Over the next few weeks Zoe trained with Nat and Thor she rarely saw Steve it seem like he was avoiding her which she hated to admit but it bugged her. Thor guided with her lightening and taught so basics of magic which he learned from his mother "I just know the basics of magic was more Loki's thing than mine" said Thor one afternoon in the gym. Zoe was about to reply when Steve walked she turned and watched him as he prepared his hand to hit the punching bag. "Hey Rogers how are you doing today?" asked Thor rather loud which startled Zoe and she jumped and yelled in shock. Steve turned and looked at them he had annoyed look on his face. "Oh I didn't know anyone was in here but I am fine what are you up to Thor?" asked Steve looking at Zoe .

Thor smiled "I am training my little cousin here on the basics of magic she is quite talented and very quick to learn no doubt soon she will be joining us on missions" answered Thor patting Zoe on the back. Steve just gave a slight shake of his head "I will came back later so you can continue and I won't be in your way" said Steve quickly. Zoe frowned thinking to herself he doesn't even want to be in the same room with me. "Wait Rogers can you actually help Zoe with some combat training I just remembered that I have to go back to Asgard soon and need to prepare a few things?" asked Thor. Zoe snapped her head in Thor direction in shock and started to mumble but Steve interrupted her. "I don't know... I have few things myself that I have to look into" said Steve. Zoe just shook her head "It's okay Steve don't worry about I will just ask Nat later" replied Zoe. Steve looked directly at Zoe for the first time "Nat is on a mission for the next few days" he said firmly. Zoe bit her lip "Oh I didn't know she didn't say anything about that this morning at breakfast" said Zoe. "Well you are not privileged that kind of information since your not Avenger" snapped Steve. Thor looked surprised at Steve's tone Zoe scrunched up her nose in frustration. "Seriously Rogers what's your problem I just made a simple statement and you snapped my head off like I am asking for your deepest darkest secrets" yelled Zoe.

Steve narrowed his eyes at Zoe and tightened his hands and moved quickly to her face. "My problem is you...ever since you came here saying a whole bunch of crap like Bucky is still alive and Peggy used me and that our lives are a bunch of stories for people's enjoyment"snapped Steve back. "Steve I am not lying Bucky is still alive and I will help try to find him and as for the other stuff I don't know what to say other than I am sorry but it seem like there many different realities I can't change how they are" said Zoe trying to keep her tears at bay. Steve step closer and Zoe heart beat faster at his closeness " I don't want your help because maybe Peggy is right you are nothing but trouble" yelled Steve. Zoe finch like she had been punched in the heart. She looked down and the lights begin to flicker  and she looked up into his blue green eyes and saw anger in them. "Rogers watch yourself" snapped Thor but Zoe stepped closer to Steve she felt herself getting mad. " It's so pathetic that you are still hung up on her and what's more pathetic that you are blind to a women who went out her way to destroy of a five year old life just because my father fell in love with my mother and not her" yelled Zoe. Steve eyes widen as Zoe began to slightly glow "I did nothing to her yet she separated me and my father by trying to expose who I really am which caused his death and getting me sent to another reality where I was never truly accepted by the family who adopted me I was alone and found comfort in those stories that you and Thor and my brother and the other Avengers where in, they took me from that lonely world to place even though bad things do happen you can still see good in the world and want to fight to keep that good and for others who can't do it themselves... it maybe entertainment for some but for me and countless others it give us hope and to carry on" said Zoe particularly bawling and lightening flowing around her body.

Thor step next to Zoe "Hey little bolt it's okay you are now home with people who love you and so happy to have you back please don't listen to this idiot" said Thor touching her slowly. Zoe looked at Thor and gave a small smile then "Thor do you think Hemidall could try and look for Bucky?" asked Zoe with deep breaths and the lightening disappeared. Thor nodded "I will ask when I get to Asgard and let you know if he sees anything when I return in a few days" replied Thor who then turned to Steve " You need you keep away from my cousin from now on until you can treat her with the respect she deserves or you will have to answer to me or even worst her mother and you don't want to be on Athena's bad side believe those who have don't end well" said Thor with a serious tone. Steve looked at Thor than at Zoe his face instantly changed with regret. "Another thing remember there was a reason why Athena choose you don't prove her wrong just because you don't want to see what truly happened" said Thor. Steve looked down and just walked out of gym without saying a word. Zoe sighed "I guess it what they say never meet your hero...well the movie definitely did get something right he is definitely America's Ass or should I say America's asshole" said Zoe shaking her head. Thor let out a huge laugh "You definitely have your mother's witt Zoe and while he might have acted like an ass please remember he is going through a lot right now first his friend he thought he was dead is really alive not only that has been tortured for for almost a century and the women he cared about used him, it's a lot to take in for anyone it's no excuse to take out on you but just give him time and he will come around and see what amazing women you are and want to be your friend" said Thor with smile. Zoe just frowned "I hope so Thor but if he keeps being an jerk he will definitely I will have to kick his ass" said Zoe she smirked. "I believe you definitely will be able to put Rogers in his place if needs be, now I need to get ready to leave are you going to be alright" asked Thor. Zoe nodded "I will be fine go and have fun but please be safe" said Zoe. "Of course little bolt I will see you in few days" replied Thor gave her a small hug and walk out of the Gym.
