Nat explained what she saw about the attack and how they were losing, he moved behind Carter getting his hand on his knife just in case she made any sudden movements.

Pearce sat in silence for few moments then asked "What happen with this Man and the Quinjet where Mr. Barnes and Miss Stark were hiding out and where are they now?" he asked tensely. Steve moved to Pearce "He attacked them by trying to turn Bucky back into the Winter Solider and kill Zoe but she defend herself and all of us with her mother's aid kill most of the creatures and then man himself when he turned into monster with snakes in his hair but in the defeat Miss Stark was injured and was taken to recover along with Mr. Barnes as well " replied Steve.

Pearce's face twitch a little but he recovered stood up "Where were they taken for recovery?" asked Pearce. All of the Avengers remained silent for few moments before Sharon stepped forward "We are concerned about Miss Stark and Mr. Barnes being a threat so we would like to take them into custody till they determine other wise so we would like their location " she said with smirk. Tony's eyes flashed in anger and walked up too Sharon "Please tell me how my sister is a threat she has done nothing make anyone think that Miss Carter" responded Tony in heated tone. Sharon narrowed her eyes "Miss Stark is a threat because with her heritage we aren't certain what she can do, besides she murder one of undercover agent so she has to pay for that" hissed Sharon. Nat who had been silent stood up "Zoe was defending herself and us when that monster attacked us I think Shield needs to look into itself because it seems to us that Hydra has infiltrated Shield" she snapped.

Sharon glared at Nat "Miss Stark isn't all innocent as you think she has been keeping secrets from all of you especially her dear brother " snapped Sharon. Pearce just smiled as Tony narrowed his eyes "What are you talking about Miss Carter, What has my sister been keep from us?" asked Tony tensely. Steve walked over Sharon "She has had her reasons you know as well I do that he had no control over his mind and his actions" snapped Steve back. Tony turned his head towards Steve "Rogers what is this snake talking about?" asked Tony. Steve looked down and said nothing. Pearce smirked know this would tear the Avengers apart. Sharon just rolled her eyes "Well for starters she has keeping that your parents deaths were no accident that Bucky Barnes caused that crash then killing both your parents in the process" hissed Sharon.

Tony's heart dropped and he got a cold chill spread throughout his chest Zoe knew and she protected their killer he thought to himself. Steve rushed over to Tony "Please Tony you have understand that Bucky wasn't in control he feels so guilty over it and Zoe know this but didn't say anything because she know that it would have broken your heart please don't blame her she only did to protect you" he pleaded. Tony's anger was rising and looked over at Sharon and a new thought filled his mind Carter was right Zoe has been nothing but trouble for me and my family and she choose a murder and his friend over family Tony looked at Pearce and Carter "Zoe and Barnes are in Asgard" he replied in a cold tone.

Sharon looked at Tony with a evil gleam in her eye then at  Steve and Nat who were stunned at Tony. "Tony what the hell did you just do you just practically handed your sister over to Hydra" snapped Steve. Tony glared at Steve "I don't care she is the reason my parents are dead and she isn't my sister not really just my father's bastard from his whore goddess" yelled Tony. Steve and Nat shared a look with looks of surprise that didn't sound like Tony at all. "Tony what the hell is wrong with you that doesn't sound like you at all" asked Nat. Sharon smirked "Maybe he realized what little sister actually is nothing but a freak who needs to be taken care of" she laughed. Steve narrowed his eyes "What are you doing Carter to him I know that your father was Chrysoar and he attacked us..." Steve started but Sharon just laughed. "Oh Steve you haven't changed a bit in 80 years you still don't know a bloody thing about women" sneered Sharon who then shifted her appearance before them to none other then Peggy Carter. Wide eyed Steve, Nat, and Clint went to attack but were frozen in place like they had been turn to stone.

Peggy laughed everything was falling to place "Take them to the holding cell and watch them twenty four seven. The other agents moved the stone like Avengers she held up her hand to stop them with Steve "Miss me love? Or did you find a new love with that bitch goddess's bastard well I am going really enjoy ripping her heart out and you dear lover boy will get a front row seat" hissed Peggy kissing him on the lips. Her brown eyes where gleeful and she watched Steve's blue eyes look at her with hatred. Peggy waved her hand in dismissal.

Peggy moved to window to look out at New York City Pearce and Rumlow came to her side. "All of the Avengers are locked up now we just have to wait for the little demigoddess return" said Pearce. Peggy just smirks "Well done my sons soon we will have our revenge and I will give the power back to my father and he take place as the rightful king of the gods" she said with a sinister laugh.
